Position Description
ANZ will be going through an exercise in setting up contracts in our contract management system to ensure the bank will get value out of contract and supplier performance management.
The successful intern will review and assess the contract workspace in our SAP Procurement system against the actual contract and determine if the most appropriate contract management settings have been used, recommend changes and additions to information that should be included to assist with the management of the contract, then implement these changes.
The intern will also review the supplier workspace (a roll up of all the supplier relevant contract workspaces) to advise if these have been appropriately created and advise if additional information would be beneficial.
Skills Required
Basic understanding of commercial contracts and contract structure i.e. what clauses would be expected and what they mean (at a high level).
A basic understanding of contract management and supplier performance management Attention to detail
The ideal candidate will be studying Commerce or Law.
