PMC TM The PMC of Talent Management plays a strategic leadership role in AIESEC brand alignment in Stockholm/Sweden, the development of communication channels as well as member recruitment in the particular project. The PMC (TM) responsibility is to provide leadership and guidance to his/her project team, in achieving the project objectives and goals. The PMC TM will work closely with the LC VP TM and MC VP TM to ensure quantity and quality of brand alignment and member recruitment. Responsibilities

Local strategic direction o Align project goals and direction with AIESEC Sweden’s national focus areas. o Develop a project plan with clear activities, roles, responsibilities and

deadlines and maintain year plan in order to accomplish short term goals.

Brand Alignment processes o Conduct market research and segmentation. o Identify & acquire new project partners. o Align the AIESEC brand in Stockholm according to the goals and focus area of the project.

Development of communication channels o Conduct market research and segmentation. o Identify & acquire new project partners. o Develop communication channels according to the goals and focus area of the project.

Member recruitment proceses o Conduct market research and segmentation. o Identify & acquire new project partners. o Recruit members to AIESEC Stockholm according the goals and focus area of the project

Number of media exposures.

Number of followers to social media channels of AIESEC Stockholm.

PMC OGX The PMC of Outgoing Exchange plays a strategic leadership role in EP recruitment and realization in AIESEC Sweden for the particular project.The PMC (OGX) responsibility is to provide leadership and guidance to his/her project team, in achieving the project objectives and goals. The PMC OGX will work closely with the LC VP OGX and MC VP OGX to ensure quantity and quality exchanges. Responsibilities

Local strategic direction o Align project goals and direction with AIESEC Sweden’s national focus areas. o Develop a project plan with clear activities, roles, responsibilities and

deadlines and maintain year plan in order to accomplish short term goals.

Outgoing exchange processes o Conduct market research and segmentation. o Identify & acquire new project partners. o Recruit EPs according to the goals and focus area of the project through

PMC ICX The PMC of Incoming Exchange plays strategic leadership role in sales activities of local chapter of AIESEC Sweden for the particular project. The PMC (ICX) responsibility is to provide leadership and guidance to his/her project team, in achieving the project objectives and goals. The PMC ICX will work closely with the LC VPICX and MC VP ICX to ensure quantity and quality exchanges. Responsibilities

Local strategic direction o Align project goals and direction with AIESEC Sweden’s national focus areas. o Develop a project plan with clear activities, roles, responsibilities and

deadlines and maintain year plan in order to accomplish short term goals.

Incoming exchange processes. o Make market analysis and segmentation. o Book and attend company meetings together with project members. o Make sure that the TN contracts are signed.
