• Ingredients– 150g pizza mix– 110ml warm water– 2 x 10ml Spoon of tomato puree– A Selection of prepared vegetables– 4 x 10ml Spoon of grated cheese– Pinch of mixed herbs

• Oven temperature 220°C/ Fan oven 200°C

Method – Step 1• Collect baking tray and

check that oven gloves are available at your cooker.

• To make the pizza bases, mix 150g of pizza mix with 110ml of warm water.

• Slowly add the warm water to the pizza mix a little at a time.

• Mix with a knife until the mixture is firm and forms a ball shape.

Method – Step 2

• Put flour on to the table, place your pizza dough on to the flour.

• Divide the mixture in two.

• Take one piece of the dough and knead the dough as shown by your teacher until the underside of the dough is smooth.

Method – Step 3

• Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a circle as shown by your teacher.

• Once the pizza base is the correct size, place it on a baking tray.

• Place the tray at the edge of an open grill, while you wash up your table.

Method – Step 4

• Using oven gloves, move your pizza from the open grill over to your table.

• Place the tomato puree on the pizza base.

Method – Step 5

• To your pizza base, place the vegetables on next, over the tomato puree.

• Then add the cheese and mixed herbs.

• Using oven gloves place the pizza onto the top shelf of a hot oven for 10 minutes.

Method – Step 6

• Once cooked, remove from the oven and place on a cooling tray using a fish slice to move the pizza.

• Once cooled, place it in your take home container to enjoy later.
