La diabetes en una enfermedad crónica y
silenciosa que se caracteriza por la falta parcia o
total de insulina lo que elevara la glucosa en la
sangre .

· Prefiera alimentos ricos en
fibra soluble, con poco
procesamiento y aditivos,
crudos con consistencia
solida.
· Evite el alcohol.
· Alimentos como fideos,
papas, y arroz consúmalos
fríos esto disminuirá su carga
glicémica
