How It Works

• Each club creates a process by which their members can record their own service hours or those of others.

• The club reports the hours for each individual to District 5240 on a monthly basis using a form provided by the District.

• The District Governor receives a report of members who have attained Paul Harris Service Fellowship status and the total volunteer service hours of each club.
