PORTABLE EYEWASH STATIONS

Pure Flow 1000® Emergency Eyewash Station Dispenses purified, pH-balanced Eyesaline® solution without the need forplumbing. Fluid cartridges are factory sealed which eliminates mixing,measuring and the opportunity for contamination prior to use. Eyesaline isnonirritating and balanced to the pH and salinity of human tears. Thesolution delivery module is an integrated unit consisting of Eyesalinecartridges, delivery tube and nozzle assembly. The Pure Flow 1000 holdstwo cartridges (sold separately), each containing 3.8 gallons of Eyesalinesolution, which dispenses upon activation at a flow rate of 0.4 gpm (15-minute cycle). When the delivery module is empty, a “ServiceImmediately”warning is displayed. Pure Flow 1000 captures its own wastefluid, eliminating spill hazards. Wheeled Universal Cart allows for easymobility, and fits the 28-Gallon Waste Container. Two-year maintenance-freelife cycle. SEI certified to meet ANSI Z358.1-2004.

On-Site® Gravity-Fed Eyewash Station and Waste CartThe On-Site Gravity-Fed Eyewash Station is transportable and can be easilyrelocated to the point-of-need even when assembled and filled. The 7-gallonunit weighs just 60 lbs when full. Station can be mounted to a wall or placedon a countertop or other solid surface. A transparent polycarbonate tankmakes it easy to see when it is time to clean or refill the unit. Water flow isactivated when the hinged eyewash tray is pulled down. Sprayheads providea continuous flow for 15 minutes at 0.4 gpm. Safety sign included. Aninsulated Heater Jacket accessory warms the eyewash station andthermostatically controls water in temperatures as low as -20°F. It utilizessilicone rubber heaters, powered by a standard 120V plug. Jacket includesindicator lights to ensure proper heater operation. Waste Cart includes rigidcasters in front and locking swivel casters in back for easy transportation ofthe Gravity-Fed Eyewash Station.
