WelcomeCONTENTS

Introductory CommissionTo encourage Team Members to introduce friends and family who subsequently buy a new retail vehicle (at retail price), the Company will pay £50 introduction commission to the introducing Team Member, up to a maximum of 3 commission payments per year. This is providing that the Team Member has made the business aware of the intended interest prior to their friend or family member visiting the business.

Multiple vehicle sales to one customer be it friend, family or outside the Company should result in a one off introductory commission payment not exceeding £200, when the number of vehicles sold is 4 or more. Once a third party has been introduced to our Company, further introductory commission is NOT payable for future sales.

Please note: All introductory commission payments are at the discretion of the Dealer Principal at the selling business.

PERSONAL CONTRACT PURCHASE (PCP)

Personal Contract Purchase or PCP for short is becoming a very popular alternative to Hire Purchase for Private Users and consumers who have opted out of a company car scheme.

It is designed to be affordable and offers low deposits as well as low monthly payments. It also allows individuals the opportunity to change their vehicle on a regular basis.

HOW IT WORKS

When you have chosen your vehicle, you will then agree your annual mileage and decide on the agreement term with one of our Business Managers.

We will then determine the Guaranteed Minimum Future Value (GMFV) of the vehicle at the end of the agreement and work out a deposit and monthly amount that works for you.

At the end of your agreement you will have three options:

1 Return – Simply return the vehicle back to us

2 Retain – Keep the vehicle by paying the

optional final payment

3 Renew – Trade it in for another vehicle

Finance ExplainedHIRE PURCHASE (HP)

Hire purchase still commands a 25% share of the market. This is available to both companies and private individuals who wish to purchase their vehicles outright.

Hire purchase is designed to allow you to spread the cost of your vehicle over a period of time making it easier for you to budget and giving you complete ownership at the end of the term.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you have chosen a vehicle, one of our Business Managers will tailor your repayment to suit the amount of deposit you wish to use and your monthly expenditure.

The term of the agreement will be between 12 and 60 months and the deposit you pay will be deducted from the price of your chosen vehicle.

You will then pay the remaining balance every month until the end of the agreed term where you will then own the vehicle outright.

PERSONAL CONTRACT HIRE (PCH)

Personal Contract Hire (otherwise known as a ‘personal lease’) is becoming a popular finance option for customers who don’t want to own the car at the end of the agreement.

PCH packages can include maintenance for customers who prefer one manageable fixed monthly repayment.

HOW IT WORKS

With a Personal Contract Hire, you effectively hire the car for an agreed period – usually two or three years. You pay a deposit, followed by fixed monthly repayments then hand the car back at the end of the agreement. There is no ownership option at the end of the agreement.

PCH involves an agreed annual mileage per annum which is important to get right, otherwise excess mileage charges can apply. You are also responsible for the upkeep of the car and will be required to pay for any damage outside of normal ‘wear and tear’.

Salary Sacrifice Car Scheme

The application process is simple!

Go to https://no1team.plusyou.com/ to register for Pendragon PLC’s online benefit platform. Once registered you will find out more information in the +Choices section of the website and this is where you can put together a quote and make your selection.

• Once you have made your final selection, Pendragon Vehicle Management will liaise with your business leader to obtain final approval, handle all the necessary paperwork, place the order and then deliver your new car.

• Pendragon Vehicle Management will then contact you to confirm the progress of your vehicle and delivery details.

• The first hire payment for your selection will normally be deducted from your pay in the month of vehicle delivery as indicated on the Salary Sacrifice Agreement. In certain circumstances, however, you could have deductions coming out of your salary before you have taken delivery of your vehicle.

Terms & Conditions: To be eligible the Team Member must have 6 months continuous service and any gross deduction must not take their hourly rate below the National Minimum Wage.

Eligibility Criteria:

The Team Member Used Car Purchase Scheme is available to all Team Members who have completed 6 months service with the Group.

Terms & Conditions:

Only one car purchase can be made in a rolling 12 month period on this scheme. This scheme applies to all Used Cars. Any transportation costs are to be invoiced at cost to the Team Member. All cars will be sold with a standard 3 month guarantee. The Team Member’s payroll number must be quoted on all sales paperwork. All relevant paperwork must be authorised by the Dealer Principal/General Sales Leader. The Team Member Authorisation Form must be authorised by the Used Car team. Any Team Member found to be abusing the eligibility of any of these offers will be subject to disciplinary procedures. Once a car has been identified the TeamMember contacts the supplying dealership.

Team Member searches for a car.1

The car is reserved with the dealer for anagreed length of time and an appointment

is made to view or drive the car.3

Once the Team Member has agreedto purchase the car and pay the £100

deposit, the Team Member completes aTeam Member Authorisation Form and

emails it to the Used Car team [email protected].

The Used Car team will validate the Team Member’s request confirming they are

eligible for the scheme and that it is theironly purchase in a rolling 12 month period.
