このマニュアルは、CD1/2 にインストールできる形ではいっており、STEP 7 をインストールすると、コンピュータで利用できます。ハードディスクにマニュアルをインストールしたくない場合、CD2/2 からいつでも見ることができます。

2 ハードウェア条件

STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 ソフトウェアを使用するにはプログラミング装置または PC が必要です。必要な最低限のプロセッサのスピード/性能、RAM およびグラフィック性能は次のとおりです。

大規模な STEP 7 プロジェクトを編集したり、数百のモジュール（CPU、スレーブ、I/O デバイスなど）を含むハードウェアコンフィグレーションで作業するには、最新の性能のプログラミング装置または PC を使う必要があります。

さらに、ユーザープログラムを EPROM や SIMATIC NET インターフェースに保存したい場合、オンラインファンクションを使用している PC の PLC システムで使いたい場合には、SIMATIC メモリカード/ MMC 用の外部プロマーが必要です。

3 ソフトウェアの条件

3.1 操作環境

オペレーティングシステム

STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 は 32 ビットのアプリケーションで、次のオペレーティングシステム用にリリースされています。

STEP 7 V5.3 では、オペレーティングシステム MS Windows 95、MS Windows 98SE、MS Windows Millenium および MS Windows NT 4.0 をサポート していません。

重要な情報

既にSTEP 7がインストールされている場合、MS Windows XPからMS Windows Vistaへのオペレーティングシステムのアップデートは許可されておらず、また実行できません。

Internet Explorer

すべてのオペレーティングシステムに MS Internet Explorer 6.0 以上が必要です。

ユーザーの権限

STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 ユーザーの権限に関して、以下の点をご注意ください。

STEP 7 を使用するには、ゲストとしてではなく少なくともユーザーとしてログインする必要があります。

STEP 7 ソフトウェアと HSP をインストールし、ユーザーグループを設定し、[PG/PCインターフェースの設定]ファンクションを使って設定を変更するには、アドミニストレータ権限が必要です。

オプショナルパッケージをお使いになる場合には、それぞれのオプショナルパッケージに関する権限をご覧ください。

プロジェクトが NTFS ドライブに保存されている場合、ユーザーにフルアクセス権を与える必要があります。これは、HSP アプデート(default: C:/HWUPDATES)のフォルダにも適用されます。通常のプロジェクトディレクトリ S7PROJ 内のアクセスは、自動的にすべてのユーザーに許可されます。

注意:

ユーザーの権限で実行できるのは、STEP7 そのものに対してだけで、 オプショナルパッケージに対するユーザー権限 による操作は保証されていません。その場合には、アドミニストレータか一次ユーザーの権限が、必要となることがあります。

新しいハードウェアのインストールあるいはアンインストール後、少なくとも一度はアドミニストレータ権限のもとでコンピュータを起動する必要があります。

ファイルシステム

STEP 7 は、MS Windows NT ファイルシステム(NTFS)で動作している場合、FAT ファイルシステムで動作している場合に比べて、若干パフォーマンスが低下します。

休止状態

通常、STEP 7 では休止状態への移行が可能です。ただし、オンライン接続が開いている場合、または複数のプロジェクトがネットワーク経由で STEP 7 によってアクセスされている場合、休止状態がトリガされないようにしなければなりません。

トリガされるとオンライン接続が意図せず終了し、ネットワーク上で開いているプロジェクトデータが失われることがあります。

このため、Windows コントロールパネルのオペレーティングシステムの電源オプションを、休止状態が自動的にタイマによってトリガされないように設定する必要があります。上述のような場合に、休止状態を手動でトリガしてはなりません。

3.2 メモリの必要条件

STEP 7 のメモリの要件

インストールの要件や、何ヶ国語をインストールするかにもよりますが、STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 はハードディスク上に約 650 MB から 900 MB のメモリが必要です。インストールに必要なメモリサイズは、使用しているプログラミング装置/PC のオペレーティングシステムやファイルシステムによります。

MS Windows スワップファイル

サポートされている Windows オペレーティングシステムには、メモリ構成にもよりますが、ハードディスク上(通常 C:)にスワップファイル用の追加の空き領域が必要です。これには、最低でも RAM メモリの 2 倍の領域が必要です (例: 512 Mbyte のRAM がある場合、STEP 7 のインストール後、スワップファイル用にハードディスク上にさらに 1024 Mbyte の空き領域が必要です)。プロジェクトのサイズにもよりますが、プロジェクト全体をコピーする場合(さらにハードディスク上にプロジェクトのサイズの 2 倍が必要)、より大きなスワップファイルを用意する必要があります。スワップファイル用のメモリの空き領域が小さすぎる場合、エラーが発生する可能性があります(プログラムはクラッシュする恐れがあります）。STEP 7 と同時に他の Windows アプリケーション(Microsoft Word など)を実行する場合、スワップファイル用にさらに大きなハードディスク領域が必要です。

スワップファイル用に必要なメモリが確実に利用できるようにするために、スワップファイルの最小サイズは上記の値に設定する必要があります。Windows (Windows XP Professional など)のタクスバーで[スタート|設定|コントロールパネル]と選択し、次に[システム|詳細|システムパフォーマンス|設定|詳細]を選んで、設定できます。

プロジェクトデータが格納されているドライブに十分なメモリが空いているかどうか確認してください。ドライブにメモリが十分にない場合、プロジェクトデータは操作中に破壊されることがあります(たとえば、STL ソースファイルをブロックにコンパイルしている場合)。Windows スワップファイルと同じドライブにプロジェクトデータを格納しないことを推奨します。

3.3 他のソフトウェア製品との互換性

Rational ClearCase

ClearCaseドライブはClearCase View (MVFS)にリンクされているので、 STEP 7プロジェクトを ClearCase ドライブに格納しないでください。

3.3.1 他のソフトウェア製品を使用する場合のネットワーク設定

STEP 7 を使用しているプログラミング装置または PC 上で他のソフトウェア製品(メールプロバイダなど)を使っている場合、この README ファイルの「ネットワークドライブの使用」(「使用上の注記」内) でネットワーク設定についての追加の注意事項を遵守してください。.

3.3.2 インストール済み S7 フォルトトレラントシステムの使用

フォルトトレラントシステム(H システム)は STEP 7 V5.3 と統合されます。STEP 7 V5.4 SP3を STEP 7 Hシステムのアドオンパッケージがインストールされた PCにインストールすると、アドオンパッケージは削除されます。STEP 7 H システムは必要なくなるので、 再インストールしないでください。

3.4 オンラインドキュメント

STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 のオンラインヘルプは大きく 2 つのセクションに分かれています。

標準 Windows ヘルプの場合と同じ方法で現在のコンテキストに関する説明を検索できます。

オンラインヘルプの一般セクションは HTML ベースです。

この README ファイル(「使用上の注意」内)の第 7 章、ドキュメンテーションの構成に詳しい説明があります。

3.5 以前の STEP 7 バージョンからのアップグレード

3.5.1 STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 Upgrade

アップグレードパッケージをインストールするには、STEP 7 V3.x、V4.x、V5.0、V5.1、V5.2、V5.3、V5.4 の有効なライセンスを持っている必要があります。

注記

STEP 7 V5.3 のオペレーティングシステムとして、古いオペレーティングシステムは使えないため(セクション 3.1 を参照)、アップグレードの際にオペレーティングシステムの交換が必要になる場合があることを考えに入れておいてください。アップグレードの詳細は、製品情報に記載されています。

AuthorsW / Automation License Manager プログラムの既存のオーソリゼーション/ライセンスキーは、オペレーティングシステムを交換する前にあらかじめフロッピディスク/USB スティックに保存しておく必要があります。

4 インストール

4.1 STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 のインストール

STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 をインストールする際は、許可されているオペレーティングシステム(セクション 3.1 を参照)のバージョンを確認しながら、すでにインストールされている以下のすべてのバージョン（STEP 7 V5.1、V5.2、V5.3、V5.4）を上書きすることができます。インストール前に、これらの STEP 7 バージョンやオプションパッケージをアンインストールしないでください。しかしながら、さらに古いバージョンとそれらのオプションパッケージはアンインストールする必要があります。

セットアップ時の表示を最適にするには、プログラミング装置/PC のコントロールパネルで 65536 色以上に設定します。

セットアッププログラムのスタート前に、すべてのアプリケーション(Microsoft WORD など)と[コントロールパネル]ウィンドウを閉じます。これは、すべてのシステム変数を完全に入力するには、STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 のインストール後に Windows を再起動しなければならないためです。

STEP 7 の CD1/2 を CD ドライブにセットします。セットアッププログラムによりインストールのすべてのステップが指示されます。STEP 7 の CD を CD ドライブにセットすると、セットアッププログラムが自動的にスタートします。コンピュータでこの機能を無効にしている場合は、ディレクトリ内の SETUP.EXE をダブルクリックするとこのプログラムがスタートします。

コンポーネント選択ボックスで、Acrobat Reader、STEP 7、Automation License Manager、その他インストールしたいものを選択します。

STEP 7 のインストール中にセットアップに示されているインストールパスを変更する場合には、コンピュータ上のルートディレクトリ(D:など)には直接インストールできないことに注意してください。これらのインストールパスは、少なくとも"STEP 7"(D:\STEP7 など)のような 1 つ上の階層のフォルダでなければなりません。

そうすると、これらのコンポーネントがインストールされて、Microsoft Windowsのファイル形式でエントリが作成されます。

下記は、セットアップ時に要求されるユーザーエントリを正しく行うためのものです。

• どのドライブに STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 システムをインストールするかは自由に選択できます。PC/プログラミング装置によっては、選択リストからドライブを選択できないことがあります。その場合は、入力ボックスにドライブを表すパスを入

力します(たとえば、"e:\Siemens\Step7")。すべての STEP 7 オプションパッケージも同じドライブにインストールするので、十分な空き容量が必要になります("メモリ要件"のセクションを参照)。STEP 7 を SUBST ドライブにインストールしないでください。

• STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 を使用する前に Windows を再起動しなければなりません。このときに Microsoft Windows エントリが有効になります。Windows を再起動しないと、STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 を正常に実行することはできず、データが失われることがあります。インストールを中止した場合でも、Windows の再起動が必要です。

• それぞれのバージョンのオペレーティングシステムで、どのバージョンのオプションパッケージが STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 と共に実行できるかについては、ファイルS7KOMP_B.PDF(次のインストールディレクトリ"Step7")を参照してください。

• STEP 7 は、ディレクトリが ASCII 文字セットにない文字を含むパス名を持つ場合には、そのディレクトリにインストールしないでください。(セクション「外国語文字セットに関する注記」を参照)

目的のバージョンがコンピュータ上に存在しない場合には、Acrobat Reader がインストールに自動的に示されます。

注記

STEP 7 は Microsoft Windows オペレーティングシステムのシステムファイルに登録されます。エクスプローラなどの Microsoft Windows ユーティリティを使用してSTEP 7 ファイルを移動したり名前を変更したりすることはできません。また、Microsoft Windows レジストリ内で STEP 7 のデータを変更することもできません。変更するとプログラムは正常に動作しなくなることがあります。

4.2 STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 のライセンスキー

STEP 7 V5.4 SP3以降の STEP 7ではフロッピーの代わりに新たに USBスティックでライセンスが提供されます。

したがって、コンピュータのハードディスクへのライセンスの転送時に、配置されているライセンスのソース媒体をフロッピーまたは USB スティックに応じて選択します。

STEP 7 を使用する前に、ライセンスキーをコンピュータに転送する必要があります。これには 2 通りの方法があります。

• STEP 7 のインストール時にセットアッププログラムはコンピュータに適切なライセンスキーがインストールされているかどうかのメッセージを表示します。ここで、セットアップ粕プログラムでライセンスキーをインストールするか、または後で尿 utomation License Managerプログラムを使用して手動でインストールするかを決めます。”

• セットアップ時にライセンスキーをインストールできない場合は、ライセンスキーをインストールしないでセットアッププログラムを続行します。コンピュータを起動し、タスクバーを使って、SIMATIC\License Management\Automation License Manager (例:Windows XP Professional の場合)にライセンスキーをインストールします。

STEP 7 V5.3 を操作するためには、Automation License Manager がインストールされていることを確かめる必要があります。

V5.4 または V5.4 SP1 から V5.4 SP3 へのアップグレードでは、V5.4 のライセンスキーを引きつづきお使いいただけます。

注記

Automation License Manager によって、オーソリゼーション/ライセンスキーが RAMドライブ、ディスケット、圧縮されたドライブ（DBLSPACE）などの無効なドライブや媒体にインストールされるのを防止します。デバイス内のドライブが"取り出し可能な媒体" であり通常の"ハードディスクドライブ"ではないことが報告されると、このドライブは CD ドライブとして扱われ、ライセンスキーをインストールすることはできません。

圧縮されたドライブの場合、対応するホストドライブにオーソリゼーションをインストールすることができます。

"Automation License Manager\disk1\"にある STEP 7 インストール CD 収録のREADME.WRI ファイルに記載された Automation License Manager に関する注記をお読みください。

隠しファイルはフォルダ"<オーソリゼーション/ライセンスキーがインストールされたドライブ>:\AX NF ZZ"にあります。これらのファイルとフォルダは削除、移動、コピーしてはいけません。これらにはライセンシングに必要なデータが含まれています。

このガイドラインを遵守しないと、オーソリゼーション/ライセンスキーが失われて回復不可能になることがあります。

ライセンスキーの正しい使用方法についての注意点

• ライセンスキースティックは、読み取り専用にしないでください。ライセンスキースティックは書き込み保護なしの状態で使用するので、ウイルスがハードディスクからスティックに移る危険があります。したがって、ライセンスキーをインストール/アンインストールする際は、必ず、PC/プログラミング装置のウイルスチェッカーを有効にしてください。

• メモリの固定ブロックを移動するオプションのあるデフラグプログラムを使用する場合は、必ずライセンスキーをハードディスクから元のライセンスキーディスケット/スティックに転送してから、このオプションを使用します。

• ライセンスキーをインストールすると、ターゲットドライブに特殊文字が付いたクラスタとして表示されます。テストプログラムによっては、このクラスタを「不良」と表示する場合があります。このクラスタの「修復」を試みないでください。

• ハードディスクのフォーマット、圧縮、復元を行う前、または新しいオペレーティングシステムをインストールする前に、必ずライセンスをライセンスキーディスケット/スティックに転送してください。

• ハードディスクのバックアップコピーにライセンスキーのコピーが含まれている場合、バックアップデータをハードディスクに復元すると、これらのコピーがインストール済みの有効なライセンスキーに上書きされてしまい、有効なライセンスキーが壊れてしまう危険があります。有効なライセンスキーがバックアップコピーによって上書きされるのを防ぐため、バックアップコピーを作成する前にすべてのライセンスキーを移動するか、バックアップからライセンスキーを除外してください。

