Leadership

Mr. Adnan Shaban Administration & Financial Manager

Eng. B.M Kamal Hossain Civil Design Manager

Mr. Adnan Shaban is a professional auditor with extensive experience in managing,

analyzing, reviewing and supervising internal auditing and all financial issues. He completed

his bachelor of commerce (BCom) from university of Ain Shams in Cairo, Egypt, specializing

in accounting.

Adnan has over 20 years of experience in local and international banking systems and

supported a lot of businesses in financial studies and forecasting.

Eng. Kamal Hossain is professional grade-A Transportation & Highway Engineer with

more than 15 years of an extensive experience ranging from geometric design, pavement

design, traffic sign & road marking design, traffic analysis, road capacity analysis, road safety

analysis, parking area design, trip generation estimation, queue analysis, vehicle swept path

analysis, temporary work zone design, storm water drainage design. Completed more

than hundred traffic impact studies projects, several traffic diversion design projects,

several roads design project including stormwater drainage system design.

Dr. Mohammed Sadeq is a senior Civil Engineer with wide range of knowledge

and experience in structural design, pavements, transportation and materials.

Mohammed obtained his PhD degree in civil engineering from University

of Liverpool, UK. He worked in several international firms and has excellent

experience in business development and projects management.

Eng. Jill Fenton Road Safety Manager

Eng. Sherief MashallySenior Architecture Engineer

Eng. Jill is the Director of PAF Highways & Traffic Safety Ltd and has over 20 years’

experience in the field of Highways and Road Safety. Jill is managing the joint venture of

Seero - PAF in all road safety services. She manages a large and varied client base made up

of Expressway and Local Roads & Drainage Design, Contractors, Supervising and Private

Engineering Consultants.

Responsibilities include; sourcing and securing work, fee proposals, client liaison, client

mentoring of the Qatar RSA procedure, contract management, managing audit teams’,

site visits, report writing, pre-audit and de-brief meetings, invoicing and budgeting.

Eng. Mashally has over 24 years of experience in consultancy / contracting specialized in

hospitals, health care, hotels, commercial & residential projects. As a registered Grade A

Architect-Supervision in MME, he is familiar with all aspects of project management from

concept design phase through construction phase. Eng. Mashally has been involved in

major projects in Qatar including Meshirab “Heart of Doha”, Double Tree by Hilton, Mall

of Qatar, Westin Hotel, and some health care projects for Hamad Medical Corporation, as

well as other high-profile projects around the Middle-East.

Eng. Joe Harley is a Grade-A Architect with more than 25 years of extensive

experience in the field of architectural design and construction works. He worked as

Senior Architect to design different types of projects and as Senior Site Architect for

construction supervision projects. Eng. Joe has been involved and completed hundreds

of government & private projects in KSA and Qatar. Currently, Eng. Joe is part of Seero

team of professional engineers and architects working on public and private projects.
