Current situation
• Participation in DataGrid and CrossGrid
• EDG testbed
• 2 multi-disciplinary farms of ~200 nodes in IFIC and IFCA
•“Special Action” for 1 year of 500 K€ (about 50% materials, 50% personnel & travel) coordinated by Jesus Marco.

Some (personal) concerns….
• So many “national Grids” in Europe ?
• More and more coordination bodies & meetings:When will we manage to do any actual work ?
• Good to run your own things during prototyping,but for production would like to see Grid Servicesabsorbed into a generic “Grid Infrastructure” wherewe only need to add LHC-specific hw and sw.