トライアルライセンスの使用

S7-SCL V5.3 SP3 の有効なライセンスキーがインストールされていない場合、S7-SCL と一緒に提供されインストールされるトライアルライセンスキーが使用されます。このライセンスキーでは、14 日間だけ S7-SCL を実行することができます。トライアルライセンスは、有効なライセンスキーがない S7-SCL を最初に起動すると、確認の後、有効化されます。

4.3 STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 の削除

注記

ソフトウェアをアンインストールするには、Microsoft Windows の規定に従わなければなりません。

Microsoft Windows のアプリケーション[プログラムの追加と削除](MS Windows XPの場合、タスクバーから[...|設定|コントロールパネル|プログラムの追加と削除])を使用してソフトウェアパッケージ（たとえば"STEP 7"）をアンインストールします。セットアッププログラムを使用してプログラムをアンインストールすることもできます。

STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 をインストールために旧バージョンの STEP 7 をアンインストールする場合、最初に、STEP 7 の既存のオプションパッケージをアンインストールしなければなりません。

4.4 インストールに関する追加の注記

4.4.1 ホイールマウスの使用

ホイールマウスを使用する際は、メーカーから提供されたドライバをインストールしてください。そうしないと、STEP 7 がマウスのホイール機能を常にサポートするとは限らないからです。

4.4.2 PC/PG での通信カード使用に関する注記

オンボード CP 5611/CP 5611 (PCI バスを介した SIMATIC NET PROFIBUSインターフェース):

CP 6511 カードを使用するには、PCI バス搭載の PC またはプログラミング装置が必要です。これにより、MPI または PROFIBUS (9.6 Kbps～12 Mbps)を介して SIMATICステーションにアドレスを割り付けることができます。

CP がコンピュータに挿入された後に STEP 7 をインストールすると、プラグアンドプレイが CP 5611 を"他のデバイス"の[コントロールパネル|システム]のデバイスマネージャに登録します。したがって、STEP 7 をインストールするとき CP が認識されないことがあります。

そのような場合、STEP 7 のインストール後にデバイスマネージャで CP 5611 を削除してから、コンピュータを再起動します。

CP 551 は、ACPI (電力制御インターフェース)を完全にはサポートしていません。CP 5511 は、MS Windows Server 2003 および MS Windows Vista ではサポートされていません。

CP5512 (PC カードを介した SIMATIC NET PROFIBUS インターフェース)

CP 5512 を使用するには、PC カードスロットのある PC またはプログラミング装置が必要です。これにより、MPI または PROFIBUS (9.6 Kbps～12 Mbps)を介してSIMATIC ステーションにアドレスを割り付けることができます。

MPI-ISA カード/オンボード MPI-ISA

MPI-ISA カードやオンボード MPI-ISA は、MS Windows 2000/XP、MS Windows Server 2003、および MS Windows Vista ではサポートされなくなりました。

ハードネットモジュール

Industrial Ethernet ネットワークカード CP 1613 あるいは PROFIBUS カード CP 5613/14 を使用する場合、STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 との互換性があるバージョンのオプションパッケージ SIMATIC NET PC が必要です(インストールディレクトリ"STEP 7"にある S7KOMP_A.PDF の互換性リストを参照)。

CP 5613_A2 および CP 5614_A2 の操作には、SIMATIC ネットソフトウェア V6.2 以降(2003 年 11 月版以降の CD)が必要です。

一般的な PC/プログラミング装置での設定

プラグアンドプレイ機能を備えたモジュールのコミッショニング

MS Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003/Vistaでプラグアンドプレイ機能を備えたモジュール(CP 5512、CP 5611 など)を動作させる場合、下記の手順を実行してください。

1. STEP 7 をインストールし、 セットアップ終了時に自動的に表示されるダイアログ[PG/PC インターフェースの設定]を閉じてください。

2. MS Windows を閉じて PC をシャットダウンし、カードを挿入します。CP5512は操作中に挿入することもできます。

3. 再起動後(あるいは CP 5512 の挿入後)、通信モジュールは自動的にインストールされます。

4. Windows 2000 では、メッセージ "新しいハードウェアが見つかりました"が表示されます。このメッセージおよびすべてのダイアログが確認されます(キャンセルをクリックしないでください)。

5. Windows CP/Server 2003 では、ハードウェアウィザードが表示されます。最初のダイアログの表示で、オプション[いいえ、後で行います]を選択します。すべてのダイアログが確認されます(キャンセルをクリックしないでください)。

6. "PG/PC インターフェースの設定"([...|STEP 7|PG/PC インターフェースの設定])で設定をチェックするか、またはインターフェース設定を選択します。

[プログラミング装置の設定/パーソナルコンピュータインターフェース]で表示されるオンラインヘルプの情報に従ってください。

プログラミング装置に STEP 7 をインストールすると、通信ドライバが自動的にインストールされて、デフォルト設定が適用されます。

割り込みとアドレスの設定

MS Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003/Vista:

アドレス領域および割り込みの設定は、MS Windows 2000、MS Windows XP、Server 2003 および Windows Vista では変更できません。割り付けられた数値は次のようにして表示することができます。たとえば、MS Windows XP で、[スタート|設定|コントロールパネル|管理ツール|コンピュータの管理]を開き、[システムツール]を開きます。[デバイスマネージャ]で各モジュールの数値を表示することができます。[システム情報|ハードウェアリソース]で予備のリソースを表示することができます。

PCの BIOS内で割り込みとアドレス領域を PCIコンポーネント用に予約することができます。PC または BIOS のメーカーにお問い合わせください。

パッシブノード(スレーブ)を使用したネットワークの独占的運用

スレーブ(パッシブノード)のみから構成されるネットワークでプログラミング装置/PC の操作を開始する前に、オプション[PG/PC をバス上の唯一のマスタにする]を有効にしなければなりません。そうしなければ、プログラミング装置/PC は無効のままです。以下の手順に従ってください。

1. アプリケーション"PG/PC インターフェースの設定"(たとえば、MS Windows XPでは[スタート| SIMATIC | STEP 7 | PG/PC インターフェースの設定])を開始します。

2. 使用されているモジュールのパラメータ設定のプロパティを表示します。

3. 表示されたタブ内でオプション[PG/PC をバス上の唯一のマスタにする]を有効にします。

4. 再度ダイアログボックスを閉じます。

このネットワークでの操作を終了したら、オプションを無効にします。そうすることで、プログラミング装置/PC のインターフェースが有効になっているときに、MPIケーブルを差し込むことによって生じるネットワーク割り込みを防ぎます。

6 ソフトウェアのコンフィグレーションと操作の注記

6.1 STEP 7 の IEC 規格の遵守

規格を用いた正しい定義は、セットアップ中に選択したサブディレクトリのファイル NORM_TLB.RTF で見つけることができます。

6.2 一般注意事項

特殊文字をファイル名、フォルダ名、またはプロジェクト名で使用しないでください。

記憶容量が小さくアクセス時間が遅いため、プロジェクトデータ用の作業媒体としてフロッピーディスクを使用しないでください。

ウィンドウの内容は自動的に更新されません(たとえば、SIMATIC Manager のウィンドウの内容は、オンライン接続の割り込み後、常に最新の状態にはなりません)。不確実な場合は、F5 キーを使用してアクティブなウィンドウの内容を最新の情報に更新します。

スクリーンセーバ

スクリーンセーバを使用する場合、その追加のプロセスにより CPU 時間が消費されることにご注意ください。システムの過負荷の原因になる可能性があります。一部のスクリーンセーバは、メインメモリのコンポーネントの解放を妨げることがあります。これは、使用できるメインメモリの減少の原因になります。

ウイルススキャナの使用

以下のウイルススキャナは、STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 との互換性が確認されています。

1. Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition 9.0

2. Trend Micro OfficeScan Client 8.0

上記のウイルススキャナは、普通には標準設定で使用することができます。

ユーザーデータを STEP 7 のプロジェクトディレクトリに格納しないでください(Microsoft Word 文書など)。SIMATIC Manager から STEP 7 プロジェクトを削除する

と、これらのユーザーデータも完全に削除されます。"元に戻す"機能を使用して、Windows のごみ箱から削除されたデータを取り出すことはできません。

ごみ箱などの MS Windows オブジェクトに、ブロックなどの選択した STEP 7 オブジェクトを移動(ドラッグアンドドロップ)することは、"無効" カーソルが表示されない場合でも実行できません。

SUBST ドライブを STEP 7 またはユーザー自身のプロジェクトの格納用には使用しないでください。

PC/TS アダプタ

接続が割り込まれた場合、または通信接続用の PC/TS アダプタを使用する際に接続が失われた場合は、コンピュータの電源管理の詳細設定を確認します。

コンフィグレーションデータのダウンロード

SIMATIC ハードウェア一式をコンフィグレーションする場合、コンフィグレーションデータは、オフラインでデータベースに自動的に格納されます。そのデータは、("ブロック"として記述された)ユーザープログラムの[システムデータ]フォルダに格納されます。このユーザープログラムはコンフィグレーションデータとともにCPU にダウンロードされます。CPU のデータはすぐに有効となり、既存の設定値(新規 MPI アドレスなど)が変更されます。安全性のため、絶対的に必要な(メモリカード上へロードするなどの)場合にのみ、コンフィグレーションデータとともにユーザープログラム一式をダウンロードすることを推奨します。

CP に関するコンフィグレーションデータを含むコンフィグレーションのダウンロードを CPU の MPI インターフェースを介して行ってください。CP を介して CPUへコンフィグレーションデータをダウンロードすると、接続がキャンセルされる可能性があります。

システムデータの処理

他のモジュールにシステムデータをコピーしないでください。このフォルダには、ハードウェアコンフィグレーションおよびネットワーク/コミュニケーションコンフィグレーションのコンフィグレーションデータが含まれています。ネットワーク/コミュニケーションコンフィグレーションデータは、1 つのステーション/モジュールだけに関連しているわけではありません。同様に、"ハードウェアのコンフィグレーション"を使用して、PLC からプログラミング装置/PC へ SIMATIC コンフィグレーションをロードすると、ハードウェアコンフィグレーションデータだけがシステムデータフォルダにロードされます。

S7-EPROM 用フラッシュファイルドライバ

[メモリカードパラメータ割り付け]で、[コントロールパネル]にある S7 EPROM ドライバとフラッシュファイルドライバを選択すると、このドライバには次のインストールで別のドライバレターが割り付けられます。

Win2000/XP/Server 2003/Vista ではドライブを選択ボックスで選択できます。

リモートデスクトップとクイックユーザーチェンジ

STEP 7 では、MS Windows XP Professional、MS Windows Server 2003 および MS Windows Vista の「リモートデスクトップ」機能あるいは「クイックユーザーチェンジ」機能は、サポートされていません。ただし、STEP7 でこれらのオペレーティングシステムのプロパティを使用したい場合には、 次の STEP 7 アプリケーションを 1 つのセクションでのみ開始することができます。STEP 7 アプリケーションが「リモートデスクトップ」または「クイックユーザーチェンジ」を介したセッションで開始される場合には、STEP 7 アプリケーションをその他のセッションで開始することができます。コンピュータ上の STEP 7 アプリケーションを使用して作業できるのは、 1 ユーザーのみです。

オプションのソフトウェアを使用する場合には、互いに影響を引き起こすことがあるため、ひとりのユーザーしか呼出し操作することができないことに注意してください。

6.3 ネットワークドライブの使用

ネットワーク上でのプロジェクトの保存

ネットワークサーバー上でのプロジェクト/マルチプロジェクト作業中にネットワーク接続が切断され、プロジェクト/サーバーが使用不可になって旨のエラーメッセージが表示された場合は、すべての該当プロジェクト/マルチプロジェクトを保存せずに閉じ、プロジェクトの作業を続ける前にサーバーへの接続をもう一度行ってください。

ネットワークドライブにアクセスするには、PC がそれらの IP アドレスではない名前で接続されている必要もあります。名前の衝突がブロードキャストで自動的に解決されず、名前の衝突を解決するサービスを使用していない場合、PC の<WINDOWs>system32\\LMHOST ファイルを参照してこれを実行することができます。LMHOST ファイルが存在しない場合は、LHHOST.SAM をコピーして生成されます。ファイルには構文の例が含まれています。

ネットワークドライブにアクセスするためには、エディタがネットワークドライブに含まれているフォルダと同様にネットワークの必要な読み取り/書き込み権限を持つようにしてください。マルチユーザー環境では、ログオンしたユーザーが、ネ

ットワークドライブに含まれているフォルダと同様にネットワークの共有権限も持つ必要があります。

6.4 マルチユーザーによる運用

共有の解除

MS Windows XP/Server 2003/Vista で NTFS パーティションの共有を解除する場合、この共有へのアクセスがあるユーザーを 2 箇所に入力してください。メニューコマンド[共有とセキュリティ]を選択し、[共有]タブや[セキュリティ]タブでもユーザーを入力します。

次の"マルチプロジェクト"セクションの注記にも従ってください。

6.5 マルチプロジェクト

マルチプロジェクトを使用すると、ユーザーの STEP 7プロジェクトをより小さく、より明確に使いやすく構築できます。たとえば、マルチプロジェクトを使用すると、ローカルワークステーション上のそれぞれのエディタで作業できる 1つのプロジェクトを作成できます。これらのプロジェクトは、異なるプログラミング装置/PC に格納できます。マルチプロジェクトの手法を使用すると、 これらのすべてのプロジェクトを 1 つの全体ユニットに結合できます。

マルチプロジェクトの使用に関する詳細な情報は、STEP 7 オンラインヘルプを参照してください。

STEP 7 マルチプロジェクトで、コンピュータ 1("クライアント")上で作業するエディタは、コンピュータ 2("サーバー")上の STEP 7 プロジェクトの情報にアクセスできます(相互プロジェクトの場合など)。この環境で作業する場合は、次の注釈の情報に従ってください。

マルチプロジェクトを使用した作業には、基本的に次の 2 つの方法があります。

1つのマルチプロジェクト内のプロジェクトが 1つのサーバー上に格納される

この場合、1 つのマルチプロジェクト内のプロジェクトは、1 つの中央サーバー上にすべて格納されます。各プロジェクトで作業するエディタは、それぞれのワークステーションから直接このサーバー上に格納されるプロジェクトにアクセスできます。

この中央サーバー上で、多数のプロジェクト（1 つのマルチプロジェクトで 20 以上のプロジェクト）を同時に開き、さらにプロジェクトの範囲を超える機能が必要な場合は、オペレーティングシステムとしては"MS Windows Server 2003 以外は使用できません (オペレーティングシステムの制限により、他の MS オペレーティングシステムは、Win2000 Professional であっても使用できません!)。

