Personal Background
Place where I grew upI was born in Shahi Payan in 1989 which is side village of Peshawar cent aria kpk Pakistan , and by birth post polio Effected and wheelchair user and matriculated from the High School Shahi Bala warsak Road Peshawar in 2004 , after which I pursued a career in Disability movement and their rights and social economical problem of People with disabilities . I studied and obtained a disability and right Based society for PWD,s and there Accessibility , and worked as a Disability and disability activist 8 years.
During my childhood, I was educated from a very early age in the field of wheelchair accessibility and disability needs. My father, Muhammad Younas, and my mother was pioneers for me to make me able to Accept reality Regarding my disability. My interest and studies in the field of social, and needs of PWD,s started at a very early age, and in my thirtieth decided to make this my full-time career, instead of part-time trainings.
To become a part of a dynamic group where I could further explore the skills and capabilities, to serve in a challenging work environment and to gain equally vast opportunities of career development based upon achievements and results. And to provide barrier free right based and inclusive society to persons with disabilities and I will prove my Abilities for PWD,s in Pakistan InshALLAH.

Even now you might be on both sides of the service cycle: maybe you are a tutor for someone who can't read, while last month the volunteer ambulance corps rushed you to the emergency room. Volunteering also includes "self-help." So if you are active in your neighborhood crime watch, your home is protected while you protect your neighbors' homes, too. Adding your effort to the work of others makes everyone's lives better.
My Motivation reason for volunteer services is PRC Teach me through the following experiences thanks to PRCS
to feel needed to share a skill to get to know a community to demonstrate commitment to a cause/belief to gain leadership skills to act out a fantasy to do your civic duty because of pressure from a friend or relative satisfaction from accomplishment to keep busy for recognition to repay a debt to donate your professional skills because there is no one else to do it to have an impact to learn something new for freedom of schedule to help a friend or relative for escape to become an "insider" guilt to be challenged to be a watchdog to feel proud to make new friends to explore a career to help someone as therapy to do something different from your job for fun! for religious reasons to earn academic credit to keep skills alive because an agency is geographically close to have an excuse to do what you love to be able to criticize to assure progress to feel good to be part of a team to gain status because you were asked

to test yourself to build your resume to be an agent of change because of personal experience with the problem, illness, or cause to stand up and be counted
