To produce 1000 pics of poly bag, need 18.41kg polimer.

Cost of Material = 18.412kg x $.50 per lb = 18.41 x $1.1/Kg (as we know 1 kg =2.20 lb) = $20.253 / 1000 pics. = $0.020 (cost of 1pc poly bag)

Cost of Adhesive tape = 28” x $.002 = $.056

So, final cost of 1 pc poly bag will be = ($0.020 + $.056) = $0.076

If exist print, please include that cost with this poly bagcosting. Please be noted that poly bag factory may not take under 1000 units for LDPE, PP bags orderdue to consideration of their raw materials wastage and production smoothness. But for gazettetype of poly bags, it has to be over 5000 units. MOQ could be negotiable depends on supplierswiliness.

During poly bag order, the following issues need be clear to supplier to erase hassle.* Opening way* Length and width of the bag.* With or without flap* Type of material* Sealing mechanism* Thickness* Recyclable logo / Brand logo / Warning logo or any special info need to be printed. * Number of vent or design of venting. * Number of colors or color specification etc.

Lead Time:Normal poly bag can be provided by supplier within 3-4 days after order placement but gazette, printed, with sealing mechanism or button attachments will increase the lead time up to 10-12 daysupon its features.

Thanks for your query. Actually it's very tough to make an excel file according to your wish. Here i tried to

narrate everything, just prepare your item cost manually by using above formula.
