Improve your child’s sporting skill levels with specialised coaching. Sports include Basketball, Touch, Rugby, Rugby League, Netball and Soccer.
Workshops include nutrition, anatomy, drills to improve skills, sprinting and speed work, teamwork, sports strategy and understanding commitment.
