The session will begin at 9:15 a.m. (after 8:00 a.m. Mass) in the parish center followed by a light breakfast. All are welcome! HCI RCIA Begins Sept. 3 The RCIA program for Holy Cross- Immaculata will begin Saturday, September 3rd, at 5:45 p.m. after the 4:30 Mass in the Parish Center. RCIA classes will be conducted weekly at the same time and place. These Saturday classes are open to those interested in becoming Catholic and to parishioners interested in studying the Catechism and broadening their understanding of the Catholic faith. morality, and spirituality. 9/11 15th ANNIVERSARY REMEMBRANCE The U.S. Bishop’s Conference has asked Catholic parishes throughout the United States to include a ritual of remembrance on Sunday, Sept. 11 for all those who lost their lives in the terrorists attacks in 2001 and for their families who continue to mourn their loss. We plan to include a ritual as part of our liturgies next weekend. We would like to read the names of any family member of our parishioners who died. Please contact the parish office by Sept. 7 if you would like to include the name of a family member or close friend who died on 9/11. In observance of Labor Day, the parish office will be closed Monday, September 5 th Labor Day - Mass Time Change Mass on the national holiday will be at 9 a.m. Eucharistic Adoration Due to the observance of the Labor Day holiday, Eucharistic Adoration scheduled for Monday, September 5 th at 6:00 p.m. will not be held this month. Catholic Inner-City Schools Education (CISE) Fund CISE depends upon contributions from generous friends to be able to provide for the education of the young people who attend the CISE schools in Cincinnati. We collected $672. Thank you for your generosity. The Labor Day fireworks mark the end of summer, but the Hilltoppers are gathering to kick off the beginning their year. Join us Tuesday, September 13 th and catch up on everyone’s summer news while having a great meal with a river view. We will start the day with Mass at HCI at 10:00am. Following Mass all will depart to the restaurant Cabana On The River, 7445 Forbes Rd, Cinti OH.
