• First Step Projects wants to increase the Social Media Engagement and Increase the buzz about the product so that more and more prospective consumers connect with the product and lead to more sales.

• PEE-BUDDY is active on Facebook and Twitter but not connected to the right audience, hence there is not much engagement on their posts and tweets.

• The content (posts/tweets) that were posted are mostly about the product and its usage and also share user experiences. However, we need to focus on more sharable and viral content.
