• I shared the word of the week: indefatigable (incapable of being tired out, not yieldingto fatigue, untiring, persistent, and patient); challenged students to use thisvocabulary word in conversations, poetry, writing, etc.

• Both students and I shared answers and rationale for Analogies Worksheet 1.

• Both students and I shared answers and rationale for Latin & Greek Unit 5 for 1-2questions from each exercise. Students are to complete the rest on their own usingexamples as a guide.

worksheets, etc.

• Students viewed a quote (Quote of the Week) by Frederic Remington and were called upon to

share reactions, interpretations, and/or feelings regarding this quote.

• Students analyzed /fA Dash for the Timber" by Frederic Remington via a short video clip that

illustrated specific components of this renowned painting.

• Students were instructed to continue brainstorming (via plot chart) ideas for a creative story

based on "A Dash for the Timber" (using the Quote of the Week and video clip as inspiration.)

No due date yet. Simply brainstorm for now.

• Because most students had not read "This Robotic Hand Learned to Solve a Rubik's Cube on ItsOwn", all activities related to this assignment will be discussed during Wednesday's Zoom
