Early Afghanistan was known as Aryana

starting 1st to 5th Century,

later on became as Khurasan which finally

changed to Afghanistan,

Politic

The politics of Afghanistan consists of the council of ministers, provincial governors and the national assembly, with a president serving as the head of state and commander-in-chief of the Afghan Armed Forces

The nation is currently led by the Karzaiadministration

In the last decade the politics of Afghanistan have been influenced by NATO countries, particularly the United States, in an effort to stabiliseand democratise the country.

In 2004, the nation's new constitution was adopted and an executive president was elected.

The following year a general election to choose parliamentarians took place.

The National Assembly is Afghanistan's

national legislature.

It is a bicameral body, composed of the House of

the People and the House of Elders.

billions of dollars in international assistance and

investments, as well as remittances from Afghan

expats,

The recent improvement is also due to dramatic

improvements in agricultural production and the

end of a four-year drought in most of the country.

History

In the 1860s Amir Sher Ali Khan invited

classically trained musicians from northern

India to work at his court in Kabul. This

classical music came from India with the

music there.

Afghan music is complicated and there are

Folklore, Tajik, Pashto music, pop and lots of

others.
