PICASSO Pablo Picasso was Spanish

from Malaga (1881).

He lived in A Coruña, and

Barcelona with his family.

He lived in Paris for a long time

and he died in 1973.

He invented the Cubism and some

of the most famous pictures.

In 1936 there was a war in Spain. The Italian and German

people helped Franco´s soldiers and they bombed Guernica

a village in the Basque Country.

Picasso painted this picture to show the disasters of the war.
