Performance is the common thread in the Peak Employee Performance “PEP” program. This 10-month professional enrichment program series has been carefully designed to empower individuals with the necessary skills for creating success not only in their professional life, but in their personal life as well. This educational and motivational series is unique in its broad spectrum of interrelated topics that are appropriate for anyone, at any level in their career. Learning is facilitated through interactive workshops and each topic is coupled with a plan for implementation and reinforced with accountability pairing, coaching and exercises. These two-hour sessions are conducted monthly at Daytona State College, conveniently during lunch break from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. – and we even include a healthy lunch.

Seating is limited, so register soon.

About Your Instructor:Sean Donovan is an entrepreneur who has started several successful businesses, including: a mobile auto repair service, real estate brokerage, class-A contracting company and currently, an “authorpreneur” services business. Sean uses his first-hand experience in business as well as the many lessons learned therein to teach others to maximize their personal and professional productivity. He is the author of six published books as well as several personal and professional development programs. His passion for working with people is evident during his enthusiastic and interactive workshops.

Pricing:$250 per employee for 10 sessions at $25 per session – or $50 per session for non-Volusia based businesses.
