The Power of My Subconscious Mind

Part 1My Subconscious Mind and Thoughts

1. The treasure house is within me. I look within for the answers to my hearts

desires.

2. The great secret possessed by the great men of all ages was their ability to

contact and release the powers of their sub conscious mind. I can do the same.

3. My subconscious has the answer to all challenges. If I suggest to my

subconscious prior to sleep, I want to get up at 6 A.M., it will awaken me

at that exact time.

4.

My subconscious mind is the builder of my body and can heal me. I lull

myself to sleep every night with the idea of perfect health, and my

subconscious, being my faithful servant obeys me.

5.

If I want to write a book, develop videos, give a better presentation, I

convey the idea lovingly and feelingly to my subconscious mind, and itwill respond accordingly.

6. I am like a captain navigating a ship. I must give the right orders (thoughts

and images) to my subconscious mind, which controls and governs all my

experiences.

7.

My subconscious mind takes me at my word. I affirm often, I can do all

things through the power of my subconscious mind.

8.

The law of life is the law of belief. A belief is a thought in my mind. I do not

believe in things to harm or hurt me. I believe in the power of my

subconscious to heal, inspire, strengthen, and prosper me. According tomy belief, it done on to me.

9. When I change my thoughts, I change my destiny.

10.My subconscious mind controls all the vital processes of my body and knows

the answer to all challenges.

Prior to sleep, I turn over specific requests to my subconscious mind and

it provides its miracle-working powers to me.

Whatever I impress on my subconscious mind is expressed on the screen

of space as conditions, experiences, and events. Therefore, I carefully

watch all ideas and thoughts entertained in my conscious mind.

The laws of action and reaction are universal. My thoughts are actions, and

the reactions are the automatic response of my subconscious mind to mythoughts. I watch my thoughts!

14.All frustration is due to unfulfilled desires. If I dwell on obstacles, delays, and

difficulties, my subconscious mind responds accordingly, and I am blocking

my own good.

The Life Principle will flow through me rhythmically and harmoniously if I

consciously affirm: I believe that the subconscious power which gave me this

desire is now fulfilling it through me. This dissolves all conflicts.

16.I maintain normal rhythm of my heart, lungs, and other organs by feeding

my subconscious with thoughts of harmony, health, and peace.17.I keep my conscious mind busy with the expectation of the best, and my

subconscious faithfully reproduces my habitual thinking.

I imagine the happy ending or solution to my challenges, I feel the thrill of

accomplishments and what I imagine and feel will be accepted by my

subconscious mind and bring it to pass.

Part 2 - Positive Affirmations for my Subconscious Mind

1.

Think good and good follows. I am what I think all day long.2.

My subconscious mind does not argue with me. It accepts what my conscious

mind decrees. I can afford it.

3.

I have the power to choose. Choose health and happiness. I can choose to

be friendly, cooperative, joyous, friendly, lovable, and the whole world will

respond. This is the best way to develop a wonderful personality.

4.

My conscious mind is the watchman at the gate. Its chief function is to

protect my subconscious mind from false impressions. Choose to believe

that something good can happen and is happening now. My greatest

power is my capacity to choose. Choose happiness and abundance.5.

The suggestions and statements of others have no power to hurt me. The only

power is the movement of my own thought. I can choose to reject the

negative thoughts and statements of others and affirm only the good. I have

the power to choose how I will react.

I watch what I say. I have to account for every idle word. My subconscious

cannot take a joke. It brings all things to pass.

No force of nature is evil. It depends how I use the powers of nature. Use my

mind to bless, heal, and inspire all people everywhere.

Overcome fear by stating the following, I can do all things through the

power of my own subconscious mind.9.

Begin to think from the standpoint of the eternal truths and principles of life

and not from the standpoint of fear, ignorance, and superstition. Do not let

others do my thinking for me. I choose my own thoughts and make my own

decisions.

I am the captain of my soul (Subconscious mind) and the master of my fate.

Remember, I have the capacity to choose. I choose life, love, health, and

happiness!

Whatever my conscious mind assumes and believes to be true, my

subconscious mind will accept and bring to pass. I believe in good fortune,divine guidance, right action, and all the blessings of life.

Part 3 - Healing and Health Aids using my Subconscious Mind

1.

I remind myself frequently that the universal healing power is in my own

subconscious mind.

2.

I know that faith is like a seed planted in the ground. I Plant ideas and

seeds in my mind, water and fertilize them with expectancy, and they

manifest.

3.

The idea I have for a book, new invention, or play is real in my mind. This

is why I can believe I have it now. I do believe in the reality of my idea,

plan, or invention, and it manifests.

4.

In praying, I know that my silent inner knowing of wholeness, beauty, and

perfection can change the negative patterns of the others subconscious

mind and bring about wonderful results.

5. The miraculous healings I hear about at various shrines are due to

imagination and blind faith, which act on the subconscious mind, releasing

the healing power.

6.

All disease originates in the mind. Nothing appears on the body unless

there is a mental pattern corresponding to it.

7. The symptoms of almost any disease can be induced in me by hypnotic

suggestion. This shows me the power of my thought.

8. There is only one process of healing and this is faith. There is only one

healing power, namely, my subconscious mind.

Whether the object of my faith is real or false, I will get results. My

subconscious mind responds to the thought in my mind. Look upon faith as a

thought in my mind, and that will suffice.

I know what heals me. I realize that correct directions given to my

subconscious mind will heal my mind and body.11.

I develop a definite plan for turning over my requests and desires to my

subconscious mind.

I imagine the end desired and feel its reality. I follow it through and I get

definite results.

I decide what belief is. I know that belief is a thought in my mind, and what I

think I create.

14.It is foolish to believe in sickness and something to hurt or to harm me. I

believe in perfect health, prosperity, peace, wealth, and divine guidance.

Great and noble thoughts upon which I habitually dwell become great acts.16.

I apply the power of prayer therapy in my life. I choose a certain plan, idea

or mental picture. I mentally and emotionally unite with my ideas then I

remain faithful to them and my prayers are answered.

17.I always remember, if I really want the power to heal, I can have it through

faith, which means knowledge of the working of my conscious and

subconscious mind. Faith comes with understanding.

18.Blind faith means that a person may get results in healing without

any scientific understanding of the powers and forces involved.

I learn to pray for my loved ones who may be ill. There is quiet in my mind,and my thoughts of health, vitality, and perfection operating through the

one universal subjective mind will be felt and resurrected in the mind of

my loved ones.

PART 4 -The Wonders of Sleep and my Subconscious Mind

1. I suggest to my subconscious mind prior to sleep the exact time I wish to

arise, and it will awaken me. It needs no clock. Do the same thing with allchallenges. There is nothing too hard for my subconscious.

2. My subconscious never sleeps. It is always on the job. It controls all my vital

functions. I forgive myself and everyone else before I go to sleep and healing

will take place much more rapidly.

Guidance is given to me while I am asleep, sometimes in a dream. The

healing currents are also released, and in the morning, I feel refreshed and

rejuvenated.

When troubled by the vexations and strife of the day, I still the wheels of my

mind and think about the wisdom and intelligence lodged in my subconscious

mind, which is ready to respond to me. This gives me peace, strength, and

confidence.5.