1 つのマルチプロジェクト内のプロジェクトが複数のコンピュータ上に分散される

各エディタは独自のプログラミング装置に"独自のプロジェクト"を持ち、この 1 つのプロジェクトのみを編集します。相互プロジェクト機能の管理を担当するエディタは、自分の PC 上にマルチプロジェクトをもっています。プロジェクトの分散型格納(プログラミング装置/PC 毎に 1 つのプロジェクト)方式により、MS Windows オペレーティングシステムの制限内で作業できます。

プロジェクトのどの段階でも、上記のマルチプロジェクトの管理方法のいずれかを連続または交代で使用できます。たとえば、プロジェクトの初期段階では、1 つのプロジェクトを多数のワークステーション上に分散してローカルで作業し、 最終段階(実際に運用する場合など)では、そのプロジェクトを中央サーバーに格納してそこからアクセスすることが可能になります。

オペレーティングシステムの制限やアクセス衝突による問題を避けるために、各プロジェクトで作業しているエディタは、マルチプロジェクトの中からではなく単独で開いてください。

注意

1 つのマルチプロジェクトで相互プロジェクト機能を使用する場合、これらの相互プロジェクト機能が実行されている間に、プロジェクトマネージャと緊密な連絡の上、該当プロジェクト上で作業しているユーザーが誰もいないことを必ず確認する必要があります。

相互ファンクションの例は、SIMATIC Manager の[ファイル|マルチプロジェクト|プロジェクトのコーディネート...]、 あるいはマルチプロジェクト自身を選択する場合は[ファイル|名前を付けて保存]、[ファイル|再構築]および[ファイル|アーカイブ]での作業です。

プロジェクト/サーバーが使用できない旨のエラーメッセージが表示された場合は、保存せずにすべてのプロジェクト/マルチプロジェクトを閉じ、サーバーへの接続をもう一度行ってください。

さらに、オンラインヘルプに記載されているように、マルチプロジェクトを使用した作業に関する要件やアドバイスには、必ず従うようにしてください。

フロッピーディスクへのマルチプロジェクトのアーカイブ

マルチプロジェクトはフロッピーディスクにアーカイブすることはできません。

6.6 STEP 7 の異なるバージョンとのスワップ

バージョン 2 のプロジェクト

• STEP 7 V2.1 からのプロジェクトデータが現在のバージョンのプロジェクトにインポートされている場合、これらのプロジェクトデータは、STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 でのみ使用できます。

• CP443-1やCP443-5を使用したV2.1プロジェクトを[名前を付けて保存]コマンドを使用する現在のプロジェクトに変更した場合、プロジェクトパスで表示したCP オブジェクトでシステムデータは作成されません。[ブロック]フォルダは空です。システムデータは、[接続のコンフィグレーション(ネットワークのコンフィグレーション)]アプリケーションを開いて、[保存とコンパイル]コマンドを選択する前にのみ、作成されます。

バージョン 3 以降からのプロジェクト

• STEP 7 V3.1、V3.2 以降でセットアップおよび編集されたプロジェクトは、変更せずに STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 を使用した(現在の)プロジェクトとして使用し続けることができます。

• マルチユーザー運用に関して、既存の V3.0 プロジェクトは、メニューコマンド[名前を付けて保存(再構築あり)]を使用して、現在のバージョン用のプロジェクトに変換する必要があります。

STEP 7 の以前のバージョンのモジュールの新規作成

• STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 でモジュールにパラメータを割り付けて、これらのパラメータが STEP 7 の以前のバージョンでまだ含まれていなかった場合、これらのモジュールとそれらに従属するコンポーネントは、V5.1 SP3 より前の STEP 7 のバージョンでは表示されません。オプションパッケージを通じてアドオンされたモジュールに、パラメータを割り付けた場合、STEP 7 V5.1 SP3 より前のバージョンで作成されたプロジェクトであれば、同様に表示されません。

STEP 7 V5.1 SP3 以降では、汎用オブジェクトがこれらの"不明な"モジュールの表示に使用されます。

注意

STEP 7 (V5.1 以前のバージョン)で、メッセージを持つオブジェクト（例: ブロックに関連したメッセージを持つブロック、シンボルに関連したメッセージを持つシンボルテーブル、S7 PDIAG 監査を持つブロック、ユーザー指定のメッセージを持つプログラムなど）を作業している時、このプロジェクトは STEP 7 V5.3 以上のバージョンの別の PG/PC で開くことはできません。つまり、表示のみのアクセスであっても、そのプロジェクトは必ずその前に古い STEP 7 がインストールされたコンピュータで一旦閉じる必要があります。

CPU またはプロジェクトに対する一意のメッセージ番号のコンフィグレーション(V5.2 以上で新規作成)

• STEP 7 の旧バージョンで編集可能なのは、メッセージ番号が CPU(新しいプロシージャ)に対して割り付けられているプロジェクトで、メッセージコンフィグレーションがないブロックまたはシンボル(ユーザー定義されたメッセージ、ブロックメッセージ、スキャンメッセージ、S7-PDIAG コンフィグレーションなど)だけであることに注意してください。CPU ベースのメッセージの割り付けをプロジェクトベースのメッセージ割り付けには変換できません。

「メッセージのコンフィグレーション」セクションの注記を参照してください。

マイクロメモリカード(MMC)

• STEP 7 V5.1 以上では、ブロック、システムデータおよび STEP 7 標準プロジェクトを MMC に保存できます。STEP 7 Lite および STEP 7 V5.3 以上では、どの種類のファイルでも MMC に保存できます。

6.7 ライブラリとサンプルプロジェクト

• 多数のライブラリとサンプルプロジェクトが、STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 とともに供給されます。これらのサンプルプロジェクトは、SIMATIC Manager で削除できます。サンプルプロジェクトを再インストールするには、STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 セットアッププログラムを再度実行する必要があります。STEP 7 セットアップ全体を再度実行する場合のみ、サンプルプロジェクトとライブラリがインストールされます。

注記

STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 とともに出荷されたサンプルプロジェクトとライブラリは、STEP 7 をインストールする際には、常にコピーされます。標準サンプルプロジェクトを編集しても、STEP 7 を再インストールするとオリジナルの例で上書きされます。したがって、標準例のコピーを作成してから、標準例の修正を行ったりコピーの修正を行ったりしてください。

6.8 SIMATIC Manager

• 特定の条件では、待機カーソルが表示されなかったり、時間のかかる操作の間に消えてしまったりすることがあります。

アクセス可能なノード

• S7-300 ファンクションモジュールと対照的に、S7-400 ファンクションモジュール(FM 456 など)は、"アクセス可能ノード"リストに表示されていません。したがって、FM 456 のメモリリセットを実行したい場合、すべてのコンフィグレーションされたファンクションモジュールがリストされている(S7-300 と S7-400 のどちらも)プロジェクトのオンライン表示で実行する必要があります。別の方法としては、キースイッチを使ってファンクションモジュールを実行できます。

• "アクセス可能ノード"と"メモリカード"表示は常時、自動的に更新されません。F5 キーを押してこれらのウィンドウを更新できます。

• PROFINET IO: PROFINET IOネットワークにおけるノードの最大数は512に制限されています。

ファイルの圧縮および解凍用のプログラム

• SIMATIC Manager の[オプション|設定|アーカイブ]のアーカイブおよび解凍用のツールは、以下のように変更されました。ARJ32 V3.x、JAR、LHARC およびWinZip Automatic は提供していません。ディスクで提供している ARJ 2.50a はVista での動作確認は行われておりませんが、MS Windows 2000 および MS Windows XP で使用できます。このため、PKZip であればほとんどの ARJ アーカイブを開くことができるため、各種オペレーティングシステム用に「PKZip を使った ARJ」を提供しています。STEP 7 をアップグレードする場合、この点に注意してください。このトピックのヘルプ情報については、次のサービスパックで更新する予定です。

注記

マルチプロジェクトはフロッピーディスクにアーカイブすることはできません。

PKZIP で圧縮する場合、ネットワークドライブではローカルドライブに比べてかなり時間がかかります。

PKZip 8.6 で STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 においてプロジェクトをアーカイブすると STEP 7の古いバージョンにおいてプロジェクトをアーカイブするとの差異をご注意してください。STEP 7 プロジェクトのためのデｲレクトリにおいて自分のサブデｲレクトリを創造しないでと勧めます。そしなければ増しファイル（例えば自分が創造したバックアップファイル）も手で創造したサブデｲレクトリからアーカイブされる可能性があると下の例に示しております。

“my_Project_1”のアーカイブは SIMATIC マネージャーにおいてメニュー命令”File>Archive”でトリガされます。

いままで、もし“my_Project_1”は”S7Proj” デｲレクトリに選択された、STEP 7 はプロジェクトデｲレクトリとこれに属するすべてのファイル（”Project1_Files*.*”）

だけをアーカイブします。

STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 にある PKZip 8.6 は”S7Proj”に同じ名前で存在してる”my_Subdirectory\my_Project_1”のサブデｲレクトリを見つけて、これもアーカイブします。これらの増しファイルがあるのでアーカイブは SIMATIC マネージャーで開くことはできません。

アーカイブすろ前にこの様な構成は存在しないでを確かめてください。

もし増しファイルがあるアーカイブを創造しました、下の解決方法があります。

• もし SIMATIC マネージャーでアーカイブをリトリーブするのは失敗だったら、PKZip が臨時にプロジェクトをアンジップしたパスの名前を表しています（たとえば ”…\S7Proj\S7TEMP001”）。プロジェクトを開くことはここにできると”名前を付ける”命令で別な方向デｲレクトリに保存することはできます。

• プロジェクトデｲレクトリに PKZip で手でプロジェクトを保存してください。既にここに存在してるファイルをついオーバーライトしないでを確認してください。

UNC パス

• STEP 7 バージョン 5.2 以上では、ネットワークの他のコンピュータに格納されているプロジェクトは、プロジェクトが開いている場合、常に UNC パス(UNC = Universal Naming Convention; すなわち、 \\<Server Name>\<Share>\...) によりローカルのプロジェクト管理に追加されるようになりました。これは、リンクされたネットワークドライブ経由でプロジェクトを開くことが可能ではあるが、保管場所は UNC パスとして STEP 7 で表示されることを意味します(すなわち、SIMATIC Manager で、[ファイル| 開く|管理])。特に、これはプロジェクトが、以前のリンクされたネットワークドライブだけではなく、その UNC パスを直接使ってネットワークで開くことができることを意味します。

一方で、ローカル共有でも物理パス(たとえば、<local drive letter>:\...)を通して、常にローカルプロジェクト管理にローカルプロジェクトを追加します。

STEP 7 V 5.4 SP3 を旧バージョンに上書きしてインストールすると、セットアップ中にプロジェクト管理が更新されます。

オブジェクトのコンパイルとダウンロード

• ハードウェアコンフィグレーションをダウンロードするには、宛先 CPU を停止モードにする必要があります。これは、SIMATIC Manager で[コンパイルおよびダウンロード]を起動する前に設定できます([PLC|診断|設定|操作モード])。ハードウェアコンフィグレーションをダウンロードできるように、すべての CP のSDB が CPU になければなりません。

• SIMATIC Manager で[コンパイルおよびダウンロード]を実行すると([PLC|診断|設定|操作モード])、ダウンロード後の起動が可能になります。

• すべての SDB は、ダウンロード時に SIMATIC Manager とまったく同じくオフラインコンテナからロードされます。Netpro、GD、またはその他オプションパッケージの SDB が更新されているかは、各自の責任で確認してください。

• 一般に、PC ステーションでは、ハードウェアコンフィグレーションを自動的にダウンロードすることはできません。

再編成して名前を付けて保存する

• プロジェクトでステーションを開いたときに[モジュールを表示できません。HW を更新してください]というダイアログが表示されたら、このプロジェクトを再編成して[名前を付けて保存]を実行しないでください。これを行うと、[名

前を付けて保存]を実行したときにデータベースからモジュールが完全に削除される恐れがあります。

この現象は、ステーションモジュールでコンフィグレーションを作成した場合に発生する可能性があります。これは、たとえば、該当する HW 更新がまだインストールされていないといったことが原因で、現在の STEP 7 では確認されていません。

変更ログ

• SIMATIC Logon が PC/PG 上にインストールされている場合にのみ、プロジェクトの変更ログを書き込むことができます。セクション「SIMATIC Logon の使用に関する注記」にある情報をお読みください。

• SIMATIC Logon がインストールされている PC/PG の変更ログと一緒にプロジェクトの編集だけができます。

• メモリーカードを含むアクティビティは、変更ログには含まれません。オンラインヘルプにある「変更ログに関する追加の注記」を参照することができます。

6.9 パスワード保護

アクセス権:

STEP 7 V4.02 以降を使って CPU で統合されたアクセス保護を有効にする場合、次のことに注意してください。このファンクションを有効にし、STEP 7 V4.02 以前のバージョンを使って CPU の処理を行う場合、「この CPU はパスワードにより保護されています」というメッセージが表示されます。

次のメッセージが表示されることがあります。

• 保護レベルに達していません

• ダウンロードできません....

• 開くことができません....

