Ingredients: Simply Pan Carré x200gSimply Smoked Salmon x115gSimply Salsa Cocktail x 250g
Method:Cut the Pan Carré in a shape of a heart, spread Simply Salsa Coktail on Pan Carré, lay Simply Smoked Salmon on top, garnish with a Slice of Lemon & Fresh Dill.

Ingredients:200g Simply Linguine Pasta450g Simply Gran Sugo Pescatora12 Ripe Cherry TomatoesOlive Oil2 cloves of GarlicHalf OnionHalf Wine Glass Dry White WineDried Chilli, Salt and Fresh Parsley
Method:Put a Pan of Water to Boil, add Linguine Pasta to the boiling water with a good pinch of Salt and cook until al dente. Chop the Onion and Garlic and sauté in Olive Oil for 2 minutes, crumble in Dried Chilli, add the Mixed Seafood and Wine, cook for 5 minutes on a high flame until the alcohol evaporates, lower the heat add the quartered cherry tomatoes, cover the pan and cook for a further 5 minutes. Drain the Pasta and add to the sauce together with Fresh Parsley and a drizzle of Olive Oil. Toss for a further minute and serve immediately.

Ingredients:1Pkts Simply Calamari x 400gSimply Potato Wedges x 600g2 Cloves GarlicOlive OilHalf Wine Glass Dry White WineSalt, Pepper and Fresh Parsley
Method:Heat Olive Oil in a large Pan and Fry Potato Wedges, when ready remove from Pan and place on kitchen towel. Cut Calamari in rings and sauté together with finely chopped garlic in same pan where you fried the potatoes until they become pink, add white wine and allow alcohol to evaporate, add Potato Wedges, chopped Parsley and 2 cups hot water. Cook for further 20 min and serve immediately. Accompany dish with your favorite grilled or boiled vegetables.
