Ingredients 4 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tbsp Butter
1 1/3 Cups White Chocolate Baking Chips
1/2 Tsp Mint Extract
2 Tbsp crushed candy canes, plus and additional 1 Tbsp for the topping
Baking spray
Instructions. Add sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips and butter into a large microwaveable glass bowl or measuring cup.
With the help of an adult, microwave for approximately 3 minutes at 70% power. Remove from the microwave and stir until mixture is smooth and all chips are melted.
Mix in the mint extract and 2 Tbsp crushed candy canes to the white chocolate mixture.
Spray a small square or rectangle pan with cooking spray.
Pour the melted white chocolate mixture into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle remaining 1 Tbsp of crushed candy cane evenly over entire pan.
Place the pan in the freezer or refrigerator until set. Freezer: About 30-45 minutes. Refrigerator: 1 Hour
Cut into 1 inch squares and give to a loved one of your choice! Happy Holidays!
