PHOTO TAKING SESSIONS FOR GRADUANDS

(AUGUST 2016 CONVOCATION)

Dear graduating students,

The purpose of arranging photo taking for you (F.O.C.) is to make a memorable e-album (CD) which consists of a group photograph of your tutorial group, plus your own photograph in convocation attire (please refer to overleaf for the sample photos). The photograph taken also will be displayed during the convocation.

Please wear formal attire with collared shirt. For gentlemen, please wear a tie, and for ladies, light make-up is recommended.

For those students who did not register for group photo, please come for your individual portrait shooting at any free time slot provided (student is encourage to check for the latest free time slot at Block A – A169 day by day).

For those students who have registered for group photo, please come on time the time slot you have chosen. Please think at least one theme for your group photo.
