Training and Development Center (TDC) offers more than 110 different training modules (general and job related skills/ training), organized in 5 training pillars:

1) Marketing, Sales and Customer Care - 15 training modules

2) Information, Communication and Technology - 45 training modules

3) General Management - 33 training modules

4) First Aid and Occupational Safety - 10 training modules

5) English language courses - 6 levels + Business English

TDC is implementing and is a member of international training programs such as: – MCPLS (Microsoft Partner for Learning Solution) – CISCO – ECDL (European Computer Driving License) – AutoDesk (AutoCAD, ArchCAD, etc)

TDC is Certified Testing Center for: – PearsonVUE, (delivers computer-based certification and licensure tests for various testing programs in secure test centers) – Prometric, – Certiport, and - In process to becoming a member of RedHat (training and testing center) and ORACLE (education center) Other TDC activities: – Project support to business units – Support to market research and data analysis for business / support units
