Keyur Shah is an E.C. engineer.

He is doing job from last five years .

Since he is

working ,he takes his work as a vision and new establishment

The contributor focus on his goal and do his work perfectly ; they take responsibility for doing his work in any situation.

The contributor focus on the goal being achieved , not Just routing work .

Contributor go all out to try and find an answer. They take responsibility for ‘making things happen’ in any situation.

He takes all situation in positive direction. He is very humble person. His focus on what he wants to achieve not

what he achieved.

He takes opportunities to learn more and develop his knowledge is more important.

He thinks that by knowledge you can compete in your field.

According to him ,to be a successful person it takes long time .

For successful person you have to be unique in your field and in technical knowledge.

He thinks that you have to learn how to deal with others is more important for success.

He thinks that internal satisfaction and external satisfaction both are important in life.

External satisfaction is short lived but internal satisfaction gives us happiness .

By internal satisfaction we are satisfied with work.

He also believes in reward by this people find the opportunity to do their best work and is important for those people who really appreciated for their work.

According to him there is possibility of contributing at multiple levels like students, his juniors.

He thinks that every problem has a solution but how to find it ,this depends on us.

He gives advice that in any problem in life we find out it’s solution with calmly and courageously. So we get it’s proper solution.

During his career he might face some challenges but he takes it as a opportunities ,by this he learn more things.

In every situation he get into , he find a way to create good self and good for all at the same time – including team mates , bosses , customers.

He engaged in every situation as it is his problem.

According to him he is not concerned about the impact (positive or negative) on the other person.

He has openness in communication with every one.

He act always with honesty and integrity. He keeps other promises. He takes opinion of his team look out for

other people interest as well as his own.

Since he is working from five years in telecom company, he has much experience but when he joined his job he face a big problem, he had done a mistake in program so the customers balance were cutting very rapidly, then he became hyper, but then his boss motivated him and he decided to find solution to his problems.

He had change that mistake by changing the program and he has overcame his failure.

According to me he is a contributor. He has a dynamic personality.

He says that each and everyone has to face problems and find solutions.

He believes in win-win situation.
