  • COVID-19 ONSITE ATTENDEE POLICY

    The safety of attendees onsite is extremely important, and the following strategies have been put in place for the event. Attendees who interfere with these strategies which impact the safety of attendees onsite will be asked to leave the event:

    • Please stay home if you have cold or flu like symptoms 

    • Wash your hands regularly and cough or sneeze into your elbow. Hand sanitiser stations will be provided at the entrance to and throughout the venue.

    • Please follow the instructions of event and venue staff at all times. When moving around the venue staff will direct attendees to ensure there is no crowding in foyers and toilets.

    • Should you begin to experience cold or flu like symptoms onsite please inform a staff member at the registration desk immediately. 

    • For contact tracing purposes, all participants must be registered for the event and will be provided with a name badge to ensure we maintain accurate contact reporting.

    • Attendees are encouraged to maintain 1.5 metre separation between people who are not from the same household.

    • Attendees are encouraged to download and activate the Australian Governments COVIDSafe app throughout their time at the event. 

    • Shaking hands is discouraged

    Encanta Event Management staff will be available at the registration desk throughout the event to answer any questions regarding the events COVID-19 event plan.
