Photoshop CS4’.

Choose a template for your brochure using ‘Pages’.

Put pictures representing the band and use photoshop to

write the name.

Write down member info. and use

photoshop to decorate.

List important events about the band and

decorate with photoshop.

Find the songs and albums and organize the information.

Include more pictures that

represents the band.

Write the ending. Write the credits.

‘ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS4’Photoshop make it easy to

decorate things. It allows to have creative designs and

attractive looks. Many functions in the software allows to have a unique and different design and looks from the other brochures. It is easy to use because of the easy edits and various layers.

‘Pages’Pages gives a variety of

templates to chose from. It makes it easy to get the

formation of my brochure. I can also use many fonts and colors. It allows me to print in the size of paper I want. It is a useful software to use for making

brochures.

Evaluation of the plan• Is your plan detailed enough?

- Yes. You can see what softwares to used for each steps. However, I didn’t state exact things to do and how to use the softwares effectively.

• Can the steps followed by someone else easily? - Yes. I stated what to do for each steps. I stated what softwares to use and where to put pictures. I separated the steps into the page numbers of the brochure to make it easier to follow.

• Are the timings accurate? - Yes. I gave enough time to finish each stages.

• Does the plan mention the usage of the softwares? - Yes. It states which softwares to use. It tells about the softwares’ functions and what it is more special than other softwares. It gives information about what it does and when to use the softwares to make it most effective.
