Besides the enviable abrasion

resistance of our polyurethane permits

our liners to win the abrasion caused

by the conveying of sand and gravel

inside the trommel.

EUROGOMMA supplies modular backed steel plates

lining the whole inside surface of the washing

trommel.

Our plates are custom made to offer the highest

wear resistance and are curved to facilitate their

modular application inside the trommel.

Both bolting and welding are available to fasten our

plates.

Wear tests comparing our polyurethane plates

with rubber or metal liners demonstrate that the

excellent technological characteristic of our

elastomer are a sure proof of longest wear

life.

trommel lining but we can give you a complete set of wear resistant items which are installed in trommel.

Therefore the following wear resistant products are available:

Washing trommels are sometimes headed by screening cones dividing sand and gravel from wide stones

which are the only elements feeding the trommel.

EUROGOMMA manufactures also polyurethane screening cones offering enormous advantages in

comparison with traditional steel and stainless steel cones.

In fact the 1st screening cone is always

subjected to extreme wear because of the big

dimensions and high charge of the processed

stones and gravel.

In this way our polyurethane screens relevantly

decrease the enormous wear effects offering a

very long operative life.

External screening cones are very frequently

subjected to another relevant problem: hole-

blinding.

Our elastic polyurethane cones totally avoid this

problem guaranteeing excellent screening

performances.

Besides also in this case we offer the longest wear

life available.

The application of our screening cones is extremely easy. In fact we supply two half cones

which must be firstly fastened on the head of the washing trommel and then together. Every

half cone is constituted by an external steel frame and internal polyurethane screens.
