03. Park Hybrid Complex
A mixed-use complex formed by three towers for the landscape with multiple perspectives of the reconverted airport into a park.In the street level there are several public spaces and stores to supply its residents. The next level has common areas and administration offices. Each tower has its special living dynamic; the tallest will replace the existing houses for those settled families,the next will have a loft style for work/living units, and the smallest will receive new raising families, the youngest ones.The buildings works with the optimum orientation and also their rooftops are intended for rain collectors and water treatment.

VOLUMETRIC CONCEPT
The “Sustainable Development Model for Tachina Area 2022” is an urban plan for Esmeraldas’ city expansion area. It aims to generate opportunities by promoting eco-friendly mind set and community empowerment.
The Entrepreneurship Platform project is a coworking space where (SME), government and academia cooperate to improve the economic conditions of Tachina, a town nearby the airport. The Platform will represent the local people enterprise values: teamworking, transparency and innovation. The proposed central tool for development will be the Information Technologies to raise competitiveness and offer a basic service to the town. The main objective will be the idea incubator through networking, open new markets and diffusion of their stories to the world.

LED screens can be expensive and their best is in the mornings. However, morphing architecture to feature a screen to the outside, using the same internal audiovisual equipment, the building has an extra income to cover mainteinance costs and the open space gets enhanced by this common technology.
