The Polish Roman Catholic Union of America proudly offers life insurance plans that, when packaged together, create a customized Family Plus Plan - which includes a 10% discount for all premiums!

Any two or more family members who apply for life insurance are eligible. This can be a combination of family members (i.e. parent/child, grandparent/grandchild, aunt/nephew, spouses, siblings).

At least one individual must be over the age of 16. If all parties qualify, and if two or more individuals are approved, your family is eligible for the Family Plus Plan.

The Family Plus Plan must include at least one $10,000 minimum Whole Life certificate. If the second certificate is Term Life, a $25,000 minimum of insurance coverage applies.*

When applying for the Family Plus Plan, after the entire cost is determined for each individual covered, 10% will be deducted from the total premium each year!

Family members do not have to apply at the same time, but must apply within one year of each other to be eligible for the Family Plus Plan discount. If an additional certificate or certificates are purchased after an initial family member applies, only certificates purchased at later time will receive 10% discount. An exception is made for newborn children, but their coverage must be purchased within the first year of life to qualify.
