This high-flying, splashy Broadway musical, inspired by the film starring Tom Hanks and Leonardo DiCaprio, and with a score from the creators of Hairspray, Catch Me If You Can: The Musical tells the true story of Charleston's own Frank W. Abagnale, Jr., who as a teenager conned his way into cockpits, operating rooms and courtrooms across the country. Abagnale impersonated pilots, doctors, lawyers and more, changing his identity and forging documents as a youthful charlatan. Soon the FBI was hot on his trail and in this musical production, Frank, Jr. is on the run trailed by dancing stewardesses, adoring nurses and FBI agents.
