Every decision made on the selection sheet is automatically reflected on the expenses page. With a single click, you can see how each of your choices have affected the final price of your project. Your builder may choose to post some to-do items on the website. While you cannot add items to this list, viewing it can help give you an idea of how things are moving along on your project.

Comments, Photos, and Files... Stop jumbled e-mails

As construction progresses, you will need to have “conversations” about certain items, like asking for clarification on a selection or providing an update on a warranty request. Rather than using e-mail, you can add comments to many of the items in the site. Comments group these conversations together with the items to which they relate, which keeps information organised and available to everyone, cutting down on misunderstandings. You and your builder can also attach photos and files.

Warranty List... Easily track loose ends

Once your project is complete, you can submit warranty requests online. You can come back to the site to check the status, add comments as necessary, and then verify when they are complete.

E-mail Updates... Let new information come to you

You can access the website at any time, but if there is something updated that you need to see on the site, you will also receive an e-mail each morning letting you know.

Your Steps to Building Success At Swan River Constructions we believe in being organised and efficient. This starts from the very first phone call…

1. SITE ASSESSMENTWe come to your property to see and listen to what you’re trying to achieve. We discuss your ideas and visions and offer our expertise to create a design brief for your dream home. From there can work on a budgetary estimate for the project.

2. PRELIMINARY DESIGN & QUOTEWe will now need your approval to perform thorough site-specific investigations and engage draftsmen, engineers and consultants. This will allow us to provide you with a fixed price quote.

3. SELECTIONS & COUNCIL APPROVALSOnce your design has been finalised we can submit plans to your local council for planning approval. You will also be able to meet with our interior designer for assistance selecting all your colours and finalising inclusions.

4. FINAL PLANS & CONTRACT Now that all the details of your project are finalised we are really ready to get started! You will be presented with a building contract for signing that confirms all the finer details including plans, comprehensive specification and schedule of fittings & finishes.

5. CONSTRUCTIONAs soon as your building permit is issued trades and materials will be begin appearing on site. A work schedule has been carefully planned and before you know it, your home will be transformed! We run a smooth operation with as little disruption to your everyday life as possible.

6. COMPLETION & HANDOVERYour dream and vision is now a reality! We are ready to hand back the keys and you can really enjoy your new space. Our customer service does not end just yet though - All our work comes with a six month maintenance period for your peace of mind.