Sleep is essential for peace of mind and health of body. Lack of sleep can

cause irritations, depression, and mental disorders. I need seven hours sleep.

6.

Medical research scholars point out that insomnia precedes psychotic

breakdowns.

7.

I am spiritually recharged during sleep. Adequate sleep is essential for joy

and vitality in life.

8.

My tired brain craves sleep so hungrily that it will sacrifice anything to get it.

9. Sleep brings counsel. Prior to sleep, I claim that the infinite intelligence of my

subconscious mind is guiding and directing me. Then, I watch for the lead,which comes, perhaps on awakening.

10.I trust my subconscious completely. I know that its tendency is always

lifeward. Occasionally, my subconscious answers me in a very vivid dream and

a vision in the night. I can be forewarned in a dream.

11.

My future is in my mind now, based on my habitual thinking and beliefs. I

claim infinite intelligence that leads and guides me in all that is good, and

my future is wonderful. I believe it and accept it. I expect the best, and

invariably the best comes to me.

12.

If I am writing a novel, play, or book, or are working on an invention, I speakto my subconscious mind at night and claim boldly that its wisdom,

intelligence, and power are guiding, directing, and revealing to me the ideal

play, novel, book, or revealing the perfect solution whatever it may be.

Wonders happen as I meditate this way.

Part 5 - Scientific Truths and Thought Power

1. I am a mental engineer and use proven techniques in building a grander and

greater life.

2. My desire is my prayer. I picture the fulfillment of my desires now and feel the

reality, and I experience the joy of the answered prayer.

3. I desire to accomplish things the easy way with the sure aid of mental

science.

4. I build radiant health, success, and happiness by the thoughts I think.

I experiment scientifically until I personally prove that there is always a direct

response from the infinite intelligence of my subconscious mind to my

conscious thinking.

I feel the joy and restfulness in foreseeing the certain accomplishment of my

desires. Any mental picture, which I have in my mind, is the substance ofthings hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. A mental picture is

worth a thousand words. My subconscious brings to pass any picture held in

the mind backed by faith.

7. I avoid all effort or mental coercion in prayer. I get into a sleepy, drowsy

state and lull myself to sleep feeling and knowing that my prayer is

answered.

I remember that the thankful heart is always close to the riches of the

universe.

I affirm to state that it is so, and I maintain this attitude as truth, regardless ofall evidence to the contrary, as I receive answers to my prayers.

10.I generate electronic waves of harmony, health, and peace by thinking of the

love and the glory of the Universe. What I decree and feel as true will

happen. I decree harmony, health, peace, and abundance. The solution lies

within the challenge. The answer is in every question. Infinite intelligence

responds to me as I call upon it with faith and confidence.

11.

Habit is the function of my subconscious mind. There is no greater evidence of

the marvelous power of my subconscious than the force and sway habit holds

in my life. I am a creature of habit. I form habit patterns in my subconsciousmind by repeating a thought, act repeatedly until it establishes tracks in the

subconscious mind, and it becomes automatic, such as swimming, dancing,

typing, walking, driving my car, etc. I have freedom to choose. I can choose

good habits. Prayer is a good habit. Whatever mental pictures, backed by

faith, I behold in my conscious mind, and my subconscious mind will bring to

pass.

The only obstacles to my success and achievement are my own thoughts and

mental images.

13.

When my attention wanders, I bring it back to the contemplation of my goals.I make a habit of this. This is called disciplining the mind. My conscious mind is

the camera, and my subconscious mind is the sensitivity plate on which I

register or impress the picture.

14.The only jinx that follows anyone is a fear thought repeated over and over in

the mind. Break the jinx by knowing that whatever I start I will bring to a

conclusion in divine order. I picture the happy ending and sustain it with

confidence.

To form a new habit, I must be convinced that it is desirable. When my desire

to give up the bad habit is greater than my desire to continue, I am fifty-one

percent healed already.16.

The statements of others cannot hurt me except through my own thoughts

and mental participation. Identify myself with my aim, which is peace,

harmony, and joy. I am the only thinker in my universe.

17.I think of freedom and perfection, and to feel the thrill of accomplishments.

The law of my subconscious mind, which held me in bondage and inhibited

my freedom of action, will give me freedom and happiness. It depends on

how I use it.

19.When fear knocks at the door of my mind, let faith in the Universe and all

things good open the door.

Part 6 - Subconscious Solutions

1.

I remember that the subconscious mind has determined the success

and wonderful achievements of all great scientific workers.

2. By giving my conscious attention and devotion to the solution of perplexing

challenges, my subconscious mind gathers all the necessary information and

presents it full blown to the conscious mind.3. When I wonder about the answer to a challenge, I solve it objectively. I

gather all the information I can from research and others. If no answer

comes, I turn it over to my subconscious mind prior to sleep, and the

answer always comes. It never fails.

4. I turn my request over to my subconscious until it provides the answer.

5.

I delay the answer by thinking it will take a long time or that it is a major

challenge. My subconscious has no challenges it knows only the answers.

6.

I believe that I have the answers now. I feel the joy of the answers and the

way I feel if I had the perfect answers. My subconscious responds to my

feelings.

7.

Any mental picture, backed by faith and perseverance, will come to pass

through the miracle-working power of my subconscious. I trust it; I believe in

its power, and wonders will happen to me.

8. My subconscious is the storehouse of memory, and within my subconscious

are recorded all my experiences since childhood.

Scientists mediating on ancient scrolls, temples, fossils, etc., are able to

reconstruct scenes of the past and make them alive today. Their subconscious

mind comes to their aid.

I turn over my requests for solutions to my subconscious prior to sleep. I trustit and believe in it, and the answers come. It knows all and sees all, and I must

not doubt or question its powers.

The action is my thought, and the reaction is the response of my

subconscious mind. If my thoughts are wise, my actions and decisions will be

wise.

Guidance comes as a feeling, an inner awareness, and an over-powering

hunch whereby I know. It is an inner sense of touch. I follow it.

Part 7My Body and My Subconscious Mind

1. My subconscious is the builder of my body and is on the job 24 hours a

day. I support with its life giving patterns.

2. I charge my subconscious with the task of evolving answers to any

challenge, prior to sleep and it answers me.

3.

I watch my thoughts. Every thought accepted as true is sent by my brain

to my solar plexusmy abdominal brainand is brought into my world

as a reality.4. I know that I can remake myself by giving a new blueprint to my

subconscious mind.

5. The tendency of my subconscious is always lifeward. I feed my

subconscious mind with premises, which are true. My subconscious is

always reproducing according to my habitual mental patterns.

6.

I build a new body every eleven months. I change my body by changing

my thoughts and keeping them charged positively.

7. It is normal to be healthy. It is abnormal to be ill. This is the innate

principle of harmony.8. Thoughts of jealousy, fear, worry, and anxiety tear down and destroy

my nerves and glands bringing about mental and physical diseases of all

kinds.

9.

What I affirm consciously and feel as true will be made manifest in my

mind, body and affairs. I affirm the good and enter into the joy of living.

Mental coercion or too much effort shows anxiety and fear, which blocks

my answers. Easy does it.

11.When my mind is relaxed and I accept an idea, my subconscious goes to

work to execute the idea.

