    products, there are se%eral things that can !e concluded which are

    1. -ased on sur%e#, there are still problems that )ilbab users had whenusing the eJisting *il!a! product.

    2. We ha%e inter%iewed 12A respondents !ased on age and profession. From

    that sur%e#, we 'now that the main problems when using *il!a! is hothen used 21D, there is mar of pin that left on the *il!a! 19D, andeasy to fall apart 18D.
