10:30am MBA students will arrive at the LinkedIn campus. Our guests are visiting LinkedIn as potential new team members!


10:45-11:30am Guests will be welcomed by Nick Besbeas who will provide some insight into what it is like to work at LinkedIn.


11:30am-12:30pm Guests will have lunch with a few preselected team members in Art of Noise.


Lunch Participants…We are running on a tight schedule, look for cues from our event planner for your 5 and 1 minute warning so that we can get our guests to their interviews on time. Lunch will be held in a panel format so that guests have an opportunity to ask you questions and hear a little about what you’re working on.


After lunch, guests will be broken up into 2 groups.


Group 1 will have (2) 45 minute interviews, followed by activities.

Group 2 will have activities, followed by (2) 45 minute interviews.


INTERVIEWERS: Please, please, please…

-Do not go over your interview times. We will knock on your door when you are done. Remember the longer you take with your interviewee, the longer the next interviewee has to wait for your arrival. Equal interview times for all candidates is VERY important.

-Get to your interviews on time. When you are late it affects the entire day’s schedule

-Do not discuss “how the interviewee did” in front of our guests.


After both groups have interviewed they will be reunited for the final part of our Invitational.


5:15-6:00pm Closing Speaker Scott Shute will bid adieu to our guests and answer any final questions they may have.


5:30PM Private car will arrive building 2051 to take guests to dinner. LinkedIn employees should find their own transportation.


6:30-8:30PM Dinner at Tamarine. Dinner is invite only due to space limitations.


Dinner guests: Please arrive on time. Dinner will be exactly 2 hours. The purpose of this dinner is to provide a relaxing atmosphere for our guests to get to know your team better. We have arranged cars to take guests back to their final destination promptly at 8:30pm.