I think and plan independently of traditional methods. Know thatthere are always answers and solutions to every challenge.

13.I am not overly concerned with the beating of my heart, with the

breathing of my lungs, or the functions of any part of my anatomy. I lean

heavily upon my subconscious and proclaim frequently that Divine right

action is taking place.

The feeling of health produces health; the feeling of wealth produces

wealth. Healthy and wealthy.

15.

Imagination is my most powerful faculty. I imagine what is lovely and of

good report. I am what I imagine myself to be.16.

I avoid conflict between my conscious and subconscious in the sleepy state.

I imagine the fulfillment of my desire over and over again prior to sleep. I

sleep in peace and wake in joy.

Part 8Wealth Concepts and My Subconscious Mind

1.

I decide to be wealthy the easy way, with the infallible aid of my subconscious

mind.

2.

Trying to accumulate wealth by the sweat of my brow and hard labor is oneway to become the richest man in the graveyard. I do not have to strive or

slave hard.

3. Wealth is a subconscious conviction. I build into my mentality the idea of

wealth.

4. The trouble with most people is that they have no invisible means of support.

5. I repeat the word, Wealth, to myself slowly and quietly for about five

minutes prior to sleep and my subconscious will bring wealth to pass in my

experience.

The feeling of wealth produces wealth. Keep this in mind at all times.

7.

My conscious and subconscious mind must agree. My subconscious accepts

what I really feel to be true. The dominant idea is always accepted by mysubconscious mind. The dominant idea is wealth. I can overcome any mental

conflict regarding wealth by affirming frequently, By day and by night I am

being prospered in all of my interests.

8. I increase my profits by repeating this statement over and over again,

My profits are improving every day; I am advancing, progressing, and

getting wealthier every day.

9.

I deposit thoughts of prosperity, wealth, and success in my subconscious

mind and it gives me compound interest!

10.

What I consciously affirm, I must not mentally deny a few momentslater. This will neutralize the good I have affirmed.

11.My true source of wealth consists of the ideas in my mind. I can have an idea

worth millions of dollars. My subconscious will give me the idea I seek.

12.Envy and jealousy are obstacles to the flow of wealth. Rejoice in the

prosperity of others. Any block to wealth is in my own mind. I destroy those

blocks now by getting on good mental terms with everyone. I am bold

enough to claim that it is my right to be rich and my deeper mind will honor

my claim.

13.

I do not want just enough to go around. I want all the money I need to do allthe things I want to do and when I want to do them. I am acquainted with the

riches of my subconscious mind.

14.

Money is circulating freely in my life and I am economically healthy. I look at

money like the tide and I will always have plenty of it. The ebb and flow of

the tide is constant. When the tide is out, I am absolutely sure that it will

return.

15.

Since I know the laws of my subconscious mind, I will always be supplied

regardless of what form money takes.

16.

Money is only a symbol. I remember that the real riches are in my mind. I amhere to lead a balanced lifethis includes acquiring all the money I need.

17.I do not make money my sole aim, instead I claim wealth, happiness, peace,

true expression, love, and I personally radiate love and good will to all. My

subconscious mind gives my compound interest in all these fields of

expression.

I am here to lead the life more abundant. I repeat frequently, I like money. I

use it wisely, constructively, and judiciously. I release it with joy, and it returns

a billion fold. Money is not evil any more so than copper, lead, tin, or iron

which I may find in the ground. All evil is due to ignorance and misuse of the

minds powers.19.

To picture the end result in my mind causes my subconscious to respond

and fulfill my wealthy mental picture.

20.

I must give to receive. I must give mental attention to my goals, ideals, and

enterprises, and my deeper mind will back me up. The key to wealth is

application of the laws of my subconscious mind by impregnating it with the

ideas of wealth.

Part 9 - Success and My Subconscious Mind

1.

Success means successful living. I am peaceful, happy, joyous, and doing what

I love to do, I am successful.

2. Find out what I love to do, and then do it. If I do not know my true

expression, I ask for guidance, and the lead will come.

3. I specialize in my particular field and I know more about it than anyone else.

4.

A successful man is not selfish. His main desire in life is to serve humanity.

5. There is no true success without peace of mind.

6.

I imagine my objectives clearly, so I can continually be provided with the

necessities through the wonder-working power of my subconscious mind.7.

My positive thoughts fused with feelings become a subjective belief, and

according to my belief is it done until me.

8. The power of sustained imagination draws forth the miracle-working

powers of my subconscious mind.

9. I am seeking promotion in my work; I imagine my employer, supervisor, and

loved ones congratulating me on my promotion. Make the picture vivid and

real. I hear the voice, see the gestures, and feel the reality of it all. I continue

to do this frequently, and through frequent occupancy of my mind, I

experience the joy of the answered prayer.10.

My subconscious mind is a storehouse of memory. For a perfect memory,

affirm frequently: The infinite intelligence of my subconscious mind reveals

to me everything I need to know at all times, everywhere.

11.

When I sell a home or property of any kind, affirm slowly, quietly, and

feelingly as follows: Infinite intelligence attracts to me the buyer for this

house or property, who wants it, and who prospers in it. I sustain this

awareness, and the deeper currents of my subconscious mind bring it to pass.

12.The idea of success contains all the elements of success. I repeat the word,

success, to myself frequently with faith and conviction, and I am under a

subconscious compulsion to succeed.

Part 10 - Eternal Life Concepts and My Subconscious Mind

1. Patience, kindness, love, good will, joy, happiness, wisdom, and understanding

are qualities, which never grow old. I cultivate them and express them, and I

remain young in mind and body.

2.

Some researcher say that the neurotic fear of the effects of time may well

be the cause of premature aging.

3.

Age is not the flight of years; it is the dawn of wisdom.

4. The most productive years of my life are from 37 to infinity.

5.

I am moving higher on the path of life, which has no end.

6. Life is self-renewing, eternal, and indestructible. I live forever, because

my life is the Universes life.

7. The spirit of goodness, truth, and beauty moving in my mind and heart are

real.

8.

I contemplation the truths of the universe from the highest standpoint. My

mind is engaged in spiritual and mental athletics. I have the opportunity to

meditate on things divine.

9. My faith and convictions are not subject to decay.

10.

I am as young as I think I am. I am as strong as I think I am. I am as useful as I

think I am. I am as young as my thoughts. I am 27 years old.

11.

I sell my talent, abilities, and wisdom, which I have garnered through my years.

12.I grow old when I cease to dream, and when I lose interest in life. People grow

old if they are irritable, crotchety, and cantankerous. I fill my mind with the

truths of the Universe and radiate the sunshine of its lovethis is youth.

13.

At all times, I gaze into infinite life.

14.

My retirement is a new venture. I take up new studies and new interests. I

can now do the things I always wanted to do when I was so busy making a

living. I give my attention to living life.

15.I am a producer and not a prisoner of society. I do not hide my light.

16.

The secret of youth is love, joy, inner peace, and laughter.

17.I am needed. Some of the great philosophers, artists, scientists,

writers, and others accomplished their greatest work in their later

years.

I express love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faith, and

temperance to the universe.

I am the son of Infinite Life, which knows no end. I am a child of Eternity. I am

wonderful!

Part 11 - Positive Relationship, Happiness and My Subconscious Mind

1.

