    Charges are correct at time of publishing.DEFINITIONSService Availability Charge: a charge that applies for supplying electricity to your premises for each day of the billingperiod, regardless of how much electricity you use.kWh: stands for kilowatt hour and is the measurement for electricity usage on your bill. kWh is a unit of energyequivalent to one kilowatt (1 kW = 1,000 W) of power expended for one hour of time.ELIGIBILITY 1. If it is not already installed, a Smart Meter will need to be installed at your premises. 2. Your Smart Metermust be able to effectively communicate data (as determined by the Distributor). 3. You must give us your explicitinformed consent to receive notices and communications under this Contract electronically, including by email, SMSand PowerSmartOnline. 4. Solar photovoltaic panels must not be installed at or on your premises.PRICE CHANGES Your consumption charges and service availability charges will be xed at the rates provided untilthe end of the rst Benet Term.

PriceSmart provides youwith cheaper rates year round during peak times except during 14 Dynamic PeakEvents per rolling 12 months when the price will increase. By taking steps toreduce your consumption during these limited events, you will save on your annualbills. You will also receive PowerSmart Home Control which in conjunction withPowerSmartOnline can help you monitor, track and manage your electricity useand individual appliances remotely.

    Benet Term Your rst Benet Term will last until the end of the Smart Grid, Smart City trial, 28February 2014. If the trial is extended, we will provide you with notice no later than20 business days before the end of your rst Benet Term.

    Exit fee There are no exit fees payable on this plan for your rst Benet Term. SubsequentBenet Terms may include an exit fee.
