Conditions of entry: • The submitted works (Maximum 4 per artist)

must be the original work of the artist and only the originating artist may submit the work.

• An entry fee of $5.00 must be paid for each item entered.

• There will be a 20% commission on sale of works.

• All works must be for sale.

• Late entries may not be accepted.

• The size of the works submitted shall not exceed maximum size of 100cm x 90cm including the frame. Any works exceeding this size may not be hung.

• Every care shall be exercised, but the organisers shall in no way be responsible for any damage, loss or theft.

• All works are to be ready for hanging (string or wire required).

• Decision of the judge is final. Entrants are eligible to win one award only.

• The work must be clearly labelled on the back with its title and medium, the artist’s name and address and a catalogue price.

• The organisers reserve the right to have any work reproduced in, the press, on television and art show advertising. Copyright claims, for these purposes only, are deemed to be waived by the artist when work is submitted for judging.

• No work in the exhibition shall be removed prior to the close of the exhibition.

• One complimentary Opening Night ticket will be given to each exhibitor.