I know how to pray in the right way and I will attract the right relationships for

me.

2.

People find happiness by dwelling on the eternal truths of the universe

and the spiritual values of life.

3.

I attract the right relationships by dwelling on the qualities and

characteristics I admire in others and then my subconscious mind will bring

us together in divine order.4. I must build into my mentality the mental equivalent of what I want in my

relationships. If I want to attract others who are honest, sincere, and loving, I

must be honest, sincere, and loving myself.

5. I do not have to repeat mistakes. When I really believe I can have the type of

relationships I idealize, it is done as I believe. To believe is to accept

something as true. I accept my ideal relationships now mentally.

6.

I trust implicitly the wisdom of my subconscious mind. It has the know how,

and I do not have to assist it.

7.

I adhere to my relationship by saying, I promise to cherish, love, andhonor others in my life.

8.

I project love, peace, harmony, good will, and my relationships grow more

beautiful and more wonderful through the years.

9.

I radiate love, peace, and good will to others. These vibrations are

picked up by my subconscious mind resulting in mutual trust,

affection, and respect.

10.I praise and exalt others many good points. I show them that I love and

appreciate them.

11.

A man who loves does not do anything unloving or unkind in word, manner, oraction.

12.

In relationships, always seek expert advice. I would not go to a carpenter to

pull a tooth; neither should I discuss my relationship challenges with relatives

or friends. I should go to a trained person for counsel.

13.I mentally picture my relationships, as they ought to be, joyous, happy,

healthy, and beautiful. I am strong, powerful, I love harmonious, and I am

kind. I maintain this mental picture and I experience the harmonious and

peaceful relationships.

There is tremendous power within me. Happiness comes to me as I

continue to acquire a confidence in the universal power. I now make mydreams come true.

15.I can rise victorious over any defeat and realize the cherished desires of my

heart through the marvelous power of my subconscious mind. This is the

meaning of trust in the universes spiritual laws of my subconscious mind.

16.

I choose happiness. Happiness is a habit. It is a good habit to ponder often.

17.When I open my eyes in the morning, I say to myself. I choose happiness,

success, right action, love, good will and peace today. I pour life, love, and

interest into this affirmation, and I have chosen happiness. I give thanks for all

my blessings several times a day. Furthermore, I pray for the peace, happiness,and prosperity of all members of my family, my associates, and all people

everywhere.

I sincerely desire to be happy. Nothing is accomplished without desire. Desire

is a wish with wings of imagination and faith. I imagine the fulfillment of my

desires; I feel the reality and it happens. Happiness comes in answered prayer.

19.Some billionaires are very happy and some are very unhappy. The kingdom

of happiness is in my thoughts and feelings. Happiness is the harvest of a

quiet mind. Anchor my thoughts on peace, poise, security, and divine

guidance, and my mind is happy.

Part 12 - Human Relation and My Subconscious Mind

1.

My subconscious mind is a recording machine, which reproduces my

habitual thinking. I think good of others, and I am actually thinking good

about myself.

2.

A hateful or resentful thought is mental poison. I never think ill of another for

to do so is to think ill of myself. I am the only thinker in my universe, and mythoughts are creative.

3. My mind is a creative, positive medium; therefore, what I think and feel

about others, I am bringing to pass in my own experience. This is the

psychological meaning of the Golden Rule.

have a perfect right to disagree with me, and I have the same freedom to

disagree with them. I can disagree without being disagreeable.

My inner speech, representing my silent thoughts and feelings, is experienced

in the reactions of others toward me.

good will, and respecting the divinity of others.

I attract good fortune to myself.

which is right. I stick to my ideals, knowing that the mental outlook, which

gives me peace, happiness, and joy, is right, good, and true. What blesses

me, blesses all.

Love is wishing for everyone what I wish for myselfhealth, happiness, and all

the blessings of life.

Part 13 - Freedom from Fear and My Subconscious Mind

1. I do the thing I am afraid to do, and the death of that fear is certain. I say

to myself and mean it, I am going to master this fear, and I do.

Fear is a negative thought in my mind. Supplant it with a constructive

thought. Fear has killed millions. Confidence is greater than fear. Nothings

is more powerful than faith in the Universe.

Fear is mans greatest enemy. It is behind failure, sickness, and bad

human relations. Love casts out fear. Love is an emotional attachment to

the good things of life. Fall in love with honesty, integrity, justice, good

will, and success. I live in the joyous expectancy of the best, andinvariably the best comes to me.

4. Counteract the fear suggestions with the opposite, such as I sing

beautifully; I am poised, serene, and calm. It will pay fabulous

dividends.

5.

Fear is behind amnesia at oral and written examination time. I overcome

this by affirming frequently, I have a perfect memory for everything I

need to know, or I can imagine a friend congratulating me on my brilliant

success on the examination. When I persevere, I win.

An example of overcoming fear of water or swimming would be toimagination that they swim freely and joyously. They project themselves

into the water mentally. They feel the chill and thrill of swimming across

the pool. Make it vivid. As they do this subjectively, they become

compelled to go into the water and conquer it. This is the law of my mind.

Another example would be if someone was afraid of closed places, such

as elevators, lecture halls, etc., they mentally ride in an elevator blessing

all its parts and functions. They are amazed how quickly the fear is

dissipates.

I was born with only two fears, the fear of falling and the fear of noise.All my other fears were acquired. Get rid of them.

9. Normal fear is good. Abnormal fear is very bad and destructive. To

constantly indulge in fear thoughts results in abnormal fear, obsessions,

and complexes. To fear something persistently causes a sense of panic and

terror.

10.I can overcome abnormal fear when I know the power of my

subconscious mind can change conditions and bring to pass the

cherished desires of my heart. Give my immediate attention and

devotion to my desire, which is the opposite of my fear. This love castsout fear.

11.If I was afraid of failure, I would attention to success. If I was afraid of

sickness, I dwell on my perfect health. If I was afraid of an accident, I would

dwell on the guidance and protection the Universe. I was afraid of death; I

would dwell on Eternal Life.

The great law of substitution is the answer to fear. Whatever I fear has its

solution in the form of my desire. I desire heartfelt freedom. Expect the

good. Mentally concentrate on the good, and know that my subconscious

mind answers me always. It never fails.

The things I fear do not really exist except as thoughts in my mind.Thoughts are creative. Job said, The thing I fear has come upon me. Think

good and good follows.

Look at my fears; I hold them up to the light of reason. I learn to laugh at

my fears. That is the best medicine.

Nothing can disturb me but my own thoughts. The suggestions,

statements, or threats of other persons have no power. The power is

within me, and when my thoughts are focused on that which is good, and

then the Universes power iswith my thoughts of good. There is only one

Creative Power, and it moves as harmony. Its source is Love. This is whythe Universes power is with my thoughts of good.

Part 14Forgiveness and My Subconscious Mind

1. Life plays no favorites. Life favors me when I align myself with the principles

of harmony, health, joy, and peace.

2.

The Universe never sends disease, sickness, accident, or suffering. We bring

these things on ourselves by our own negative destructive thinking based

upon the law as we sow, so shall we reap.

3.

My concept of the Universe is the most important thing in my life. I reallybelieve in a universe of love and my subconscious mind responds with

countless blessings to me. I believe in a universe of love.