M7 モジュールのアクセス権 :

モードセレクタキーを RUN にしながらブロックを M7 モジュールにダウンロードしようとすると、[パスワードの入力] メッセージウィンドウが表示され、「モジュール<xxx>はパスワードにより保護されています」というメッセージが表示されます。このメッセージは M7-SYS RT < V5.0 を指定した M7 モジュールに適用されません。

以下の手順に従ってください。

1. [キャンセル]を押してダイアログボックスを終了します。

2. モードセレクタキーを STOP または RUN-P に切り替えます。

3. 必要なファンクションを再び呼び出します。

6.10 シンボル名の使用

• メッセージつきのシンボルを別のシンボルテーブルにコピーすると、[シンボルテーブルが他のプロセスで占有されています]というメッセージが表示されることがあります。この場合は、シンボルテーブルを保存してから一旦閉じてください。再度テーブルを開くと、作業を続行できます。

STEP 7 V4.02 以降では、シンボル名の入力時に大文字と小文字の両方を使用できます。ただし、シンボルを処理する場合、(IEC 1131-3 に従って)大文字、小文字は区別されません。言い換えれば、名前自体が重要であり、表記は問われません。

例 : シンボル"Motor"と"MOTOR"は同じ変数と見なされます。

詳細情報については、オンラインヘルプまたは『Programming with STEP 7』マニュアルの該当するセクションを参照してください。

STEP 7 V4.02以前のバージョンで作成された古いプロジェクトでこの機能を使用できるようにするには、次の手順を行う必要があります。

• シンボルエディタを使ってシンボルテーブルを開きます。名前を自動的に受け入れるか、または

• プロジェクトを再構築します。

その場合、プロジェクトが書込み保護されていないことを確認する必要があります。そうすると、現在のバージョンおよび前のバージョン両方のプロジェクトでこの機能を継続して使用することができます。

• シンボルテーブルで同じ2つのシンボル(大文字のシンボルと小文字のシンボル)を使用している場合、シンボルは一意でないとしてマークされます。フィルタを使うと、シンボルエディタで一意でないシンボルを表示することができます。

6.11 ハードウェア コンフィグレーション（セントラル）

MPI/DP インターフェースを備えた CPU:

• これらのインターフェースをコンフィグレーションする場合、プログラミング装置がサポートしていない伝送速度を選択していないことを確認してください。

この設定をコンフィグレーションし直すと、このインターフェースを介してCPU へのオンライン接続を確立できなくなります。

可能な対策:

1. プログラミング装置/PC と同じ伝送速度を持つ別のインターフェースを使用します。

2. STEP 7 プロジェクトに新規ステーションを作成します。"ハードウェアコンフィグレーション"アプリケーションで、新規ステーションの CPU をデフォルト設定にコンフィグレーションします。保存しコンパイルした後、SIMATIC Managerでシステムデータを S7 メモリカードにコピーします。CPU にメモリカードを挿入し、メモリリセットを実行します。

• リセットした CPU からデータをアップロードした場合、MPI/DP インターフェースをコンフィグレーションし直す必要があります。

• 300 ステーションでモジュール(CPU/CP/FM)の MPI アドレスを変更する場合、完全なステーションをロードすることをお勧めします。完全なステーションをロードしなければ、モジュールを再接続できません。

S5 アダプタモジュール

• 多数の S5 アダプタモジュールを S7-400 ステーションで使用する場合、S5 アドレスがモジュール全体の P/Q/IM3/IM4 エリアで重複するかどうか判断するチェックが行われません。すでに占有されている S5 アドレスが S5 アダプタモジュール/IM463-2 の[入力]ダイアログボックスで使われていないことを確認する必要があります。

• S5 アナログ入力/出力モジュールは、S5 アダプタモジュールのユーザープログラムで使用できないか、またはアドレス指定できません。S5 アナログ入力/出力モジュールは、IM463-2 の SIMATIC-S7 システムまたは DP インターフェースを使用した場合に限り使うことができます。

ASCII インポート:

STEP7 V5.0 SP1 以降で作成された ASCII ファイルを"読み取り可能"なフォーマットでインポートする場合、前もってファイルを変更しておく必要があります。

• CPU 318 または CPU 417 を使用する場合:

- "TEST_ON_WARM_RESTART"と"TEST_ON_COMPLETE_RESTART"を交換します。

- "WARM_RESTART"値を"STARTUP_AFTER_POWER_ON"キーワードで指定し入力する場合、前者を"COMPLETE_RESTART"に変更します。

• コンフィグレーションに MLFB 6ES7 313-1AD02-0AB0 の CPU 313 が含まれる場合:

- "SYNC_TYPE"と" SYNC_TYPE_SYNC_IN_PLC"を交換します。

- "TIME_INTERVAL"と" TIME_INTERVAL_SYNC_IN_PLC"を交換します。

• マルチコンピューティングの場合:

- ーワード"MULTIPROCESSOR_OPERATION"の指定後、"SINGLE-SYSTEM"を"MULTICOMPUTING"に、"MULTI_SYSTEM"を"SEGMENTED_MULTICOMPUTING"に変更する必要があります。

• DP/AS-i リンク 20 E タイプのスレーブを STEP 7 V5.0 SP3 でエクスポートした場合、インポートに STEP 7 を使う時には、機械が読み取り可能な製品名称(MLFB)"6GK1 415-2AA10"を"6GK1 415-2AA01"に置き換えます。

• 異なる言語設定のステーションをエクスポートに使われるステーションにインポートする場合、言語固有の GSD ファイルを介してインストールされるPROFIBUS スレーブは、再コンフィグレーションする必要があります。

• [圧縮]ファイルフォーマットの場合(ダイアログボックス[ステーション|エクスポート]で設定)、多少の変更は必要ありません。

レポートシステムエラー

• ユーザーブロックの呼出し時に自己定義メッセージをトリガする場合、そのメッセージを生成する別のブロックをコンフィグレーションします。ユーザーブロックでこのブロックを呼び出します。

• V5.4SP2 では、"CPU in Stop"の設定が簡単になりました。Rack error、PROFIBUS DP master system error、PROFIBUS DP slave error、PROFINET IO system error、PROFINET IO device error などのエラークラスは 1 つのエラークラスに統合されました。統合されたエラークラスが以前のコンフィグレーションで異なる設定になっている場合は、ラックエラーに関する"CPU in Stop"の設定をチェックしてください。

その他の問題

• パラメータデータの削除(SDB>1000) : 一部の FM および CP は、CPU 上のシステムデータブロック(SDB) > 1000 にパラメータデータを格納するばかりでなく、このデータを自身で保持します。したがって、SDB を CPU から削除する場合でも、FM または CP は以前に有効なデータで構成されるパラメータを保持し続けます。詳細については、FM または CP の説明を参照してください。

• データコンシステンシーを確保する必要があるために、マルチユーザー運用(同時に複数のユーザーがプロジェクトを操作している)で同時に使用できる他のステーションは 1 つだけに限られています。

• M7 大容量記憶モジュールをコンフィグレーションする時に「充分な AT アドレスを使用できません」というメッセージが出される場合、IF モジュールを削除した後に大容量記憶モジュールを挿入することができます。その後、IF モジュールを再挿入できます。

• コンフィグレーションに旧バージョンのオプションパッケージのモジュールが含まれている場合は、[ステーションのエクスポート]ファンクションを使用する時、このモジュールの全データを取得("取り込み")できない可能性があります。この場合は、インポートプロセスの終了後にモジュールデータが完全かどうかをチェックする必要があります。

• CPU ファンクションの"ホットスタート"を使用する場合、モジュールアドレス領域がプロセス I/O イメージ範囲を超えていないことを確認する必要があります。

• [PLC|PROFIBUS|診断、ノードのモニタ/修正]:

ビット粒状 I/O デバイスを使ったスレーブの場合(ET200S または ET200L-SC、DP/AS-i リンクなど)、コンフィグレーションデータをスレーブから読み戻す際に I/O デバイスのビット粒状コンフィグレーションが、ビット粒状であると解釈されないことがあります。このため、バイト関連 I/O を使ったスレーブだけが表示されるので、メニューコマンド[オプション|モジュールの特定]を使用してビット粒状として再コンフィグレーションすることはできません。ビット粒状ベースで制御することはできませんが、バイトベースでのみ制御できます。

• スレーブをモニタ/修正する時は、たとえリストのすべての行を同時に表示できなくても、すべての行が修正されます。この動作は、HW コンフィグレーションでモジュールをモニタ/修正する場合と異なります。

• STEP 7 V5.3以降、プログラムにより、設定された I/Oアドレス領域が完全に PI(プロセスイメージ)内か PI 外かが検証されるようになりました。これが既存のステーションで指定されていない場合、一貫性チェックの際にプログラムが参照され、必要に応じてアドレスを調整することができます。

6.12 ハードウェアコンフィグレーション（PROFIBUS DP）

クロスリファレンス

• 直接データ交換(DP クロスリファレンス)をコンフィグレーションする場合、スレーブをセンダとしてコンフィグレーションするステーションとレシーバとしてコンフィグレーションするステーション両方をダウンロードしなければならないことに注意してください。

• 他のプロジェクトと通信関係がある(たとえばデータのクロスリファレンス)ステーションからのコピーは、一緒に実行しなければなりません。一緒にコピーしなければ、通信関係がコピー中に失われます。したがって、他のステーションを選択して、コピーを開始します。

• コンフィグレーションのダウンロード時に、DP スレーブの製品のリビジョンがファンクション[直接通信リンクのセンダ]をサポートしているかどうかチェックされません。したがって DP スレーブのパフォーマンスの範囲を順守する(コンフィグレーションで有効な場合、バージョンを比較する)必要があります。

一定スキャンタイム

• "一定スキャンタイム"と PROFIBUS DP のグループの SYNC/FREEZE 両方をコンフィグレーションする場合、次のことに注意してください。

• グループ 8(一定スキャンタイムクロックに予約)は使用できません。グループ割り付けをグループ 8 としてコンフィグレーションしている場合、一定スキャンタイムを設定できません。

• 一定スキャンタイム設定のファンクションは、DP スレーブ DP/AS-i_Link ET 200B アナログ、製品バージョン 5 までの ET 200-SC、ET 200X、バージョン 3 までの IM 153-1、バージョン 5 までの IMSC には使用できません。

• 一定スキャン操作モードを選択する場合、PROFIBUS のプログラミング装置はリングに入らない可能性があります。この状態が発生する場合はできるだけHSA を減らすか、または自動バスパラメータ認識を指定しないインターフェースを選択して再実行してください。

• SYNC コマンドまたは FREEZE コマンドをサポートしていない PROFIBUS スレーブは、[一定スキャンタイム]ファンクションを使用できません。

• ET200M 6ES7 153-2BA00-0XB0 および 6ES7 153-2BB00-0XB0 の場合、一定スキャンタイムを使用する操作に対して有効なバックプレーンバスモジュールを使用する機能が備えられていません。有効なバックプレーンバスモジュールを使用しない操作にのみ、コンフィグレーション可能な最低時間が適用されます。

注意: 有効なバックプレーンバスモジュールを使用する場合は、ユーザーが 1 msの周期を Tdp に追加する必要があります。

SYNC/FREEZE 機能:

• M7-SYS RT V5.0 の M7-CPU と M7-FM は、対応する PROFIBUS が[一定スキャンタイム]に設定され、対応するグループ 7 スレーブが割り付けられている場合に限り、DP インターフェース 6ES7 964-2AA02-0AB0 による SYNC/FREEZE 機能をサポートします。

• STEP 7 SYNC/FREEZE グループにより割り付けられた ET 200M ペリフェラルI/O に挿入された FM または CP はありません。

言語の切り替え

• 言語の変更後、HW コンフィグレーションを再起動してから、DP コンフィグレーションを使ってステーションからコピーしなければなりません。

• 設定言語がコンフィグレーション中に使用した言語と違う場合、メニューコマンド[ステーション|インポート]を使用しても、必ずしもすべての DP スレーブモジュールがインポートされない可能性があります。解決策: 元の言語でコンフィグレーションをインポートし、その後リセットします。

I-スレーブ: BM147 と IM151/CPU:

• インテリジェント前処理により BM147/CPU (ET 200X)と IM151/CPU (ET 200S)をコンフィグレーションする場合、SIMATIC 300 ステーションを使用します。

• モジュール BM147/CPU は、スタンドアローン(個別操作)デバイスとして使われる場合、コンフィグレーションで新規 PROFIBUS ネットワークとネットワークを確立する必要があります。

• PG/PCのアクセスポイントS7-オンラインがモジュールによりサポートされているか、またはコンフィグレーションされているインターフェースに対応する場合に限り、IM151/CPU のダウンロードまたはアップロードが可能です。切り替え可能なMPI/DPインターフェースを備えていない IM 151/CPUを使用する場合、PROFIBUS インターフェースを設定しなければなりません(「SIMATIC Manager: プログラミング装置/パーソナルコンピュータインターフェースの設定...」を参照)。PG/PC のアクセスポイント"S7 オンライン"がモジュールまたはコンフィグレーションしたインターフェースによりサポートされているアクセスポイントと一致する場合に限り、IM 151/CPU のダウンロードまたはアップロードが可能です。切り替え可能な MPI/DP インターフェースを備えていない IM 152/CPU の場合、設定は PROFIBUS インターフェースにする必要があります(「SIMATIC Manager、PG/CP インターフェースの設定...」を参照) 。

DP スレーブ

• GAD ファイルを介して相互接続されているスレーブの場合、地理的アドレスから論理アドレスへの変換に使われる SFC 5 と 49 に正しい値が指定されるのは、次のコンフィグレーションの場合に限られます。

DP スレーブがファームウェア V2.0 以降を備えた 300 CPU または操作モードDPV1 のマスタに接続されています。エラーの場合、SSL 0x91 はスレーブのレコードに間違ったパラメータ"adr 2" (スロット、インターフェース番号)を指定します。

診断リピータ

• DPV0 操作モード(DP アラームモード)では、診断イベントにより OB 82 が呼び出されます。DPV1 操作では、OB 82 は診断割り込みによってのみトリガされます。診断割り込みがスレーブパラメータに DPV1 割り込みとして提供されていない場合、指定のスレーブによってサポートされません。

• このため、診断リピータを DPV0 操作モードで使用しなければなりません。

• トポロジ表示([PLC|PROFIBUS|ネットワークトポロジの表示]):

一定の条件下(ネットワークに接続されたノード数、ボーレートなど)では、オンライン接続で"タイムアウト"が発生することがあるので、すべてのデータが診断リピータから読み取られ、表示されるとは限りません。この場合、プロパティのダイアログで CPxxxx (PROFIBUS)のインターフェース設定を 10 秒にリセットすることをお勧めします。

ライン診断の準備

• "CPxxxx(Auto)"インターフェースを使用する場合、PROFIBUS DP のノードは測定できません。インターフェースを"CPxxxx(PROFIBUS)"に設定しなければなりません。

• PG740、および PC-アダプタ(PC/MPI ケーブル 6ES7901-2BF00-0AA0)に搭載された MPI インターフェースは、[ライン診断の準備]ファンクションをサポートしていません。このファンクションが STEP 7 で開始された場合、モニタ時間の最後で測定が停止されます。この場合、レポート機能ステータス"判断停止"とテキスト" 時間モニタ処理"が表示されます。

• PROFIBUS-DP 上のノード測定ファンクションをサポートしているインターフェースカードは次のとおりです: CP 5511、CP 5512、CP 5611

• ダイアログ[ライン診断の準備]がアクティブであるときに、オンライン接続をネットワークトランジションに確立することができません。モジュールの CPU へのネットワークトランジションの間に、モジュールの状態を、ダイアログ[ライン診断の準備]に呼び出すことができません。

注記

(PN IO デバイスとしての)IE/PB リンク 6GK1 411-5AB00 の後ろに PROFIBUS ラインがあれば、そのようなネットワークトランジションは存在しますが、(純粋なネットワークトランジションとしての) ネットワークトランジション 6GK1 411-5AA.. または、6GK1-411-5AB00 の後ろもしくは、リンクトランジションのない PROFIBUS ラインの場合では、存在しません。

IM-157

PROFIBUS の伝送速度の設定が低すぎる場合または PROFIBUS 上に存在しないIM157 モジュールをコンフィグレーションした場合、PA スレーブのインターフェースモジュールとして IM157 を使用すると、CPU のパラメータ割り付けが停止する可能性があることに注意してください。この場合、[パラメータをモジュールに転送]パラメータを変更して、CPU の[スタートアップ]タブの設定モニタ時間を増やしてください。また、CPU のシステムデータを削除して、新規パラメータ割り付けをCPU にダウンロードしなければなりません。

