• No ‘one size fits all’ solution• Ingredients to include
– Offer – Strong call to action– Proof – Give them a compelling reason to buy / sign up– Trust – Show your site is not a scam– Few obstacles – make your form or cart easy to use– Images – make it really obvious what they are buying and let them see
it clearly
• Get rid of clutter that doesn’t help any of these things