4. The Universe holds no grudge against me. Life never condemns me. Life heals

a severe cut on my hand. Life forgives me if I burn my finger. It restores the

part to wholeness and perfection.

5.

My guilt complex is a false concept of the Universe. It does not condemn or

punish me. The forces of nature are not evil. The effect of their use depends

on how I use the power within me. I can use electricity to kill someone or to

light the house. I can use water to drown a child, or quench his thirst. Goodand evil come right back to the thought and purpose in mans own mind.

6. The Universe never punishes. Man punishes himself by his false concepts of

the Universe.

7.

If another criticizes you, and these faults are within me, rejoice, give thanks,

and appreciate the comments. This gives me the opportunity to correct the

I cannot be hurt by criticism when I know that I am the master of my thoughts,

reactions, and emotions. This gives me the opportunity to pray and bless

others, thereby blessing myself.

There is nothing good or bad, and thinking makes it so. There is no evil in sex,the desire for food, wealth, or true expression. It depends on how I use these

urges, desires, or aspirations.

10.

I forgive myself and everybody else by pouring out love, life, joy, and good

will to all those who have hurt me. Continue until I meet them in my mind

and I am at peace with them.

11.To forgive is to give something. I give love, peace, joy, wisdom, and all the

blessings of life to others, until there is no sting left in my mind. This is really

the acid test of forgiveness.

12.

I wither them with love by wishing for the person all the blessings of life, until Ican meet the person in my mind and sincerely react with a benediction ofpeace and good will. This is the meaning of forgiveness.

You have the power to forgive yourself for all the errors, shortcomings and

mistakes of your past by deciding to change your thoughts and keep them

changed. The moment you begin to think constructively, harmoniously,

peacefully, and lovingly based on eternal truths which never change, your

subconscious will immediately respond to your constructive thoughts and

imagery; and the past will be forgotten and remembered no more. A new

beginning is a new end.

You have the capacity to embrace an idea, to induce the mood of it, and to weave

it into the fabric of your mind through feeling. When you sense your oneness with

your desire, the Cosmic Energizer moves on your behalf and brings your desire to

pass. This is the creative law operating in you. Such knowledge works wonders in

your life.

1. There need be no energy crisis. All that is necessary is for man to

tune in to the great Cosmic Energizer, the source of all power and energy; and

when he asks for guidance and inspiration and new creative ideas, he will get a

response fulfilling all his needs. New sources and techniques will be revealed

to him in Divine order.

2. Every problem has a solution. For every question there is an answer.

3. Man is learning to take energy from the sun. As he turns to the Cosmic

Energizer with faith and confidence, the answer will come. Its nature is

responsiveness.

4. A banker made a mental pattern of the salary he wanted, knowing

that the Cosmic Energizer would flow through the mold he had made in his mind,and it came to pass in Divine order.

5. When you want to sell a home, do not think of all the reasons why

you cant, but realize there is an Infinite Intelligence that will attract to youthe

right buyer, who will appreciate your home and prosper in it. As you accept this

truth, the deeper currents of your mind will bring it to pass. Instead of thinking of

debts, bills, etc., reverse the procedure and claim that God is your instant and

everlasting supply, meeting all your needs now. As you do this, the Cosmic

Energizer will flow through you, filling up all the empty vessels in your life.

6. You must learn to pay the price for what you want. This means youmust establish the mental equivalent in your subconscious mind. The price you

pay is belief. You must give before you can get. You must put the seed in the

ground to get a harvest. Likewise, you must let the Cosmic Energizer flow through

your ideals, hopes and aspirations, vitalizing and energizing them, and then you

will feel the joy of the answered prayer.

7. Claim that the Cosmic Energizer within you is now revealing to

you better ways in which you can serve. You will then discover wonders

happening in your life.

8. When you are seeking promotion, wealth and marriage, make sureyour inner speech, i.e., your silent talking to yourself, conforms to your aim or

desire in life. In other words, be certain that your inner talking is the same as it

would be if your prayers were answered now. Let your inner speech be from the

standpoint of fulfilled desire. Remember, it is your inner speech which is always

made manifest.

1. Many people are carrying excess burdens such as grief, resentment, self-

condemnation and hostility. These are mental poisons that rob you of vitality,

enthusiasm, and energy and debilitate the entire organism. Learn to cast off theseburdens by opening your mind and heart to the influx of Cosmic Energy and

Divine Love, which dissolves everything unlike itself.

2. A woman who hated her husband compensated by putting on excess aprons of

flesh in order to become repulsive to men. She eventually realized that all hatred

is self-hatred and that she was actually poisoning herself. She dissolved the lie

and set her husband free, wishing for him all the blessings of life. Having forgiven

herself, she decreed to her subconscious every night prior to sleep that she

weighed 120 pounds. Her subconscious freed her from the desire for amylaceous

and fatty foods. Her beauty, grace and charm returned.

3. When you have a definite aim, goal or vision in life, you will discoverthat the Cosmic Energizer will flow on your behalf, vitalizing your whole being.

Creative ideas and inspiration will flow and all doors will be opened to you,

bringing about a fulfillment of your dream.

4. Men block their promotion, growth and expansion by criticizing and

condemning others. What they fail to see is that when you condemn, criticize,

demean and belittle others, you, being the thinker, are actually creating all these

qualities within yourself. Also, you are actually trying to drag others down to your

own low estimate of yourself. Men tend to project on to others the shortcomings,

inadequacies and inferiorities within themselves. It is not what others say or do, itis our thought about it that matters. The solution is to

exalt God in the midst of yourself and to salute the Divinity in others, wishing for

them prosperity, promotion and all the blessings of life. Do this regularly and

systematically until it becomes a habit, and you will find the peace that passeth

understanding.

5.Faith which worketh by love .This love is not a Hollywood confection or a

sentiment. It means an outreaching of the heart, an emanation of goodwill to all.

It is that inner feeling of faith and confidence which enables you to fulfill yourdreams regardless of the criticism or ridicule of the world. It also means that

regardless of the vilification, hostility

or jealousy of others, you tenaciously keep on until the day breaks and the

shadows flee away. It is essential that you maintain cordiality, amiability and

goodwill to all people everywhere for although as Paul says, you have the faith

that moves mountains, and you lack love, you are as nothing. Faith works by love.

6. Learn to forgive yourself first for harboring negative thoughts about

yourself or anybody else. You cant give what you dont have. When you let the

sunshine of Gods love in to your soul, you can release to others the imprisonedsplendor within you. Begin now to let the influx of Divine Love into your soul.

Exalt God in the midst of you. When love enters in there is no room for

resentment, ill will, jealousy or enmity. All are dissolved in the Light of Gods Love.

There Are Tremendous Possibilities Within You

1. Every man is a son of God and every woman is a daughter of God,

for there is but One Power, Presence, Cause and Substance. Begin now to claim

that you can do all things through the God-Power that strengthens you.2. All life is an assumption of power, which as yet you do not know to

be actually there. Assume the power exists and you will soon emit sparks and

generate power from On High.

3. A frail and physically weak woman, seeing her husband pinned under a truck,

lifted it up and freed him. Subsequently, four men could not lift the truck. She

assumed the power was there and the Cosmic Energizer responded.

