Вчитель англійської мови Вітвіцька Л.О. пропонує вашій увазі свою презентацію ” Як створити електронне портфоліо”, з якої ви можете дізнатися про структуру портфоліо, його мету, які матеріали та документи можуть бути долучені до нього, пропонує зразки цих документів. Сподіваємося, що ця презентація стане у пригоді учням та вчителям. Бажаємо творчих успіхів!

Як створити електронне портфоліо(ЕП)

1. Це титульний слайд ЕП. Оформити його можна на свій смак, але важливо зазначити мету, зміст ЕП, своє прізвище, назву навчального закладу та період ведення ЕП(роки).

2. ЕП складається з трьох папок або презентацій:

• All about me (My language Passport)

• My Language Biography• My Dossier3. ЕП повинно зберігатися на диску,

який зможе переглядати, поповнювати і корегувати вчитель і ти сам.

4. Самокорекцію слід виконувати зеленим кольором, корекція вчителя та його рекомендації будуть червоні.

5. Портфоліо ілюструй своїми світлинами, малюнками з підписами.

Пропоную переглянути зразок змісту кожної папки-презентації твого майбутнього ЕП.

SAMPLE AUTOBIOGRAPHY

I, Prokopenko Mariya Oleksandrivna, was born on April 29, 1989 in Kyiv in the family of an officer.

In 1992 I became a pupil of the first form of Kaniv secondary school in Ukraine.

When my father entered the Military Academy in Kharkiv in 1996 we moved there and I continued my studies at school №26 till 2000.

Since 2000 till 2005 I studied at Kyiv secondary school №58. In 2005 I entered the Foreign Languages Department of the Ukrainian State University after Drahomanov where I am studying now. I am the monitor of group 218.

My family

Father - Prokopenko Oleksandr Vasylyovytch, born in 1954, is an officer and works at the Defence Ministry of Ukraine.

Mother – Prokopenko (Kyrylenko) Nataliya Viktorovna, born in 1956, is a music teacher of Kyiv children musical school №7.

Sister - Prokopenko Kateryna Oleksandrivna, born in 2001, is a pupil of the second form of Kyiv secondary school №78.
