1. Is everything going according to planning and if not, what caused the original plan to change? How have you managed this change of planning if you have any?

Reply:-Diverting from original plan can be because of following reasons:-

Delay in mobilisation of resources Initial approvals related to design, administrative approvals Finalisation of supply quantity Delay in supply of materials Political scenario (e.g.:- the massacre in Assam in Dec,2014 halted L&T ‘s

transmission line job; militancy) Environmental concerns(e.g.:- forest clearances,landslides,heavy rainfall,etc) Limited availability of resources

Proper planning with provision for delays is the best solution to these problems. At the DPR (detailed Project Report) stage all the points should be minutely addressed.