4. Churchill said that our assumptions harden into faith. A veteran

implicitly assumed that there was a guiding principle that would lead him out of

the jungle, and he was Divinely led every step of the way and eventually foundhimself in the arms of his comrades.

5. You are a powerhouse and you can release the hidden powers

through the assumption of right ideas, feelings and attitudes of mind. Claim boldly

that you are filled with the Energy and Wisdom of the Infinite and that this power

is now coursing through your veins and arteries. You will feel the influx of Energy

from On High.

6. A woman who was despondent, gloomy and in financial straits enthroned an

idea: There shall be showers of blessings. The idea captivated her mind,

generating tremendous energy and power, which transformed her life financiallyand socially, resulting in marital harmony and prosperity.

7. Fear was blocking the flow of the Cosmic Energizer, and one man

began to use the great antidoteGod within him. He enthroned in his mindthis

great truth: Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither worry.

Whenever fear came to his mind, he supplemented the thought with God loves

me and cares for me. He made a habit of this and succeeded in casting out fear.

When fear knocks at the door of his mind, faith in God opens the door and there,

is no one there.

8. A man began to claim, feel and believe that God was his silent partner, guide,counselor, paymaster, adjuster and trouble-shooter. He gave himself the mirror

treatment and affirmed before the mirror every morning: Victory is mine,

triumph is mine, success is mine, wealth is mine. God is my partner. It is

wonderful! He became president of his company and fabulous ideas welled up

from his depths, saving and making money for his organization.

9. She said she was religious but experienced lack and limitation. True

religion, however, is really of the heart, or the subconscious. It is what you

sincerely believe deep down in your heart that is made manifest in your life.Your

nominal belief, or theoretical assent to certain creeds, dogmas, rules and

regulations is thinking in the head; but it is the thinking in your heart, orsubconscious, that matters. Your dominant belief is your real religion. Believe in

the goodness of God in the land of the living. Believe in the guidance of God and

the love of God. Believe in the abundance and riches of the Infinite, and God will

wipe away all tears from your eyes and there will be no more weeping.

1. All over the world today men and women of various religious beliefs

are awakening to the tremendous therapeutic results following the application of

mental and spiritual laws.

2. All healings take place according to the belief of the individual orthat of his doctor or practitioner. The subconscious mind is the creative medium,

and the healer of the body. Whatever the conscious mind impresses on the

subconscious, the latter faithfully reproduces.

3. The mother of a taxi driver began to read The Power of Your Subconscious Mind

and realized that she had been constantly fearing and expecting to be crippled

with arthritis because her mother and grandmother had been afflicted with this

disease. She changed her attitude and began to affirm regularly, systematically

and conscientiously that the Cosmic Energizer with in her, which is the Infinite

Healing Presence, was flowing through her as harmony, vitality, and wholeness,and that she was energized and transformed by the Healing Presence. She also

pictured herself as walking and doing all the things she would do were she whole

and perfect. Her son kept praying for her, also, claiming that Divine love, peace

and harmony saturated the mind and heart of his mother. His mental image,

which he constantly viewed, was his mother at home, vital, alive and quickened

by the Spirit. His image agreed with his affirmation, and the so-called miracle

happened: All the calcareous deposits were dissolved and she walks freely and

joyously now.

4. A mother whose 5-year-old son had paroxysmal attacks of asthma,and whose medicine did not always succeed in suppressing them, decided to call

on the Infinite Healing Presence within her and the boy. Several times a day she

sat still, immobilized her attention, and in a passive, receptive frame of mind,

imagined her little boy saying to her, Mom, God healed me. I feelwonderful.

She did this over and over again until she felt the naturalness and reality of it all.

It was a vivid, realistic drama in her mind. At the end of a months time he was

completely free and bubbling over with enthusiasm.

5. The Cosmic Energizer is the Life-Principle, or Infinite Healing Presence, which

animates all people. If you wish to pray for a friend or relative thousands of miles

away, there is no time or space in mind. Spirit is omnipresent, and if you wish tohelp your friend, go within yourself and contemplate the wholeness, beauty,

vitality, intelligence and power of the Infinite and claim that what is true of God is

true of your friend. Do this until you become quiet and relaxed and feel that that

is all you can do for the present. Later on, when you feel led to pray, repeat the

prayer process as if you were doing it for the first time. Each time you are

penetrating deeper into your subconscious mind, as well as that of your friend,

and he will experience a resurrection of what you feel and believe.

6. A mother whose child was dying of fever and who failed to respond

to medication withdrew all thought of fever and bodily conditions. She sat downby the child and affirmed with faith and confidence: Gods river ofpeace

saturates the whole being of my child. The vitalizing, healing, harmonizing power

of God is made manifest in her mind and body now. She continued for about

one-half hour, and the childs temperature became normal.

She asked for food and her dog to play with. The subconscious mind of the child

was impregnated with the truths affirmed by the mother, and immediate results

followed.

7. The first step in mental and spiritual healing is not to be afraid of

disease or condition. The second step is to come to the conclusion that thecondition is but a product of negative thinking, which will have no power to

continue its existence. The third step is to exalt the healing power of the Cosmic

Energizer within. This attitude of mind will stop the production of all toxins in you

or in the person for whom you are praying.

8. A minister brought about a wonderful healing of his wifes tubercular

condition by meditating on one of the verses of the Bible and reiterating it over

and over again until it became embodied in his subconscious mind and that of his

wife. He turned within as if addressing the Infinite Presence and affirmed:

Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. And I knew that thou hearest mealways . . . (John 11:41-42). He kept on thanking the Infinite forhis wifes

miraculous healing, knowing that the grateful heart is always close to God. A

complete healing of the tubercular condition took place.

9. The master key to spiritual healing is to refrain from thinking of

symptoms and conditions, but to think of the Living Spirit within, which is the God

Presence, and then to affirm that the love, peace, harmony, joy, wholeness,

vitality and intelligence of the Cosmic Energizer animates, sustains, restores and

heals the person for whom you pray. You should also imagine the person as the

person ought to behappy, joyous, whole, vital andin perfect condition. Your mental image must always agree with your affirmation.

You can pray this way as often as you deem necessary, and according to your faith

will you see results.

10. An alcoholic felt guilty and feared death. When it was explained to

him that he creates his own heaven and hell, he felt relieved. He learned the law

of forgiveness and realized that there was no one punishing him but himself, and

that the grudges, peeves and resentments he harbored were poisoning himself

because whatever he was thinking about others, he was creating in his own life,

since thought is creative. He decided to forgive himself and others, and he meantit. Love came into his soul and peace into his mind. He felt he was on the right

side of God and that all was forgiven. A remarkable healing followed, and he left

the hospital in a few days. He is a transformed man today. He discovered that

self-forgiveness is heaven (mind at peace) and self-condemnation is hell

(restriction and bondage).

11. The law of forgiveness is a scientific law of mind. Your mind is a

principle, and the minute you begin to use it the right way, there is an automatic

response of your subconscious mind to correspond with your conscious direction

and contemplation. This is why you read in the 100th Psalm:His mercy iseverlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

The principles of chemistry, mathematics, electricity, etc. hold no grudges against

you because you misused them. The minute you use these principles in the right

way, right results follow. This is why even murderers, as well as alcoholics,

thieves, dope addicts and sex fiends who have an intense desire to become new

men in God, discover that the past is forgotten and remembered no more the

minute they begin to fill their subconscious with the truths of God. Perfunctory

prayer wont do this, but when a real inner transformation takes place and you

possess a hunger and thirst to do the right thing, then this seeming miracle takesplace. A new beginning is a new end.