リダンダント インターフェースモジュール(IM 157 と IM 153)を使用する際のファームウェアの更新

IM 157-0AA82-0XA0または IM 153-2BA00-0XB0がリダンダントの場合に IMのファームウェアを更新する場合、次の手順に従います。

1. 2つの IMのいずれかが接続している PROFIBUSサブネットに PGを接続します。

2. オンラインヘルプに説明しているようにファームウェアを更新します(HW コンフィグレーションでメニューコマンド[PLC|ファームウェアの更新])。 [ダウンロード後ファームウェアを起動する]オプションを選択している場合、有効なチャンネルでスイッチオーバが発生します。

3. 他の IM が接続している PROFIBUS サブネットに PG を接続します。

4. 2 番目の IM に対して、手順 2 を繰り返します。

注意

PG が直接 PROFIBUS に接続されていない場合は、STEP 7 ルート指定メカニズムにより両モジュールをアドレス指定できるかどうか判断することはできません。

CiR を使用したランタイム中のシステム変更

注意

オートメーションシステムの現在のコンフィグレーションフォームを PG にロードすると(メニューコマンド[PLC|PG にダウンロード])、ステーションの CiR 機能が失われます。

このため、このダウンロード手順を実行しないように強くお勧めします。

RUN モードで CiR オブジェクトを使ったステーションのロード

• ステーションの CiR オブジェクトにマスタシステムに隣接して他のマルチシステムが存在する場合、またはステーションが"STOP"モードで STEP 7 V5.3 以前で最後にロードされた場合、"RUN モードでのロード"が拒否される場合があります。この問題を解決するには、STOP モードでもう一度 CPU にコンフィグレーションをロードする必要があります。

• ステーションにCP 443-5または443-1が含まれていて、STEP 7 V5.3 SP1、V5.3 SP2、または V5.3 SP3 をロードしている場合は、STOP モードでもう一度 CPU にコンフィグレーションをダウンロードし、今後のために正しい CiR 動作を有効にしておく必要があります。

• 8 DI NAMUR モジュールを挿入した DP スレーブ ET 200iSP に CiR の変更があった場合、RUN モードでダウンロードする前に変更されたコンフィグレーションを保存し、コンパイルする必要があります。

改訂 3、GSD ファイル

GSD 改訂 3 の新機能は STEP 7 V 5.1 でサポートされています。これらの機能を備えた DP スレーブについて、STEP 7 バージョン< V 5.1 と旧バージョンの互換性は保証されていません。そのような DP スレーブを STEP 7 V 5.1 でコンフィグレーションした場合、次の条件が満たされる限りは、プロジェクトは STEP 7 バージョン < V 5.1でしか処理できません。

• スレーブは操作モード DPV0 でのみ使用できます。

• ファンクション-モジュラデバイスの場合、対応するスロットに許可されているモジュールしか配置できません。STEP 7 バージョン< V 5.1 では、この制限は監視されません。

• DP スレーブで複数のスロットを占有しているモジュールは、個々のモジュールに分割されます。名前の先頭が"????"のモジュールと"-->........"と呼ばれる次のモジュールはユニットを形成するので、変更できません。

シンボル

• 入力データまたは出力データのデータタイプが異なるモジュールには現在バイト向けシンボルが提供されています。データ数が 3 バイト以上の場合、各バイトごとにシンボルが指定されますが、(SFC 14 と SFC 15 を使用して)データには全体としてしかアクセスできません。

システムエラーのレポート機能

• CP342-5 から接続されるリモート I/O コンポーネントは、[システムエラーのレポート]によりサポートされていません。規格を完全に満たしていないリモート I/O

コンポーネントも[システムエラーのレポート]ファンクションにより完全にサポートされていません。

• ET200X 6ES7 147-1AA01-0XB0 (ファームウェアバージョン 2.1 以上)は、[レポートシステムエラー]ではサポートされていません。このことは、CPU に生成されたブロックをダウンロードしようとすると、エラーメッセージが表示されることからわかります。この場合、プロジェクトから生成された SFM ブロックおよび作成された SFC を削除します。

冗長化スレーブの挿入

• 現在のところ、電源モジュール(6ES7 138-4CA50-0AB0)と一緒に ET200S(6ES7 151-1BA01-0AB0)を使用して、DP V1 モードで冗長化 DP スレーブを挿入することはできません。

その他

• PA スレーブは、CP342-5 MLFB 6GK7342-5DA00-XXXX、6GK7342-5DA01-XXXX、6GK7342-5DA02-XXXX および CP342-5 FO MLFB 6GK7342-5DF00-0XE0 では操作できません。

• DP/PA リンク(MLFB: 6ES7 157-0AA81-0XA0)上で ET200U (MLFB: 6ES5318-8MB1 または 6ES5318-8MC1)を正常に操作するには、偶数のスロットをコンフィグレーションしなければなりません。ET 200U の最終モジュールはダミーモジュールとしてコンフィグレーションする必要があります。

• 8 DI NAMUR モジュールを挿入した DP スレーブ ET 200iSP に CiR の変更があった場合、8 DI NAMUR モジュールのコンフィグレーションも変更された可能性があるため、変更後に 8 DI NAMUR モジュールのコンフィグレーションをチェックする必要があります。

6.13 ハードウェアコンフィグレーション (PROFINET IO)

IM466 と CP443-1

IM466s と CP443-1 Advanced をラックでコンフィグレーションする場合には、すべての IM466s は、CPU と CP443-1 Advanced の間に挿入されなければなりません。

システムエラーのレポート機能

[システムエラーのレポート]は、以下のコンフィグレーションで PROFINET IO をサポートします:

PROFINET IO Controller:

• CPU317-2 PN/DP / V2.3, V2.5, V2.6

• CPU315-2 PN/DP / V2.3, V2.5, V2.6

• CPU319-3 PN/DP / V2.4, V2.5, V2.6

• IM 154-8 CPU / V2.5

• CP 443-1 Advanced (6GK7 443-1EX40-0XE0) / V2.1 (以降)を搭載した CPU41x / V4.0

PROFINET IO デバイスの GSD ファイルの更新

GSD ファイルの更新中にリリース番号変更機能を中止した場合、現在のリリース番号と目的のリリース番号との間に不一致が生じます。この不一致は、たとえば、新しい GSD ファイルに含まれていないモジュールをコンフィグレーションするために古い GSD ファイルを使用した場合などに発生します。この場合は、デバイスを削除してから再コンフィグレーションしてください。

PN/PN カプラー

PN/PN カプラーのデバイス名は、同じプロジェクトでカプラーの両方のインターフェースがコンフィグレーションされた場合にだけ、MMC に保存することができます。両方のデバイス名の MMC への転送は、GSD を使用してカプラーをコンフィグレーションした場合にはサポートされていません。

CPU4xx V5.0 を使用したコンフィグレーションと 16 個を超えるデバイス

CPU4xx V5.0 を PN-IO コントローラとして使用した特定のコンフィグレーションでは、個々のデバイスが作動しない場合があります。これらのコンフィグレーションとしては次のような場合があります。

FB 453 "RED_STATUS"のパラメータ CH_INF_H および CH_INF_L で変更された特性

FB 450 "RED_IN"のチャンネル情報ビット

FB 450 "RED_IN"のインスタンス DB のステータス/強制ワード"FB_RED_IN.STATUS_CONTROL_W"にある"チャンネル情報利用可"ビットは、フェイルセーフモジュールのみに関連します。

FC 450 "RED_INIT"

FC 450 "RED_INIT"は、HW コンフィグレーションでワーク DB の番号範囲をコンフィグレーションされたすべてのブロックを削除します。

HART AI モジュールによる断線の検出

HW コンフィグレーションで HART AI モジュールの断線検出が無効化されていて、単一チャンネルで断線が発生した場合、FB 453 "RED_STATUS"がMODUL_STATUS_WORD でのアンダーフローを報告します。

FB 450 "RED_IN"の反応

FB 450 "RED_IN"がモジュールのエラーを検出した場合、影響を受けるチャンネルがパッシブ化されます。最初のエラーが解決される前に、2 番目の(冗長化)モジュールの対応するチャンネルで別のエラーが発生した場合、そのエラーは CH_INF_Lまたは CH_INF_H 出力パラメータには表示されません。CH_L または CH_H パラメータには、エラーの発生が正しく表示されます。

6.15 ハードウェア診断

• CPU が特定の診断機能をサポートしている場合に限り、ハードウェアを完全に診断することができます。CPU が必要なすべての診断機能をサポートしない場合、いくつかの診断のシンボルがコントラストを低下させて表示されます。完全な診断表示が必要な場合、この例ではメニューコマンド[モジュール情報]を使用してモジュールのバージョンをチェックし、SIMATIC カスタマサポートに、ユーザーの CPU に対するファームウェア更新が適切か、または本当に可能かどうかを尋ねます。

• CR2 ラック(分割ラックでの操作)のあるステーションを診断する場合、必ずSIMATIC Manager でオンラインプロジェクトに表示したい CPU を選択してください。CPU の能力により、他の CPU も表示することができます。ステーションのすべてのモジュールの診断シンボルが淡色表示される場合、プログラミング装置を診断したい CPU のインターフェースに直接接続してください。

• "プログラミング装置へのコンフィグレーションのダウンロードが中止されました"というエラーメッセージが生成された場合、システム診断のための一時ディレクトリを作成することができません。解決策: 標準 STEP 7 プロジェクトディレクトリ(Siemens\Step7\S7proj)が書込み禁止されていないことと、十分なメモリを使用できることに注意してください。

• "ディレクトリ...を削除できませんでした。"というエラーメッセージが生成された場合、別のアプリケーションが前のセッションからの一時プロジェクトの削除をブロックしています。ハードウェア診断はブロックされます。解決策: 一時ディレクトリの削除をブロックしているアプリケーションを閉じて、ハードウェア診断を再起動します。

• 両方の CPU にオンライン接続されている場合に限り、H ステーションを完全に診断することができます。

6.16 接続のコンフィグレーション

• 接続が以前のバージョンの STEP 7 V (V2.1, V3.x)のプロジェクトでコンフィグレーションされた場合、CPU を交換するときにこの接続が失われる場合があります。ここでの対策は、STEP 7 V5.2 以降のもので、接続を削除し、接続を再コンフィグレーションすることです。その後は、問題にぶつかることなく CPU (V5.2以降)を交換することができます。

• STEP 7 V4.x/V5.x で作成された S7 接続は、STEP 7 V3.1 では限られた範囲でのみ編集することができます。その場合、S7 接続を削除したり通信パートナーを変更することはできません。

6.17 MPI / PROFIBUS ネットワーク設定

ネットワーク設定

• MPI ネットワークおよび PROFIBUS ネットワークでは、"最大 MPI アドレス"または"最大 PROFIBUS アドレス" (HSA)をコンフィグレーションする必要があります。新規プロジェクトには STEP 7 が推奨するデフォルト値を使用することをお勧めします。

- プログラミング装置/PC を使用してネットワークに接続する場合、プログラミング装置/PC のアドレスが HSA より上になっていないことを確認してください。STEP 7 V2.1 プロジェクトでは、最大 MPI アドレスのデフォルト値は 15 でした。

- その他のネットワーク設定もサブネットのすべてのステーションで同じにする必要があります。

- ネットワーク設定を変更した後、コンフィグレーションをこのネットワークのすべての SIMATIC ステーションにダウンロードして、すべてのステーションに対する設定が同じになるようにしてください。

- 19.2 Kbps では、9 以上のノードを CPU の MPI インターフェースで操作しないでください。

- CPU318 の MPI/DP インターフェースを 19.2 Kbps で MPI インターフェースとして操作する場合、HSA を 126 に設定することはできません。

- PROFIBUS アドレスを ET 200C ステーションに割り付けるには、プログラミング装置/PC だけを PROFIBUS DP のマスタにしてください。CP 5511、CP 5512、CP 5611 およびオンボード CP 5611 を使用する場合のみアドレスを割り付けることができ、PC または TS アダプタを使用する場合は割り付けることができません。

注意

プログラミング装置/PC をバスに接続するときに間違ったバスパラメータを使用して設定した場合、他のバスノード(DP スレーブなど)がエラーになる可能性のある場所への主要な障害の影響を受ける場合があります。"ハードウェアコンフィグレーション(PROFIBUS DP)"のセクションにある、PROFIBUS-DP アドレス割り付けに関する注意にも従う必要があります。

• 以前の PC および TS アダプタ(PC/PG の COM ポートを介した MPI 接続用のPC/MPI ケーブル)は、MPI に対してのみ使用でき、PROFIBUS (DP、汎用)には使用できません。V5.0 の PC および TS アダプタは、最大 1.5 Mbps の MPI および

PROFIBUS で使用することができます。Adapter II は 12 Mbps の MPI およびPROFIBUS と使用することができます。

• プログラミング装置/PC がゲートウェイを通るときだけモジュールを受信できる場合、STEP 7 は常にモジュールまでの最短パスを選択します。ただし、このゲートウェイを通して通信できない(ライン割り込みなど)場合、接続は確立されません。他のゲートウェイを通してモジュールを受信する別の方法がある場合、STEP 7 は自動的にこれらの他のゲートウェイを通して接続を確立しようとします。これらの試行順序は、STEP 7 プログラムのプロパティのダイアログで設定することができます。

以下の手順に従ってください。

• プロジェクトのオンライン表示を開きます。

• CPU に関連した STEP 7 プログラムに進みます。

• STEP 7 プログラムのプロパティのダイアログで、[アドレス: モジュール]タブを開きます(メニューコマンド[オブジェクトプロパティ])。

• 代わりのゲートウェイが使用できる場合は、それをここで設定できます。

アドレスの割り付け

• アクティブ PROFIBUS ノードのアドレスには、少なくとも特定のモジュールでの 1 つのアドレスのギャップが必要です。この場合、STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 はこのルールを考慮したアドレスを自動的に割り付けます。たとえば、DP マスタシステムのない 2 つの CPU 315-2 DP デバイスがあるとします。これらの CPU は自動的に PROFIBUS アドレス 2 とアドレス 4 を受信します。これらのアドレスは変更できますが、PROFIBUS アドレスギャップが可能であることを確認する必要があります。これは、すでに STEP 7 V2.0/2.1 で作成したプロジェクトにも適用されます。

- アドレスを他のアクティブバスノード(たとえば、"PG/PC インターフェースの設定"アプリケーションを使用してアドレスを割り付けるプログラミング装置/PC)にアドレスを割り付ける場合、アドレスギャップも考慮する必要があります。

注意

アクティブバスノード間のアドレスギャップを考慮しない場合、これはバスノードの異常または完全なエラーの原因になる場合があります(たとえば、DP スレーブステーション)。

