Transmission Congestion Relief

An automatic management system will keep the congestion within hadware limits of the Grid.

If congestion in the grid is experienced, ESS will absorb electricity

If the ESS can not fully absorb the electricity, the generators have to be stopped. So, with the ESS, the generators will experience less stops doe to congestion.