12. Forgive until seventy times seven is a figurative, Biblical expression, which

means your life should be dominated by a constant attitude of forgiving, or giving

for. Continue supplanting negative thoughts with constructive, harmonious

thoughts and then you are constantly forgiving yourself.

Your thoughts about another are also your thoughts about yourself. You are the

only thinker in your world, and your thought is definitely creative. You and you

alone are responsible for the way you think. Whatever you think or wish for

another, you are creating in your own body, experiences, conditions and events. It

behooves you to forgive seventy times seven.13. All our shortcomings and derelictions are completely forgiven

when we become dominated by Divine love, harmony and peace; then the law of

our subconscious responds accordingly, and since the law of our mind is

compulsive, we find ourselves compelled to ways of pleasantness and to paths of

peace.His mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations

1. The sense of guilt holds many people back, as it blocks the flow of

cosmic energy into their lives, robbing them of vitality, enthusiasm andexpansion in life. Self-condemnation brings failure and misery; self-

forgiveness brings joy, happiness and prosperity.

2. The word sin means to miss the mark. You are sinning in life when

you fail to lead a full, happy, prosperous and successful life.

3. A shy, timid and fearful young woman was lonesome, frustrated and

unhappy. She reversed her attitude and began to claim she was wanted,

needed, appreciated and loved. She disciplined her imagination and began

to imagine and feel she was being escorted to fashionable restaurants,theatres and musicals. She also prayed that she would attract the right man.

The deeper currents of her mind brought all these things to pass in Divine

order.

4. To forgive is to give for. You have the power to forgive yourself by

changing your thoughts according to universal principles and keeping them

changed. The moment you do this, there is an automatic response from your

subconscious mind, and the past is forgotten and remembered no more. A

new beginning is a new end.

5. You do not solve the problem of poverty or sickness by joining achurch, a cult or a group of any kind. You must demonstrate your faith. We

are all manifesting in our lives what we really believe. Turn to the Source of

all blessings and claim that God, the Cosmic Energizer, is your instant and

everlasting supply and support at all times and you will get a response.

6. When you sense your oneness with your desire, the Cosmic Energizer will

move on your behalf and bring your desire to pass.

7. The word repent means to change your thoughts and to think according

to eternal veritiesthe truths which never change. A man focused his

attention on two ideas prior to sleep: success and wealth, repeatingthese two words to his subconscious, while lulling himself to sleep. He

activated the latent power of his subconscious and went up the ladder of

triumph and achievement along all lines.

8. A detective lives a charmed life through the constant use of this

prayer: The whole armor of God surrounds me. I bear a charmed life. God is

my hiding place, and He encompasses me with songs of deliverance. By

constant repetition he has impregnated his subconscious mind, and he is

impervious to all harm.9. You are what you eat mentally and spiritually. You can eat the

choicest food and still be hungry for love, peace, harmony and health. God

doesnt care whether you feast or fast. Feast on the truths of God, and

whatever you eat physically will be transmuted into beauty, symmetry,

order and proportion.

10. You can be very good from a conventional standpoint; you can observe

the rules and regulations of your church and be kind to your family; but you

must remember, it is the belief deep down in your heart that is made

manifest. If you believe that God is punishing you or sending sickness or

disease, or that the will of God for you is something downright unpleasant,

you will experience the result of your belief. Actually, you are punishing

yourself, because you are belief expressed. Get a new concept of a God of

love, and believe that Gods will for you is something glorious, and

magnificent, and something beyond your fondest dreams, and it will be

done unto you as you believe. One man who had been suffering the tortures

of the damned because of his false belief about God reversed his attitude

and enthroned a God of love. He thereby transformed his whole life into oneof harmony, health and peace.

1. All of us are immersed and surrounded by an Infinite Presence and

world.

2. This Cosmic Energizer is all powerful. It is the only Power there is,

and this inexhaustible and almighty energy is concentrated at every point of

space. The tremendous energy locked in an atom is the Power of AlmightyGod focused at that point.

3. This Cosmic Energizer is all-wise; It knows all and sees all. It

created the universe and the galaxies in space and indwells each person.

This Protecting Presence made your body from a cell and knows all the

processes and functions of your body. It is the Infinite Healing Presence

which restores and heals. This Protecting Presence and Cosmic Energizer is

present at every moment of time and point of space. Omnipresence could

be likened to radio waves, which enable a person in Beverly Hills, California,to hear the same program at the same moment as someone in New York

City. You can make instant contact by phone with a friend in Honolulu.

4. The entire cosmos is governed by a Supreme Intelligence operating

according to immutable, changeless laws so that scientists, for example, can

forecast the return of Haleys Comet to the split second. This Presence and

Power governs all cycles of time and the rotation of the earth and other

planets, indicating we are dealing with a framework of tireless energy.

5. All the religions of the world teach us of an Indwelling Presence

which enables all of us to receive the protection and guidance of a Cosmic

Energizer, the Miracle Power of the Universe.

Protecting Presence and affirmed, He shall cover thee with his feathers,

and under his wings shalt thou trust. Not a hair of his head was singed, and

he parachuted to safety. He proved that at higher levels of thinking fire does

not burn man.

7. The ancient Hebrews said they were protected by a pillar of cloudsby day and by a pillar of fire by night. This is symbolic language. The cloud

means man in tune with the Infinite contemplating the protecting presence

of God. Fire by night means that the infinite intelligence in the subconscious

mind reveals answers and guidance through dreams and visions when sound

asleep. The cloud represents meditation or frequent contact with the

Infinite during our daily activities, while we know we are watched over and

protected by an Overshadowing Presence at all times.

8. A plane en route from Burlington to Boston hit a wall in Boston and

lives were lost. That same evening a girl from Burlington, Vermont,

phoned me, saying that the previous night she had seen the plane on fire ina dream with dead bodies all around. She said that this author had appeared

to her and said, Cancel your flight, which she did. She was praying for

guidance and protection, and the infinite intelligence of her subconscious

responded. Its ways are past finding out.

9. In the August 1973 issue of The National Enquirer there appeared an

article by John South about comedian Dan Rowan, who was about to

undergo surgery for suspected leg cancer. He went to see Dr. Raymond

LaScola, who is not only a Beverly Hills specialist in pediatrics, but also anexpert medical hypnotist. He put Dan in deep hypnosis and then asked Dans

subconscious mind to reveal the cause of the ailment and its real nature. He

discovered there was no malignancy and his subconscious pinpointed the

exact cause:

The swelling in his leg was caused by dead tissue due to insulin injections.

The infinite intelligence in his subconscious mind revealed the answer, and

he saved his leg.

10. Einstein said: God is a scientist, not a magician. Think of God as

the Cosmic Energizer and an Infinite Intelligence that is cognizant of all

things, the creator of all things visible and invisible. Recognize God as the

Supreme Scientist of the Universe governing the entire cosmos by

mathematical, immutable laws.