アドレスが"最大ノード番号"に等しい場合、アドレス 0 を使用できないことに注意してください。

• プログラミング装置/PC のステーションアドレスを、DP スレーブなどのPROFIBUS バス上のステーションのステーションアドレスに設定してはいけません。

6.18 SIMATIC M7

以下の項目は、従来のオペレーティングシステムに対するものです。MS Windows Vista M7 コンポーネントの場合はコンフィグレーションする必要はありません。ただし、M7 コンポーネントを持つ既存のステーションは、引き続き使用することができます。

• STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 では、M7 システムと同様に SIMATIC S7 および C7 をプログラミングし、コンフィグレーションできます。。メニューコマンド[M7 システムの管理]を使用してダウンロードし、すべての M7 コンポーネントとともにステーション全体を切り替え、再度元に戻した後、この MPI アドレスは M7 システムで有効になります。

• M7 ユーザープログラムは、ProC/C++または CFC (オプションのパッケージ)を使用してプログラムミングされます。これらのプログラムで使用するデータブロックを STEP 7 標準パッケージで作成します。S7 プログラムのデータブロックをM7 CPU にコピーすることにより、M7 プログラムでこのデータブロックを使用することもできます。S7 プログラムから M7 CPU にコピーする場合、表示されるブロックタイプは M7 デバイスで実行されるブロックタイプだけです。S7 プログラムを S7 CPU にコピーして戻す場合、他のブロックタイプを再度参照することができます。

• 外部のプログラマを使用しているとき、M7 の Flash ファイルドライバが有効の場合は、ウイルススキャナの使用が問題の原因になる場合があります([コントロールパネル|メモリカードパラメータの割り付け])。このため、動作の実行中はウイルススキャナを使用しないでください(「一般注意事項」の章にある「ウイルススキャナ」のセクションを参照)。

• M7-300/400 のメモリカードのフォーマット

次のコマンドを使用すると、プログラミング装置または PC 上で M7-300 およびM7-400 のメモリカードをフォーマットすることができます。

- MS Windows 2000/XP の\ windows\system32\s7oformx (s7oformx-command の構文については、ユーザーマニュアルの第 5 章「M7-300 および M7-400 のシステムソフトウェア」を参照してください)。

- MS Windows 2000/XP へのオプションパッケージ M7 SYS のインストール

オプションパッケージ M7 SYS V4.0 および V5.0 は、セットアップオプション-ntall で MS Windows 2000/XP にインストールできます。

• [M7 PLC システムの管理]ダイアログボックス、[オペレーティングシステムのインストール]タブの[ダウンロード]ボタンおよび[アップロード]ボタンは、M7 オペレーティングシステムバージョン 4.00 以上が選択した媒体にインストールされている場合、かつこの媒体にインストールされているコンフィグレーションがダイアログボックスの[コンフィグレーション]フィールドでの選択に一致する場合に限り使用できます。

• サブネット制限を超える M7-300/400 の PG/PC ファンクション

MPI/コミュニケーションバスサブネットのノードであるM7 CPUおよびファンクションモジュールには、次の PG/PC ファンクションだけを実行することができます。

• オペレーティングシステムのインストールやユーザープログラムの M7-300/400デバイスへのダウンロードなど、メニューコマンド[PLC|M7 システムの管理]のすべてのファンクション

• M7-300/400 デバイスを操作するためのリモートターミナルインターフェース

• Organon XDB を使用する M7 に対する C プログラムのデバッグ

これらのファンクションは、サブネットの制限を越えて実行することはできません。

注意: M7は、MS Windows Server 2003および MS Windows Vistaでの使用用には有効化されていません。

6.19 ラダーロジック、ファンクション ブロックダイアグラム、ステートメントリスト、リファレンスデータ

ブロックとソース

• STEP7 V5.1 SP3 以降では、STL/LAD/FBD ファンクション"ソースファイルの自動生成"のアドレス設定"絶対/シンボル" ([オプション|カスタマイズ|ソース|アドレス])は、対応するブロックフォルダがブロックに対するアドレス優先度"絶対"に設定された場合のみ有効です。"シンボル"に設定された場合、アドレス優先度に対して常にシンボルアドレスが作成されます。

• STEP 7 V5.1 以降では、 インターフェース問題の場合には、SIMATIC Managerで[編集|ブロック一貫性のチェック...]ファンクションを使用できます。

• バージョン 5 で編集されたオフラインブロックでは、インターフェース変更はインクリメンタルエディタで行うこともできます。以下の手順に従ってください。

すべてのブロックがバージョン 5 でコンパイルされていることを確認し、このすべてのブロックを含むソースファイルを生成し、このファイルをコンパイルします。

1. 関係のあるブロックのインターフェースを変更します。

2. すべての呼び出しブロックを 1 つずつ開きます(該当する呼び出しが赤色で表示されます)。

3. メニューコマンド[編集|ブロックの呼び出しの更新]を選択します。

4. 関連するインスタンスデータブロックを再度、作成します。

• ブロックが呼び出されるとき、ASCII エディタでパラメータを定義された順序で転送する必要があります。ブロックインターフェースオープンに対するオンラインでの変更は、CPU STOP の原因になる場合があります。

• V5.1 より前のバージョンの STEP 7 を使用して生成され、アセンブルされたデータタイプの OUT パラメータを持つファンクションブロックは、STEP 7 V5.0 SP3以降でブロックステータスを使用してモニタすることができません。ブロックを開こうとすると、エラーが報告されます。

対策: ブロックを STEP 7 V5.4 SP3 とともに保存し、PLC にダウンロードします。

V5.0 SP3 以降のバージョンの STEP 7 を使用して生成され、アセンブルされたデータタイプのOUTパラメータを持つファンクションブロックは、STEP 7 V5.0より前のバージョンにより"アクセス可能なノード"を通して編集することはできません。

対策: オフラインプロジェクトでブロックを開き、保存して再度ロードします。

上記で説明した変更が行われない場合、ブロックは従来どおり実行し続けますが、編集することはできません。

変更が行われた場合、ブロックの ENO 出力が正しく設定されます。

言語エレメント

注記

• ステートメントリストで次のような高級言語構文を使用すると、DB レジスタとアドレスレジスタ AR1 の内容が変更される原因になる可能性があります。

- ファンクション(FC)の実パラメータとして、完全限定されたデータブロックアクセス(たとえば DB20.DBW10)。FB およびマルチプルインスタンスCALL

- ファンクションまたはファンクションブロック内のアドレスとしての仮パラメータの構造コンポーネント

- ファンクションまたはファンクションブロック内の実パラメータとしての仮パラメータの構造コンポーネント

• ファンクションブロック、ファンクション、またはマルチプルインスタンスのCALL では、RLO またはアキュムレータ 1 および 2 を追加の(暗黙の)パラメータとして使用することはできません。

• DI レジスタとアドレスレジスタ AR2 は、システムによりファンクションブロックとマルチプルインスタンスの CALL のために使用されるので、ファンクションブロック内で変更してはいけません。

• ロード可能な標準ブロックには、アドレスレジスタ AR1 を使用するブロックもあります。

• ファンクションブロックでは、コマンド"L P#parameter_name"によりアドレスレジスタ AR2 に関連して、指定されたパラメータのアドレスオフセットがロードされます。マルチプルインスタンスファンクションブロックのインスタンスデータブロックで絶対オフセットを特定するには、AR2 レジスタのエリア内部ポインタ(アドレスのみ)をこの値に追加する必要があります。

上記のプログラミング方法と上記で説明したレジスタやアキュムレータを同時に使用する場合、指定されたレジスタおよびアキュムレータの内容を確実にリストアする必要があります。リストアしない場合、エラーの原因になる場合があります。

• 命令 AW, OW, XOW, AD, OD, XOD では、バイナリ定数(OW 2#101010101010101など)はサポートされません。16 進数定数(OW W#16#AAAA など)は可能です。

ブロックパラメータ

• ブール入力および in_out パラメータを使用したブロックは、プロパティ"ブロックバージョン 2"を使用したブロックによってのみ呼び出される必要があります。

そうでない場合、最初のブール入力または in_out パラメータが正しく渡されない場合があります。

• 2 つ目の呼び出しボックスの入力パラメータとして呼び出しボックスのブール出力パラメータを使用する場合、呼び出しボックスは異なるネットワークにある必要があります。つまり 1 つ目の呼び出しボックスの出力パラメータには、他の呼び出しボックスの入力パラメータとしては影響を受けない場合があります。

• タイプ UDTx のパラメータがタイプ UDTx (シンボルテーブルのエントリ: DBx UDTx)も持つデータブロックとともに供給された場合、パラメータエントリはタイプ衝突として拒否されます。ただし、この UDTx のタイプの DB コンポーネントを転送することはできます。

• テンポラリ変数の範囲では、ユーザーにより宣言されたテンポラリローカルデータだけがプログラミングに使用できます。ステートメントリスト、ファンクションブロックダイアグラム、およびラダーロジックプロジェクトでオプションのソフトウェアパッケージからブロックを使用している場合は、これにも注意してください。

リファレンスデータ

• リファレンスデータのために選択した表示を表示するのに必要な時間は、表示されるエントリの数により大きく異なります。非常に長いプログラムの場合、SIMATIC Manager でメニューコマンド[オプション|リファレンスデータ|フィルタ]を使用して、リファレンスデータの数を制限します。クロスリファレンスのフィルタでは、ユーザーの要件に関連してアドレスおよび値の範囲を選択する必要があります。

リファレンスデータが生成されるとき、次のアドレスは含まれません。

1. 仮パラメータのフォームのアドレス、たとえば: SP / CU <パラメータ名>

2. レジスタ間接ステートメントのアドレス

3. メモリ間接ステートメントのアドレス

4. ローカルデータ

5. OPN DIx を使用して開かれたデータブロックは、プログラム構造に OPN DBx として表示されます。

• ブロックの呼び出しを再配線した後、リファレンスデータが有効でなくなる場合があります。したがって、再配線の後は常にリファレンスデータを生成する必要があります。

• プログラムエディタ、(LAD, FBD, STL)には、ウィンドウにはプログラム全体の中の現在のネットワークでのアドレスに対する使用場所が表示されます(メニュ

ーコマンド[表示|詳細]、 [クロスリファレンス]タブ)。クロスリファレンスリストのこのセクション(リファレンスデータ)には、データブロックに対する部分限定または完全限定されたアクセスもポインタアクセスも含まれません。

• リファレンスデータに対する"未使用のシンボル"表示には、S7 プログラムで使用されないシンボルが表示されます。表示装置に対するメッセージなどの属性をシンボルに割り付けている場合、未使用のシンボル("メッセージプロパティ"に対する列"M")を削除する前に、必ずシンボルテーブルを調べて、これらのシンボルが実際には表示装置に必要ないことを確認してください。これは、"O"属性(WinCC でのオペレータコントロールとモニタ)と"C"属性(通信プロパティ)にも適用されます。

注記

表示したいリファレンスデータの範囲は、STEP 7 V5 に対する詳細情報を含むために拡張されています。以前の STEP 7 バージョンで生成されたリファレンスデータをプログラムが持っている場合、メニューコマンド[オプション|リファレンスデータ|生成]を使用して、SIMATIC Manager で再度リファレンスデータを生成します。これにより、拡張されたファンクションを使用できるようになります。

フィルタにより、選択されるデータ、およびそのデータがリファレンスデータのさまざまな表示のための表示方法が決定されます。デフォルトのフィルタをチェックし、リファレンスデータが表示される前に必要な変更を行う場合、SIMATIC Manager でメニューコマンド[オプション|リファレンスデータ|フィルタ]を選択します。

6.20 メッセージコンフィグレーション

CPU またはプロジェクトに固有のメッセージ番号を割り付け

• V5.3 を開始すると、プロジェクト(前のメソッド)または CPU (新規メソッド)にメッセージ番号の割り付けのどちらかを選択できます。CPU に番号を割り付けるメリットは、メッセージ番号を再度割り付ける必要がなく、プロジェクト内でプログラムもコピーできることです。

• プロジェクト内で最初にメッセージを作成してテキストを表示する場合、プロジェクトと CPU のどちらに対してメッセージ番号を固有に割り付けるかの質問が表示されます。SIMATIC Manager でデフォルトに設定すれば(メニューコマンド[オプション|ユーザー設定|メッセージ番号])、メッセージの作成の開始時にこのメッセージは表示されなくなります。

新規プロジェクトのデフォルト設定をプロジェクト用に適用する、および現在のプロジェクトを CPU 用に適用する場合以外は、このデフォルト設定も再コンフィグレーションしてメニューコマンド[ファイル|名前を付けて保存]で適用します(プロジェクトを変更できないので、CPU 用に割り付けたメッセージがプロジェクト用に割り付けられます)。

• CPU に割り付ける番号が選択済みで、これを HMI デバイス上で表示するのは、アプリケーション"WinCC V6.0"および/または"ProTool V6.0"を使用した場合にのみ可能です。これらのアプリケーションで V6.0 以前のバージョンを使用する場合、プロジェクトへのメッセージ番号の割り付けを選択する必要があります。

既存のプロジェクト(プロジェクトへのメッセージ番号の割り付け)

• 再コングレーションしてメニューコマンド[ファイル|名前を付けて保存]を選択し、プロジェクトへの固有のメッセージ番号割り付け (V5.1 およびそれ以前のプロジェクトなど) から CPU への固有のメッセージ番号割り付けにプロジェクトを変換できます。この場合、新規メッセージ番号が割り付けられるので、ブロックを以下に記載するように再コンパイルする必要があることに注意してください。変更したメッセージ番号は、PLC を完全に停止して再起動した後で有効になります。

• すでにメッセージが含まれているブロックを、メッセージがプロジェクトに対して割り付けられるプロジェクトからコピーする場合(前のメソッド)、新規メッセージ番号 (EV_ID) はインスタンス DB 内のメッセージに割り付けられます。この結果コピーして挿入したこのブロックを呼び出すと、メッセージ番号に対して間違った変数が提供されます。この場合は呼び出しブロックからソースファイルを作成します。ソースファイル内でブロック呼び出し時の変数を削除します。たとえば、2 つのメッセージがあるブロックの呼び出しから削除します。

CALL FB 1 , DB 1 ( msg := DW#16#1, msg2 := DW#16#5); the following call results: CALL FB 1 , DB 1;

この呼び出しを含んでいるブロックのソースファイルを再コンパイルします。新規メッセージ番号が自動的にこのインスタンスに入力されます。コンパイル後にブロックを開いて、提供された新規番号をチェックします。

シンボルおよびメッセージコンフィグレーション

• シンボルテーブル間でシンボルをコピーして、同一プロシージャの間にシンボル関連のメッセージも作成する場合、まずシンボルテーブルの 1 つを閉じる必要があります。これを実行しなければ、これらのメッセージのコンフィグレーションを保存できません。ある条件下では、これらのメッセージのコンフィグレーションダイアログで最後に実行されたエントリが失われることがあります。

