HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?iCare Medicaid SSI Plan members will receive $10 per month from the health plan to use towards personal and home products. These products are listed in this catalog. » You can place your order over the phone and your items will be delivered to your home — for FREE. » A new $10 credit will be issued to you each month. » Unused monthly dollar amounts will be carried over into the following month. » The maximum dollar amount in 2020 will be $120. » Dollar amounts expire at the end of each calendar year OR if you disenroll from the iCare Medicaid SSI Plan.

» You may only place one order each month. » You can order items every month you are an iCare Medicaid SSI Plan member. iCare prohibits the purchase of OTC items for family members or friends.