11. On a recent trip to Guadalajara, Mexico, I met a professor of medicine

whose life was saved during a recent earthquake at Sylmar, where he was at

that time visiting a close friend. While seated at his desk writing a medical

article, a pencil on another table began to write rapidly, directed by some

unseen intelligence. The writing was in Spanish, which he spoke fluently, andits English equivalent was, Get out of here at once. An earthquake is

coming. He looked upon this experience as the subjective intelligence of his

subconscious mind operating the pencil and speaking to him in such a way

that he would instantly obey.

12. We must learn to trust the Infinite Protecting Presence, which is all wise,

all-loving and the Source of our being, to guide and protect us, not by magic,

but by spiritual laws which execute themselves.

1. There is a guiding principle in your subconscious mind which knows

all and sees all. A woman lost a very valuable diamond ring and spoke to her

subconscious as follows: You are all wise; you know where the ring is. Re102veal

to me the answer. This was followed by an overpowering hunch to lookin her

automobile, where she found it under the rug in the car.

2. Ofttimes guidance comes in a dream or vision of the night. A recurrent dream is

very significant. A schoolteacher had a recurrent dream in which a dog was biting

her breasts, and she was fighting back with the bedclothes.

Actually, her subconscious was warning her of incipient disease. Shesaw a medical doctor, who found two small growths which he removed, pointing

out to her she had come at the right time, as, undoubtedly, had she neglected

herself, these would have become malignant. She is free from all fear now, as she

meditates regularly on the 23rd, 27th and 91st Psalms.

3. A businessman who was in the red couldnt understand what was

wrong. He asked his subconscious mind to reveal to him what he needed to know

about his business. An overpowering desire, or hunch, came to him to have a

special C.P.A. go over the books, and he found that his bookkeeper, a very close

relative, had been embezzling money for over two years. He was saved frombankruptcy and now claims Divine guidance for himself and all his employees. He

keeps close tabs on his financial transactions.

4. An Indian gets overwhelming urges to dig in a particular area and

discovers ornaments, shells, tools, weapons and other rare objects. He attributes

his findings of these long lost treasures to his ancestors spirit guidance.There is

only One Spirit (the Cosmic Energizer), and It responds to all men according to

their belief.

5. An actress prayed regularly for Divine guidance and right action in

all phases of her life and had a prodromal dream for six successive nights, whichdepicted her as riding a horse that struggled to reach the top of a mountain but

could not. Her subconscious was revealing to her symbolically a heart condition,

which her doctor corrected. She nipped an impending coronary attack in the bud

and now keeps in perfect health by saturating her subconscious with the 91st and

100th Psalms every night and morning. The tired horse indicated emotional

disturbance, and she followed the lead that came to her. The Lord (The Cosmic

Energizer) makes himself known in a vision and will speak to man in a dream.

6. An attorney found himself at the home of his mother in Canada, who had

suddenly passed on. She had told him of a box of ancient gold coins which she

possessed and promised to him at her demise. Mention of the gold treasure didnot occur in the will, and the coins were nowhere to be found. He turned the

request over to his subconscious mind, claiming that the answer would be

revealed to him. He was guided by an inner intuition to search in the attic, where

he found over $50,000 in gold coins dating back to the early 1890s.

7. The secret of Divine guidance is to think quietly of the Divine solution, knowing

there is an infinite intelligence in your subconscious which responds to the nature

of your request. When your thought is right and your motivation is right, you will

be under a subconscious compulsion to do the right thing. The answers to your

requests may come in various ways, such as overpowering hunches, dreams,visions of the night, symbols, Biblical verses or hexagrams of the I Ching. Trust the

infinite intelligence to respond and as you have faith and confidence in its

response, you will discover the right answer and the day will break for you and all

the shadows will flee away.

Steps to Practice in the Healing Process1. Turn away from the ugly picture; when you choose to acknowledge

the Infinite Healing Power, this is an act of faith, because you are

recognizing the only Presence, Power, Cause and Substance.

2. Contemplate God from the highest standpoint and claim that Divine

Love and harmony saturate your whole being.

3. Quietly decree that the Infinite Healing PresenceThe Great Physicianis

silently and constantly permeating every atom of your being, reproducing

wholeness, beauty and perfection where the imperfection is.

4. As you follow this procedure there is a perfect response taking placesubconsciously. Continue to give thanks for the action of the Healing Presence,

and wonders will happen as you pray this way.

1. Use the laws of mind and extract from the infinite storehouse within you

verything you need to lead a glorious and successful life.

2. You were born to be rich, and you are here to lead a full and happy life. God

wants you to be happy.

3. There is a definite law of cause and effect in everything. Believe in God's riches,

and you shall receive. It is done unto you as you believe.

4. God always is successful in all His undertakings. You are one with God;therefore, you can't fail. You were born to conquer.

5. All riches are of the mind. It is your mental attitude The Treasure House of

Infinity that determines wealth or poverty. Think riches and riches follow; think

poverty and poverty follows.

6. There is an abundance of opportunity for you. Go with the current of life and

stop swimming against the tide. There is an infinite number of ideas to draw out

of your subconscious; a new idea you have may be worth $50,000.

7. A magnificent way to contact the infinite storehouse within is to make a habit

of affirming: "God supplies all my needs now." Wonders happen as you pray thisway.

8. Poverty is a mental illness. Claim boldly, "God's wealth is circulating in my life

and there is always a Divine surplus."

9. Your subconscious mind, which is the storehouse of riches, responds to your

sincere thoughts in ways you know not of.

10. Thought is the only immaterial and invisible power of which you are aware.

Your thought definitely and positively can produce capital for you.

11. The law of attraction attracts to you everything you need, according to the

nature of your thought life. Your environment and financial condition are theperfect reflection of your habitual thinking. Thought rules the world.

1. Riches are all around you, for the simple reason that you live, move, and have

your being in God; and God lives, moves, and has His being in you. God is

omnipresent; therefore, all of His riches are present everywhere, within you, and

all around you.

2. The creative power in you is unlimited and inexhaustible. Your true wealth is in

identifying yourself with the spirit of opulence.3. Stay your mind on God and sense your oneness with the infinite storehouse of

riches within, and riches will flow automatically into your life.

4. If you think of lack, limitation, and restrictions, you will create more lack and

limitations of all kinds. Your Infinite Power to Be Rich What you give your

attention to, you magnify in your world.

5. Realize that God is the eternal source of your supply meeting all your needs at

every instant, and wonders will happen in your life.

6. A magic formula for paying bills and banishing all debts is to give thanks that

you have received that amount of money when you receive any kind of a bill,

and the idea will gradually impregnate your subconscious mind.7. Your thought is the only immaterial power you know, and your thought can

produce tangible riches from the invisible storehouse. Think riches and riches

follow; think poverty and poverty follows.

8. Your thought-image or mental pattern of wealth is first cause relative to

wealth. It is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not

seen.

9. To condemn the wealth and prosperity of another is to hurt yourself. Your mind

is a creative medium, and what you wish for the other you are wishing for

yourself.You are the thinker, and your thought is creative.

10. You will become financially secure by mentally identifying yourself with the

eternal source of supply which never runs dry, and by having a deep desire to
