Cecelia Wilkins, the driver and registered owner, and Megan Brywczynski in the park. Wilkins was

Drugs-Marijuana (ORC 2925.11 (MM)) and Offenses Involving Underage Persons (ORC 4301.69E1

vehicle to be traveling at about 40 mph. I used laser unit TS006433 to perform a speed check and found the vehicle to

be traveling at 40 mph. I initiated traffic stop and advised the driver, Mr. McClintock, why I had stopped him. Mr.

McClintock stated he was looking for a office store to pick up supplies and was not watching his speed . Mr.

McClintock was cited for speed and given directions to various stores on US 20.I had good tracking, no interference,

and a calibration check was done at about 1535 hrs.

was stopping the vehicle, the driver tossed his cigarette out of the window as well. I identified the driver as Justin P.

Lecompte and informed him of the violations. Mr. Lecompte stated that he was aware that his registration was expired,

but did not have the time or money to renew it. Mr. Lecompte was cited for Expired Registration (ORC 4503. 11; M4)

A plate check of OH-ESM3534 on a green Plymouth Breeze showed that the registered owner, Erin L. McClain, had

a suspended driver's license. While on SR 25 near Eckel Junction Rd. I observed that the driver matched the physical

description of the registered owner and a traffic stop was initiated near the above location . Upon approach of the

vehicle, I observed the neither the driver nor the front seat passenger were wearing seatbelts. Also, a small child on the

right rear seat was not in a booster seat. I requested identification from the occupants of the vehicle. The driver, Ms.

McClain, advised that her license was suspended. The male in the front seat, Kennard Khilall, did not have a valid

license either. VJ's was called to tow the Plymouth and the license plates were removed per the BMV. Ms. McClain

was cited for DUS-FRA Non-compliance (ORC 4510.16 A; UM) and Safety Belt-booster seat (ORC 4513.263 B2; MM).

A court date was set for June 29, 2012 at 8:45am.

While on patrol I observed a red SUV traveling east on W.S. Boundary the vehicle appeared to be traveling faster then

the posted speed limit of 25mph. I checked the speed of the vehicle with laser #9529 at 230ft at a speed of 40mph. I

stopped the vehicle and identified myself to the driver Steven O Kuebler. I asked Kuebler if he was aware of the speed

limit on W.S. Boundary he said "Ya it's 35mph". Kuebler was issued a citation for speed over posted limits
