PMG Performance highlights (As on 30 th January 2017) Highlights of PMG’s performance since its inception in 2013 include: 1. More than 2,300 issues raised on PMG’s portal pertaining to 598 projects have been resolved (including those issues that required no further action) with anticipated investment of Rs 24,70,000 crore. (appx). 2. 453 Inter-Ministerial meetings have been convened with Union Ministries/Departments for resolving project realted clearances/issues. 3. 174 meetings have been convened with the Chief Secretaries of the States for resolution of issues pertaining to State Governments. 4. 250 projects having 623 issues with anticipated investment of Rs.10,46,000 crore (appx) are currently under consideration of PMG. (Summary Report of PMG performance dated 30.01.2017) 5. 75 Key approval granting processes in the Central Government for setting up of new projects have been taken up for digitization and integration with e-nivesh monitor portal, wherin cases pending beyond timelines can be tracked and followed up by PMG. 57 services out of 75 have already become functional and integrated with ‘e-nivesh monitor’ portal. PMG monitors the pace of disposal of business thorugh theses 57 functionally integrated services. 6. 31 Key approval granting processes in the State Government for setting up of new projects have been identified/shortlisted by PMG and State Governments are being advised to digitize all such services on priority. Digitization of all such sevices is helping States to achieve a better ranking in Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Index and attract more investment in projects. The progress achieved by States will be reflected on e-nivesh monitor.
