STATES OF MATTER PROJECT

• Make a 4 page booklet to show your understanding of solids, liquids, and gases.

• Page 1: Cover page. Neatly print the title of the project in fancy letters. Also write your name, your teacher’s name and date. Draw and color a picture on the cover too.

• Hacer un folleto de 4 páginas para mostrar su comprensión de los sólidos, líquidos y gases.

•  Página 1: Página de cubierta. Perfectamente imprimir el título del proyecto en letras de fantasía. También escriba su nombre, su el nombre del maestro y la fecha. Dibujar y colorear un dibujo en la portada también.

• Page 2: Solids page. On the bottom half of the page neatly type or write the characteristics of solid matter. Then search through old magazines, newspapers, the internet, or take your own pictures of solid matter.

• Cut out the pictures and neatly arrange them on the top of the page. Label each picture.

• You should include 5 or more pictures of solid matter.

• Página 2: Página de sólidos. En la mitad inferior de la página prolijamente escriba a máquina a las características de sólidos materia. Luego buscar a través de revistas viejas, periódicos, internet,o tomar su propia imágenes de materia sólida.

SOLIDS, LIQUIDS, AND GASES CARD GAME (GROUPS OF 3)

• You must try to collect all the card which describe the state of matter shown on your picture card.

• Each player will choose a picture card. (Do not show the picture card to your partners)

• Shuffle the other cards and spread them out face down. Take turns turning over a card.

• If it describes your picture card keep it. If not return it to the pile.

• The game continues until each person had a complete set.

• Usted debe tratar de recoger todas las tarjetas que describen el estado de la materia que aparece en su tarjeta de imagen.

• Cada jugador elegirá una tarjeta de imagen. (No mostrar la tarjeta de la foto para sus socios)
