Grant Agreement: Process

1. Consultation at Lead Partner Days

2. Discussion with Project Partners regarding conditions

3. Written response by Lead Partner on “Conditions for Approval” document

4. Conditions resolved

5. New application form submitted to the POWER Secretariat (if applicable new Co-financing statement)

6. Application form approved and changes incorporated into the Grant Agreement

7. Grant Agreement to Lead Partner

8. Grant Agreement between SEEDA and Lead Partner signed

9. Grant Letter between subproject and region

10. Send copy of your Partnership Agreement to the Secretariat
