I recently graduated with my master of architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology. I am currently looking for an opportunity to join a design team where I can utilize both my academic and professional experience.

By giving me the opportunity to join your team, I ensure to provide your team with added value and compelling creative assistance. I am equipped with the passion and the knowledge to resolve complex challenges. I am a quick learner and a solutions-oriented individual, with strong communication skills. I thrive in team-oriented environments, but also have a keen ability to take an authoritative role when such a need arises.

The project was located on a very uniquely shaped site, a long rectangle. The goal for this project was to create a ceremonial experience for the user by creating a series of elements that frame and prepare them for the grand finale - the yoga complex. The goal was to guide the user through the site by a stream of water that flows throughout the entire site and weaves all the different components of the site together.

This installation was a collaborative project commissioned by the McHenry Library UC Santa Cruz to bring the staircase to code and prevent children falling between the banisters. The project was executed by group of seven students. The installation lines the spiral staircase at McHenry Library up five flights of stairs. The concept was inspired by a cherry blossom tree located outside of the library. It consisted of 450 plexi-glass panels, transparencies and steel rod connections.