ブロックおよびメッセージコンフィグレーション

• メッセージ入力の相互接続は修正可能な変数を使用した場合、実行されないことがあります。メッセージブロックのインスタンスを処理する場合、提供された EV_ID は最初の実行中に PLC で受け取られ、インスタンスが存在する間は再度更新されません。これらのパラメータを最初の実行における値とは異なる値に置換しても効果はありません。

6.21 テキストの変換

オブジェクトのコピー:

オブジェクトをプロジェクトからコンフィグレーション済み表示テキストのあるプロジェクト(たとえば、メッセージブロック、割り付けられたメッセージのあるシンボルテーブル)にコピーする場合、必要な表示言語がターゲットプロジェクトで使用可能であることを確認する必要があります(メニューコマンド[オプション|表示デバイスの言語]を使用して確認します)。ソースプロジェクトに存在するすべての表示言語がターゲット内に自動的に作成されるの ではなく、ターゲットオブジェクトに作成されている言語のテキストがコピーされます。

6.22 多言語テキストの管理

表示テキストのインポート(メニューコマンド[オプション|多言語テキストの管理|インポート])

表示テキスト(S7UserTexts、S7SystemTextLibrary および S7UserTextLibrary)をインポートする場合、オペレーティングシステムがこのオブジェクトにアクセスするための内部プロセスを発生させている可能性があるため、アクセスエラーがログファイル<import.txt>で報告されている可能性があります。この場合、以下の仕様を守ってプロセスのインポートを繰り返します。これでアクセスエラーは発生しません。

上記のオブジェクトでは、エディタまたはアプリケーションが必ず何も開いていないようにします(ユーザーテキストまたはシステムテキストライブラリ用のメインメニュー[オプション|テキストライブラリ|ユーザーライブラリ]または[システムライブラリ]からのエディタ)。

インポート前はログファイル<export.txt>を必ず閉じます。<export.txt>を開くと、表示テキストをインポートしている間にアクセスエラーが発生することがあります。

[多言語テキストの管理]ファンクションに使用できる Microsoft Office Excel は、バージョン 2007 を含めて EXCEL 97 SR2 以上のバージョンです。

6.23 S7-PDIAG

S7-PDIAG およびアドレス優先度

• シンボルを変更した結果、設定アドレス優先度が採用される診断データのプロセスに変更があると、アプリケーション S7-PDIAG を使用してプロジェクトを開く場合、または診断機能のあるブロックを LAD/FBD/STL エディタ内で開く場合にこれらの変更は実行されます。これらの変更はシンボルエディタでは実行されません。

[エクスポート]ダイアログボックスでの新しいファイルタイプ

• [エクスポート]ダイアログボックスでは、[プロセス診断|エクスポート ]を使用して、ファイルタイプの種類を「*.xml(ISO88)」で拡張することができます。このファイルの種類を選択すると、エンコーディング「ISO-8859-1」の XML形式のファイルが生成されます。ファイルの種類で「.xml」を選択するとエンコーディングが「UTF-8」のファイルが生成されます。

6.24 S5 プログラムから S7 プログラムへの変換

• S5 プログラムから S7 プログラムに変換する場合、SIMATIC S5-135U およびSIMATIC S5-155U シリーズにある CPU の特殊命令は考慮されません。

• ライブラリ"FBLIB1"にあるブロック("標準ライブラリ V3.x"で[ファイル|開く|ライブラリ]を使って SIMATIC Manager で表示)は、既存の S5 プログラムから S7プログラムへの変換用の唯一のブロックです。新規 S7 プログラムで使用するものではありません。

• 標準ファンクションブロック FC100～FC111 を使用する場合、I/O アドレスに注意してください(これらのブロックのオンラインヘルプも参照)。プロセスイメージの更新は S7 CPU に依存しています。パート I/O アドレス(1～8)をアドレスに

割り付ける場合、これらのアドレスは周期的プロセスイメージの更新において考慮されません。

• 変換した S5 プログラムの印刷には横置きフォーマットを選択することをお奨めします。A4 の縦長フォーマットでは、行の最後の文字が次の行に印刷される可能性があります。

• 読み取り専用のディスケットなど書き込み保護されているメディアにデータがある場合は、 S5 データを STEP 7 に変換できません。

対策:

- まず S5 データを書き込み保護されていないディレクトリにコピーします。

- 次にコンバータを開始して、コピーを変換します。

6.25 TI プログラムから S7 プログラムへの変換

以下の項目は、従来のオペレーティングシステムに対するものです。MS Windows Vista では TI コンバータはインストールされません。

• TI プログラムを S7 プログラムに変換するためのツールを提供しています。このツールには電子フォームのマニュアル(英語のみ)が付いています。

6.26 フォルトトレラントシステム

1. MS Windows Vista では、Visual Basic 6 が実行できないため、コマンドインターフェースのシーケンスの開発は行えないことに注意してください。 ただし、コンパイルしたコマンドシーケンスを MS Windows Vista で実行することは可能です。

8 STEP 7 V5.3 SP3 日本語版の新機能

インストールと実行環境

9 STEP 7 日本語版を使用する上での重要事項

• 英語または日本語の文字セットで作成されたプロジェクトのみ編集可能です。

• アドレス入力時には、1 バイト文字を使用するよう注意してください。

• シンボリックアドレス割り付けを使用する場合、シンボル名はダブルコーテーションマークで括る("<symbolic name>")必要があることに注意してください。

• オンラインヘルプおよびドキュメンテーションの記載とは異なり、STEP 7 日本語版は、日本語版 Windows XP Professional、および Multilingual User Interface Packを適用した Windows XP Professional のオペレーティングシステムでのみ実行できます。

• Multilingual User Interface Packを適用した Windows XP Professional環境でエラーが表示される場合は、日本語版 MS Windows XP Professional の使用を推奨します。

• CSV 形式を使用する場合、Multilingual User Interface Pack を適用した Windows XP Professional 環境でエラーが表示される場合があります。たとえば、英語版の Excel がWinXP MUI を使用たコンピュータにインストールされているとします。作成したテキスト(タイトル、コメント、メッセージテキストなど)を別の言語に翻訳します。この場合、"Managing Multilingual Text"機能を使って、XLS 形式でエクスポートする必要があります。対応する Office XP Multilingual User Interface Pack (日本語)を使用していれば、Multilingual User Interface Pack を適用した Windows XP Professional 環境では、CSV 形式での表示の問題はないはずです。

• STEP 7 を、日本語文字を使ったフォルダ名のフォルダにインストールすると、ソフトウェアが正しく動作しない場合があります。したがって、STEP 7 は必ずローマ字だけを使ったフォルダ名のフォルダにインストールする必要があります。

We shall grant the Licensee rights to use the software specified in the Confirmation of Order or, if the Licensee does not receive a Confirmation of Order, the software specified in the certificate of license or that specified in the Software Product Sheet, if the Licensee is instead submitted a Software Product Sheet (hereinafter referred to as "SW"). The certificate of license and the Software Product Sheet shall be collectively referred to as "CoL" hereinafter. The Licensee shall be submitted the CoL when the SW is supplied or in conjunction with the delivery bill. The way in which the SW is supplied is also derived directly from the Confirmation of Order or from the SW purchase order number contained in the Confirmation of Order, in conjunction with the associated order data of our catalog valid at the time of the Confirmation of Order (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Order Data"), or from the CoL. If the Licensee does not receive a data medium, it shall be authorized to copy the SW already available to it to the extent necessary to exercise the rights to use the SW granted to it. The aforesaid shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to electronic supply of the software (downloading). Where reference is made to the Order Data or the CoL in these General License Conditions, the reference to the CoL is of significance if the Licensee has not received a Confirmation of Order. In any case, the data contained in the Order Data is also contained in the CoL.

1.2 The Documentation relating to the SW (hereinafter referred to as "Documentation") shall be purchased separately, unless either the Order Data or CoL contain a stipulation stating that it belongs to the scope of delivery. If the Licensee is authorized to copy the SW in accordance with Clause 1.1, this shall also apply to the Documentation provided that it is included in the scope of delivery.

1.3 In the event that we submit a License Key to the Licensee, which unlocks the SW (hereinafter referred to as "License Key"), this License Key must also be installed.

1.4 The rights granted to the Licensee with respect to the SW are based on the License Type (see Section 2) and the Software Type (see Section 3). The license and Software Types are detailed in the Order Data or CoL. If the SW is supplied electronically or if copying rights are granted for it, the rights and duties specified in these General License Conditions shall apply to the legitimately generated copies.

1.5 If the Licensee is legitimately in possession of a previous SW version/release (hereinafter referred to as "Previous Version"), the Licensee shall be authorized to exercise the rights to use the SW granted to it either with respect to the SW or - if this is intended from a technical point of view - to the Previous Version, at its own discretion (downgrading). If the SW is an Upgrade or PowerPack in accordance with Section 4, Section 4 shall apply additionally.

1.6 In case the Licensee obtains only the data media but no license as per the Order Data or the CoL, any use of the SW by the Licensee is subject to the acquisition of a license according to Section 2. Up to the acquisition of the license, the Licensee is not entitled to supply the SW to third parties.

1.7 Insofar as the SW contains Open Source Software (hereinafter referred to as "OSS") the OSS is listed in the readme file of the SW. The Licensee is entitled to use the OSS in accordance with the respective license conditions of the OSS. The license conditions are provided on the same data carrier as the SW. The license conditions of the respective OSS shall prevail these General License Conditions with respect to the OSS. If the license conditions of the OSS require the distribution of the source code of such OSS we shall provide such source code on request against payment of the shipping and handling charges.

1.8 The SW may be licensed software, i.e. software which has not been developed by us itself but which has been licensed to us by a third party (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor"), e.g. Microsoft Licensing Inc. In the event that the Licensee is then forwarded the terms and conditions stipulated by the relevant Licensor together with the SW, such terms and conditions shall apply with respect to the Licensor's liability vis-à-vis the Licensee. Our own liability vis-à-vis the Licensee shall be governed by these General License Conditions.

2. License Type

Depending on the License Type, the Licensee shall be granted the following rights to the SW:

2.1 Single License (One Off License, Copy License)

The term "One Off License" or "Copy License" which may be used in the Software Product Sheet corresponds to the term "Single License". The following regulation shall apply to the full scope of the One Off License / Copy License. The Licensee shall be granted the non-exclusive right, transferable in accordance with Clause 5.3 and valid for an unlimited period of time, to install the SW on one (1) hardware device and to utilize the SW thus installed in the manner specified in the Order Data or CoL (see "Type of Use").

2.2 Floating License

The Licensee shall be granted the non-exclusive right, transferable in accordance with Clause 5.3 and valid for an unlimited period of time, to install the SW on any desired number of the Licensee's hardware devices. The number of persons permitted to utilize the SW at the same time ("Users") can be derived from the Order Data or CoL (see "Type of Use).

2.3 Rental License

The Licensee shall be granted the non-exclusive right, transferable in accordance with Clause 5.3 and limited in time as stipulated in the Order Data or CoL (see "Type of Use"), to install the SW on one (1) hardware device and to use it. If the period of use is specified in hours, the usage decisive for the calculation of the time limit commences with the software start-up and finishes with its shut-down. If the period of usage is specified in days, weeks or months, the specified period, which commences in conjunction with the first SW start-up, shall apply independently of the actual time of usage.

2.4 Trial License

The Licensee shall be granted the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install the SW on one (1) hardware device and to use it for validation purposes in the manner specified in the Order Data or CoL (see "Type of Use"). The period of usage is limited to 14 days and commences with the SW start-up, unless a different period of usage is specified in the Order Data or CoL.

2.5 Factory License

The Licensee shall be granted the non-exclusive right, transferable in accordance with Clause 5.3 and valid for an unlimited period of time, to install and use the SW in one (1) operating site of the Licensee. The number of devices on which the software can be installed and used at any one time can be derived from the Order Data or CoL (see "Type of Use). An operating site is defined by its address. Operating sites with varying addresses are considered different operating sites in terms of these General License Conditions, unless otherwise agreed in the Order Data or CoL. The Licensee shall be granted the right to permanently use the software in another operating site, if he removes the software beforehand from all devices of the previous operating site and completely ceases to use the software at the previous operating site.

3. Software Type

If the Software Type is not specified in the Order Data or CoL, the rights specified in Clause 3.2 (Runtime Software) shall apply to the SW.

3.1 Engineering Software (hereinafter referred to as "E-SW")

In the event that the Licensee uses E-SW to generate its own programs or data containing parts of the E-SW, the Licensee shall have the right, without having to pay any license fee, to copy and to use these parts of the E-SW as a part of its own programs or data, or to supply them to third parties for use. In the event that such parts are supplied to third parties for use, these parties shall be bound in writing to comply with stipulations corresponding to those in Clauses 5.1 and 5.2 with respect to the above parts of the E-SW.

3.2 Runtime Software (hereinafter referred to as "R-SW")

If the Licensee incorporates R-SW or any parts thereof into its own programs or data, it shall purchase a license with respect to the R-SW each time it installs or copies - depending on what is done first - its own programs or data containing R-SW or parts thereof, in accordance with the relevant intended Type of Use and on the basis of the Siemens catalog valid at that time. In the event that the Licensee supplies the specified programs or data to third parties for their use, these parties shall be bound in writing to adhere to stipulations corresponding to those in Section 5, with respect to the R-SW parts contained therein. The aforesaid shall not affect the Licensee's obligation to purchase a license for the R-SW if the R-SW original is copied. If the R-SW contains tools for parameterization/configuration and extended rights have been granted in this regard, this will be detailed in the readme file of the R-SW.

4. Upgrade and PowerPack

If it is apparent from the Order Data or CoL, e.g. by the addition "PowerPack" or "Upgrade" after the SW product name, that the SW is an upgrade for another software item (hereinafter referred to as "Source License"), the Licensee shall also have the rights to use the SW granted to it with respect to the Source License as

soon as this has been upgraded with the Upgrade/PowerPack. The rights originally granted to the Licensee to use the Source License end in conjunction with the upgrade measure. However, the Licensee is entitled to undo the upgrading (downgrading) - if this is intended from a technical point of view - and to exercise the rights to use the SW granted to it with respect to the Source Version in accordance with Clause 1.5.

5. Further Rights and Duties of the Licensee

5.1 Unless a stipulation to the contrary relating to a specific number of copies is contained on the data medium or in the readme file of the SW, the Licensee may generate an appropriate number of copies of every item of SW which it is authorized to use in accordance with these General License Conditions, where such copies shall be used exclusively for data backup purposes. Furthermore the Licensee may only copy the SW if and insofar as it has been granted copying rights by us in writing.

5.2 The Licensee shall not be entitled to modify, decompile or reverse engineer the SW. Nor may it extract any individual parts unless this is permitted by mandatory copyright law. Furthermore, the Licensee shall not be entitled to remove any alphanumeric identifiers, trademarks or copyright notices from the SW or the data medium and, insofar as it is entitled to make copies of the SW, shall copy them without alteration. The aforementioned regulation shall apply accordingly to the Documentation supplied in accordance with Section 1.

