DESCRIPTION Bakers Mews is the latest project undertaken by
experienced local developer Greenfield Durrant. The site
has been designed with the intention of creating modern, energy efficient and thoughtfully designed homes that fulfil
the needs of the local community. Located in the centre of
Saxmundham within the Conservation Area, significant work
was done to ensure it reflected the highest levels of design and aesthetics and so they are finished in a mixture of red
brick, colour washed render and larch cladding all under
slate roofs. Bakers Mews will offer a selection of 2,3 and 4 bedroom mews houses with parking. In keeping with the
signature styling of Greenfield Durrant, each of the
properties are light filled with large timber Jeldwen windows and impressive bi-fold doors that open from the sitting
rooms into the gardens. The kitchens are to be fitted with a
range of high quality units and integrated appliances and the bathrooms are to be fitted with high quality sanitary ware.
Hard wearing premium vinyl will be laid through all of the
utility areas including kitchen, bathrooms, hallways and
cloakrooms. Whilst good quality carpets will be fitted through the remaining areas. The gardens will have generous
patios and be laid to turf, whilst plot 5 will have patio and
astroturf. All properties will benefit from gas fired central heating, double glazing and a 10 year structural warranty.
Bakers Mews is currently undergoing the finishing details.
