Very Important Note

This is the most critical & slightly complex part of the entire retail part of

the campaign.

Something like this is happening for the first time in the industry. & so we

are kind of changing the game a bit. The enormity is that the experiment is

happening only in south

The plan is to remove the current metal structure (existing endcaps in the

store) altogether (image attached Binoy did it in one of the stores) &

then place this FSU in place of the endcap. Just to reiterate, this would be

practically a FSU& would only look like an endcap.

In this recee has to be done in these stores & then the creatives and the

overall dimensions have to be slightly modified according to that.

When the dimensions are modified, all the dimensions will have to be

modified in the correct proportion.

We would go with the sizes mentioned in most of the stores as H&G has

told me that there are just two types of endcaps that they have.

So we need to quickly get cracking on the recees