5.3 The Licensee shall be entitled to transfer the right to use the SW granted to it to a third party, provided that it concludes a written agreement with the third party in conformance with all of the conditions contained in this Section 5 and on the proviso that it does not retain any copies of the SW. If the Licensee has received a License Key for the SW, this key shall be supplied to the third party together with the SW. Furthermore, the third party shall be submitted the CoL together with these General License Conditions. The Licensee shall submit the CoL received for the SW to us at any time, if requested.

5.4 If the SW is a PowerPack or an Upgrade, the Licensee shall keep the certificate of license or Software Product Sheet of the Source License and submit it to us at any time, if requested, together with the CoL for the SW. In the event that the Licensee transfers its right to use the PowerPack SW or Upgrade SW in accordance with Clause 5.3, it shall also submit the certificate of license or Software Product Sheet of the Source License to the third party.

5.5 If the Licensee receives a data medium which, in addition to the SW, contains further software products which are released for use, then it shall have the right to use these released software products exclusively for validation purposes, for a limited period of time and free of charge. The period of use shall be limited to 14 days, commencing with the first start-up of the relevant software program unless a different period is specified e.g. in the readme file of the relevant software product. These software products supplied exclusively for validation purposes shall be governed, mutatis mutandis, by the stipulations contained in these General License Conditions. The Licensee shall not be authorized to pass on these software products separately, i.e. without the SW, to a third party.

In other respects, the terms of the purchase contract shall apply, unless an explicit agreement is subsequently made for the open source software.

12 Licensing Conditions for Commercial Third-part Software

12.1 Adobe Reader

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

NOTICE TO USER: PLEASE READ THIS CONTRACT CAREFULLY. BY USING, COPYING OR DISTRIBUTING ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE ADOBE SOFTWARE ("SOFTWARE") YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING, IN PARTICULAR THE LIMITATIONS ON: USE CONTAINED IN SECTION 2; TRANSFERABILITY IN SECTION 4; WARRANTY IN SECTION 7; AND LIABILITY IN SECTION 8. YOU AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS ENFORCEABLE LIKE ANY WRITTEN NEGOTIATED AGREEMENT SIGNED BY YOU.

THISAGREEMENT IS ENFORCEABLE AGAINST YOU AND ANY LEGAL ENTITY THAT OBTAINED THE SOFTWARE AND ON WHOSE BEHALF IT IS USED.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE.

Adobe and its suppliers own all intellectual property in the Software. Adobe permits you to Use the Software only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Use of some third party materials included in the Software may be subject to other terms and conditions typically found in a separate license agreement, a “Read Me” file located near such materials or in the “Third Party Software Notices and/or Additional Terms and Conditions” found at http://www.adobe.com/go/thirdparty

1. Definitions. "Software" means (a) all of the contents of the files (provided either by electronic download, on physical media or any other method of distribution), disk(s), CD-ROM(s) or other media with which this Agreement is provided, including but not limited to (i) Adobe or third party computer information or software, including the Adobe Reader® ("Adobe Reader"), Adobe Flash® Player, Shockwave® Player and Authorware® Player (collectively, the Flash, Shockwave and Authorware players, are the "Web Players"); (ii) related explanatory written materials or files ("Documentation"); and (iii) fonts; and (b) upgrades, modified versions, updates, additions, and copies of the Software, if any, licensed to you by Adobe (collectively, "Updates"). "Use" or "Using" means to access, install, download, copy, or otherwise benefit from using the functionality of the Software in accordance with the Documentation. "Permitted Number" means one (1) unless otherwise indicated under a valid license (e.g., volume license) granted by Adobe. "Computer" means an electronic device that accepts information in digital or similar form and manipulates it for a specific result based on a sequence of instructions. "Adobe" means Adobe Systems Incorporated, a Delaware corporation, 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, California 95110, if subsection 9 (a) of this Agreement applies; otherwise it means Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited, Unit 3100, Lake Drive, City West Campus, Saggart D24, Republic of Ireland, a company organized under the laws of Ireland and an affiliate and licensee of Adobe Systems Incorporated.

2. Software License. If you obtained the Software from Adobe or one of its authorized licensees, and subject to your compliance with the terms of this agreement (this "Agreement"), including the restrictions in Section 3, Adobe grants to you a non-exclusive license to Use the Software for the purposes described in the Documentation as follows.

2.1 General Use. You may install and Use a copy of the Software on your compatible Computer, up to the Permitted Number of computers. The Software may not be shared, installed or used concurrently on different computers. See Section 3 for important restrictions on the Use of Adobe Reader and Web Players.

2.2 Server Use and Distribution.

2.2.1 You may install one copy of the Adobe Reader on a computer file server within your internal network for the sole and exclusive purpose of (a) using the Software (from an unlimited number of client computers on your internal network) via (i) the Network File System (NFS) for UNIX versions of the Software or (ii) Windows Terminal Services and (b) allowing for printing within your internal network. Unless otherwise expressly permitted hereunder, no other server or network use of the Software is permitted, including but not limited to use of the Software (i) either directly or through commands, data or instructions from or to another computer or (ii) for internal network, internet or web hosting services.

2.2.2 For information on how to distribute the Software on tangible media or through an internal network please refer to the sections entitled "How to Distribute Adobe Reader" at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/distribute.html; or "Distribute Macromedia Web Players" at http://www.adobe.com/licensing

2.3 Backup Copy. You may make one backup copy of the Software, provided your backup copy is not installed or used on any Computer. You may not transfer the rights to a backup copy unless you transfer all rights in the Software as provided under Section 4.

2.4 Portable or Home Computer Use. If and only if the Software is Adobe Reader, in addition to the single copy permitted under Sections 2.1 and 2.2, the primary user of the Computer on which the Software is installed may make a second copy of the Software for his or her exclusive Use on either a portable Computer or a Computer located at his or her home, provided the Software on the portable or home Computer is not used at the same time as the Software on the primary computer.

2.5 No Modification.

2.5.1 You may not modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based upon the Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software except to the extent you may be expressly permitted to decompile under applicable law, it is essential to do so in order to achieve operability of the Software with another software program, and you have first requested Adobe to provide the information necessary to achieve such operability and Adobe has not made such information available. Adobe has the right to impose reasonable conditions and to request a reasonable fee before providing such information. Any such information supplied by Adobe and any information obtained by you by such permitted decompilation may only be used by you for the purpose described herein and may not be disclosed to any third party or used to create any software which is substantially similar to the expression of the Software. Requests for information should be directed to the Adobe Customer Support Department.

2.5.2 As an exception to the above, you may customize or extend the functionality of the installer for the Adobe Reader as specifically allowed by instructions found at http://www.adobe.com/support or http://www.adobe.com/go/reader_developer (e.g., installation of additional plug-in and help files). You may not otherwise alter or modify the Software or create a new installer for the Software. The Adobe Reader is licensed and distributed by Adobe for viewing, distributing and sharing PDF files.

2.6 Third Party Website Access. The Software may allow you to access third party websites ("Third Party Sites"). Your access to and use of any Third Party Sites, including any goods, services or information made available from such sites, is governed by the terms and conditions found at each Third Party Site, if any. Third Party Sites are not owned or operated by Adobe. YOUR USE OF THIRD PARTY SITES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. ADOBE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, INDEMNITIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR TERMS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW, CUSTOM, USAGE OR OTHERWISE AS TO ANY OTHER MATTERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, TITLE, INTEGRATION, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITYOR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE THIRD PARTY SITES.

2.7 Certified Documents.

2.7.1 Certified Documents and CD Services. The Software may allow you to validate Certified Documents. A "Certified Document" or “CD” is a PDF file that has been digitally signed using (a) a certificate and (b) a “private” encryption key that corresponds to the “public” key in the certificate. Validation of a CD requires CD Services from the CD Service Provider that issued the certificate.

“CD Service Provider” is an independent third party service vendor listed at

http://www.adobe.com/security/partners_cds.html “CD Services” are services provided by CD Service Providers, including without limitation (i) certificates issued by such CD Service Provider for use with the Software’s CD feature set, (ii) services related to issuance of certificates, and (iii) other services related to certificates, including without limitation verification services.

2.7.2 CD Service Providers. Although the Software may provide validation features, Adobe does not supply the necessary CD Services required to use these features. Purchasing, availability and responsibility for the CD Services are between you and the CD Service Provider. Before you rely upon any CD, any digital signature applied thereto, and/or any related CD Services, you must first review and agree to the applicable Issuer Statement and this Agreement. “Issuer Statement” means the terms and conditions under which each CD Service Provider offers CD Services (see the links on http://www.adobe.com/security/partners_cds.html), including for example any subscriber agreements, relying party agreements, certificate policies and practice statements, and Section 2.7 of this Agreement. By validating a CD using CD Services, you acknowledge and agree that (a) the certificate used to digitally sign a CD may be revoked at the time of verification, making the digital signature on the CD appear valid when in fact it is not, (b) the security or integrity of a CD may be compromised due to an act or omission by the signer of the CD, the applicable CD Service Provider, or any other third party and (c) you must read, understand, and be bound by the applicable Issuer Statement.

2.7.3 Warranty Disclaimer. CD Service Providers offer CD Services solely in accordance with the applicable Issuer Statement. ACCESS TO THE CD SERVICES THROUGH THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS MADE AVAILABLE ON AN “AS IS” BASIS ONLY AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR INDEMNITY OF ANY KIND (EXCEPT AS SUPPLIED BY A CD SERVICES PROVIDER IN ITS ISSUER STATEMENT). ADOBE AND EACH CD SERVICE PROVIDER (EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN ITS ISSUER STATEMENT) MAKE NO WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, INDEMNITIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR TERMS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW, CUSTOM, USAGE OR OTHERWISE AS TO ANY OTHER MATTERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, TITLE, INTEGRATION, ACCURACY, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE CD SERVICES.

2.7.4 Indemnity. You agree to hold Adobe and any applicable CD Service Provider (except as expressly provided in its Issuer Statement) harmless from any and all liabilities, losses, actions, damages, or claims (including all reasonable expenses, costs, and attorneys fees) arising out of or relating to any use of, or reliance on, any CD Service, including, without limitation (a) reliance on an expired or revoked certificate, (b) improper verification of a certificate, (c) use of a certificate other than as permitted by any applicable Issuer Statement, this Agreement or applicable law; (d) failure to exercise reasonable judgment under the circumstances in relying on the CD Services or (e) failure to perform any of the obligations as required in an applicable Issuer Statement.

2.7.5 Limit of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ADOBE OR ANY CD SERVICE PROVIDER (EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN ITS ISSUER STATEMENT) BE LIABLE TO YOU, OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY, FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUE OR PROFIT, LOST OR DAMAGED DATA, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL OR ECONOMIC LOSS OR FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, STATUTORY, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RELATED TO YOUR USE OR RELIANCE UPON CD SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR IF SUCH DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE. THIS LIMITATION SHALL APPLY EVEN IN THE EVENT OF A FUNDAMENTAL OR MATERIAL BREACH OR A BREACH OF THE FUNDAMENTAL OR MATERIALTERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

2.7.6 Third Party Beneficiaries. You agree that any CD Service Provider you utilize shall be a third party beneficiary with respect to this Section 2.7 of this Agreement, and that such CD Service Provider shall have the right to enforce such provisions in its own name as if the CD Service Provider were Adobe.

3. Restrictions.

3.1 Web Player Prohibited Devices. You may not Use any Web Player on any non-PC device or with any embedded or device version of any operating system. For the avoidance of doubt, and by example only, you may not use a Web Player on any (a) mobile devices, set top boxes (STB), handhelds, phones, web pads, tablets and Tablet PCs that are not running Windows XP Tablet PC Edition, game consoles, TVs, DVD players, media centers (excluding Windows XP Media Center Edition and its successors), electronic billboards or other digital signage, internet appliances or other internet-connected devices, PDAs, medical devices, ATMs, telematic devices, gaming machines, home automation systems, kiosks, remote control devices, or any

other consumer electronics device, (b) operator-based mobile, cable, satellite, or television systems or (c) other closed system devices.

3.2 Notices. You shall not copy the Software except as set forth in Section 2. Any copy of the Software that you make must contain the same copyright and other proprietary notices that appear on or in the Software.

3.3 Document Features. The Software may contain features and functionality (the “Document Features”) that appear disabled or “grayed out.” These Document Features will only activate when opening a PDF document that was created using corresponding enabling technology available only from Adobe (“Keys”). You agree not to access, or attempt to access, disabled Document Features or otherwise circumvent the permissions that control activation of such Document Features. You may only use the Document Features with PDF documents that have been enabled using Keys obtained under a valid license from Adobe. No other use is permitted

3.4 Adobe Reader Restrictions. You are not authorized to integrate or use the Adobe Reader with any other software, plug-in or enhancement that uses or relies upon the Adobe Reader when converting or transforming PDF files into other file formats (e.g., a PDF file into a TIFF, JPEG, or SVG file). You are not authorized to integrate or use the Adobe Reader with any plug-in software not developed in accordance with the Adobe Integration Key License Agreement. Further, you are not permitted to integrate or use the Adobe Reader with other software, or access PDF files that contain instructions (e.g., JavaScript), in order to (a) save data locally (on the same Computer), (b) create a file that contains data (e.g., an XML or comments file) or (c) save modifications to a PDF file, except when such saving or creation is allowed through the use of Document Feature(s) enabled by Adobe.

4. Transfer. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, assign or transfer your rights in the Software, or authorize all or any portion of the Software to be copied onto another user's Computer except as may be expressly permitted herein. You may, however, transfer all your rights to Use the Software to another person or legal entity provided that: (a) you also transfer (i) this Agreement, and (ii) the Software and all other software or hardware bundled or pre-installed with the Software, including all copies, Updates and prior versions, to such person or entity, (b) you retain no copies, including backups and copies stored on a Computer, and (c) the receiving party accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any other terms and conditions upon which you legally purchased a license to the Software. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may not transfer education, pre-release, or not for resale copies of the Software.

5. Intellectual Property Ownership, Copyright Protection. The Software and any authorized copies that you make are the intellectual property of and are owned by Adobe Systems Incorporated and its suppliers. Updates may be licensed to you by Adobe with additional or different terms. 14.1 Limited Warranty for Users Residing in Germany or Austria. If you obtained the Software in Germany or Austria, and you usually reside in such country, then Section 7 does not apply, instead, Adobe warrants that the Software provides the functionalities set forth in the Documentation (the "agreed upon functionalities") for the limited warranty period following receipt of the Software when used on the recommended hardware configuration. As used in this Section, "limited warranty period" means one (1) year if you are a business user and two (2) years if you are not a business user.
