Personality represents the sum total of several attributes which manifest themselves in an individual , ability of the individual to organize and integrate all the qualities so as to give meaning to life , and the uniqueness of the situation which influences behavior of an individual.

HeredityHeredity plays an important role in determining an individual’s personality. We generally refer to the traits like physique , intelligence etc...the importance of heredity varies from one personality trait to another. if all personality traits are determined by heredity , they would not be changed through out the life.

Persons with introvert orientation are primarily oriented to the subjective world. such people look inward & experience & process their thoughts & ideas within themselves. they also avoid social contacts & initiating interactions with others

ExtrovertExtroverts are just contrary to introverts. Extroverts are friendly ,lively , sociable , aggressive and express their feeling and ideas open .They are more suitable and successful for the positions that require considerable interaction with others ..
