Entrance Information: 249 South 36th Street. Philadelphia. PA. 19104 1. The entrance on the east side of the building is push-plate-operated. This is the main ADA

accessible entrance to the building. 2. There is an entrance at the north of the building equipped with a push-plate-operated door.

Penn Key required. 3. There is an entrance on the south side of the building, leading in from the Williams Hall

courtyard. This entrance has a heavy manual door. Penn Key required. • The main entrance off of 36th Street Walk has a large flight of stairs up to the door and is not

accessible. • The Class of 1969 Lecture Room and the Class of 1965 Terrace Room, on the east side of the

building, both have doors leading out to the terrace, but these doors are not used regularly. Use entrance #1 instead.

Elevator Information: • There is one elevator on the southwest side of the building. This elevator accesses all floors. Accessible Restrooms: • There is one men's and one women's restroom on each floor, from ground through fourth floors.

Building Information: • All entrances are Penn Key, access enabled. • All areas of this building are accessible. • This building houses Humanities offices and classrooms. • The Classical Studies, Philosophy, and Women’s Studies Libraries are all accessible. • The Humanities Computer Lab is accessible. Hours: • Cohen Hall is open to the public: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 10:00pm.
